About: In my general pet-care description I included some brief information about my experience caring for cats, however, I believe this is my speciality. I am a very empathetic, thoughtful, and patient person and feel as though kitties can sense that. I have won over many strays, whom were difficult with any other humans. I have helped a stray mother birth her 5 kitties, including helping her push and cutting two of the umbilical cords. I have cared for many sickly kittens of my own and fostering, including bottle feeding and bathing and medicine administration. I feed and spend time with the 5 outdoor kitties (strays) in our neighborhood daily, simply because I enjoy it and feel as though they deserve love also:) Caring for cats is not just a hobby or a part of my life, it is something I go out of my way to spend my time doing and is a deep passion I feel as though I am called to partake in.
About: I've taken care of pets all of my life. From puppies all the way up to seniors. I love them all. They all need someone to care for them and feel the extra love especially when their normal family is away. I'm currently flexible and can fit pet care into my daily routine. Occasionally, I will pick up an additional job. But that shouldn't interrupt with taking care of what I love to do and that is to take care of fur babies. I would rather take care of your pets in their environment due to the fact that they are most comfortable there. I also have two fur babies of my own. But I feel as if fur babies are normally happy in their own surroundings.

“Our doggy daycare shut down suddenly and we were in need of overnight boarding for our little dachshund, Trinco. Amy was available and took great care of him! We did a day of daycare with her one day before to get Trinco more familiar with Amy. She treated him like her own pup, and gave him lots of love and attention. About: I love puppies and dogs!!! I grew up having mutltiple dogs and wouldn’t have it any other way.... we are a typical dog family (our dog is family!). That being said, Please let me know how I can make your dog’s stay with me most comfortable. I work from home so am home the majority of the day. Therefore, I can provide frequent potty breaks. The backyard is walled in and mainly dirt and patio. I have a silver lab and a corgi so any potential customers (insert your dog’s name here) must be able to get along with other dogs (mine are very energetic and playful). I am willing to take the dogs for walks but I mainly just let them run around the backyard and let some energy out. Hope to meet you soon! Currently we are in the middle of a move and I will not be readily available for dog sits possibly until after summer, but Please reach out if you are a past client as we will make it work for any of the dogs that we have seen previously. Usually I am home during work hours so the dogs get tons of attention. They also have my 2 dogs to play with. I have a fenced in backyard for play and/or potty time. All the pups go out in the morning and get to let out some energy. They also get tons of pets and cuddles throughout the day (from me and my kiddos). If your dog is allowed treats we also give a lot just to reward them for being so well behaved in the new environment.

Our most recent dog, Waldo, is no longer with us and we would be happy to love on another’s pet! We are comfortable giving meds (oral) to pets. About: I grew up with dogs in my home since I was a child. I moved to Charlotte in 1999 and got my Jack Russell Terrier Norman and he was so loved he lived until 18 1/2! I thought I’d give it some time before I got another dog but we ended up getting Coco two weeks later and Enzo several months later. The humans in my household are me, my husband, Chris and my two teenage sons, Greyson (17) and Cayden (16). We all love dogs! I’ll be the only caregiver of your pet but just wanted to include who else is in our home. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m home to give your dog the care he or she needs. My two dogs are very friendly and love to play! I worked for a veterinarian in college so I’ve been around many types of dogs and cats. At my house dogs are family. They are allowed on our furniture and sleep in our bed. We have a huge fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence.
About: I have two male dachshunds. I have had the. since they were puppies. I had three, but my oldest passed away on Dec. 16, 2025. He was 13 years old and I have had him since I was 21 years old. My second oldest is 12 years old and the youngest is 4 years old. The dogs are allowed on furniture. We have ramps to help them onto the couch and they have a nice ramp up to a comfy window bed area. Our dogs love sleeping there and looking out the window. I am used to dogs with health issues. My oldest dog, Odie, had a very sensitive stomach and had to have a strict diet or he got pancreatitis. Our youngest has had back surgery and was paralyzed and slowly regained mobility. Taking care of dogs with health issues is not a problem for me. When booking with me. Let me know about your pets personality. Be specific with eating schedule. We have a big backyard that is perfect for exploring and running around. When the dogs get hot, we have a small pool that my dog Oscar loves to jump in to cool off. I am 35 years old and live with my husband, 40 years old. We have 2 kids. I taught Elementary School for 12 years and beginning 2026 resigned to stay home with my youngest. I will be home all day to make sure your dog is loved on and gets plenty of outside time. My dogs have a ramp leading up to the window where they also sleep on a platform. The perfect spot for small dogs to look out the window and sleep. I have 5 dog beds. Plenty to pick from. I do allow dogs on the couch. If it's okay with you. We have a BIG backyard and your dog will get lots of loves at my house. We are big dog lovers. I live with my husband and two children. I have a 6 year old and a 3 year old who are gentle with dogs. My 6 year old actually has her own dog. The youngest dachshund, Jack, is hers. They have a great bond and he always sleeps in her bed at night. Oscar likes to sleep in our bed.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is I have taken care of cats, kittens, dogs of all sizes, and a bunny, this has lead me to learn different requirements and routines for different pets. I’ve always had a deep love for animals and would be happy to send you regular updates and pictures. I also wouldn’t mind watering plants or doing any extra cleaning up after your pet. I currently go to school on the weekdays from eight to eleven twenty in the morning and on the weekends I am usually free mostly all day. I have two cats at home, I clean their litter box daily and brush them often in the warmer season to keep them from shedding everywhere. They get fed breakfast, dry food, and dinner, wet food. And they have plenty of toys and two cat trees to play with and sleep on.

I’ve also dog and cat sat many times for friends, family, and others, including feeding, walking, playing, and overnight care. About: Our neighborhood, home, and family are dog friendly as I have 3 of my own and I foster for local rescue organizations! We have a secure dog room, fenced in back yard with plenty of shade and stimulation. Walks around the neighborhood or to local greenways are included as well as a swim if your doggie is so inclined. I usually prefer to keep up the owners daily routine by staying in their house and feeding their animals at the same time and in their usual spots. It is a comfort to not change everything about their environment while they are anxious. When I take them on a walks, I usually let the dog show me the way as they know the regular route by heart. If they are older and nap 10x a day or if they are energetic and play fetch 3x a day then that is what we do, it really depends on each family’s individual needs.
About: I have 10 plus years of experience caring for friends and neighbors pets, I also have 5 years experience as a dog groomer, so I know how to care for any dog or cat! I am a stay at home mom, so I can easily make sure your baby is taken care of all day long! I am never out of the house for more than 4 hours at a time. I have a lovely fenced in yard, and a covered patio. I have a big open floor plan for the dogs to chill inside as well! Feedings as often as they require, and treats of that’s okay with the pet parent! Also access to water 24/7 I am currently a stay at home mom, so I have plenty of time to make sure your fur baby has all the love and attention they need! I have a lovely fenced in yard, I provide water all day long as needed, they will get snuggles from me, and played with all day! My number-one priority is the comfort of your pet.

About: I've taken care of pets all of my life. From puppies all the way up to seniors. I love them all. They all need someone to care for them and feel the extra love especially when their normal family is away. I'm currently flexible and can fit pet care into my daily routine. Occasionally, I will pick up an additional job. But that shouldn't interrupt with taking care of what I love to do and that is to take care of fur babies. I would rather take care of your pets in their environment due to the fact that they are most comfortable there. I also have two fur babies of my own. But I feel as if fur babies are normally happy in their own surroundings.

About: Since I was a small child, my family/myself have owned dogs, cats, fish and birds. I have experience with puppy/ kitten training all the way to senior care. I also have experience with separation anxiety and able to help reduce the stress of being away from home. I want your little fur baby to feel at home in my care.
