About: I've had animals in my house for over 20 years. Spanninng a cockatiel, a cat, five dogs and my clown fish who are going on 18 years old. Once, I drove the bird into the Tuft's vet school in a blizzard on a weekend night. Another time I took one of the clown fish into the Tufts satellite clinic on a Sunday because he hadn't eaten for days. Both pets lived to tell their tale. Cats are great, I love how they set the rules :) But dogs are where my heart is, especially Airedales, and rescue dogs are a labor of love! My priorities start with my pet family, unless I'm taking care of yours. Then, your pets become my priority. I work from home most of the time and that allows me to have the ultimate flexibility in my schedule so that I can care for your pets as appropriate, on their time. I've raised my dog training game significantly over the past few years, attending regular sessions with my trusted trainer, Baptiste. I also take care of special needs dogs.I plan on taking an additional nutrition class and pet message class. I have a special bond with all pets. I go out of my way to make sure they are waked and have playtime.I am a certified vet assistant am able to administer both oral, SQ and injectable medications. Also am able to give both cats and dogs IV fluids SQ, and glucose testing and administering insulin. I can take care of your furry babies anytime. Very flexible. Do require a meet and greet prior to boarding. Will go to client's home for all cat care services. They are walked twice a day. I have a large fenced-in outside pen where they can play. The pets are permitted on the furniture and may sleep with me in my bed.
