Our days already revolve around our own dog, Winston, so potty breaks, backyard time, playtime, meals, and lots of attention are part of our normal routine. We have a fenced-in backyard that makes it easy for the dogs to get outside frequently throughout the day, whether they want to play, explore, or just enjoy some fresh air. When your dog stays with us, we’ll do our best to keep them on the routine they’re used to at home—including feeding times, medications, bedtime routines, walks, and any special instructions you provide. We want their stay with us to feel like part of their normal life, just with a few new friends and a little extra spoiling! Your dog’s safety and comfort are always our top priorities. We have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can enjoy plenty of supervised outdoor time, and we never leave guest dogs outside unattended. We take introductions with our dog, Winston, slowly and supervise interactions so everyone has time to get comfortable with one another. We understand that not every dog wants to play or be social all the time, so we’re happy to provide separate spaces when someone needs a little quiet time to relax and decompress. We also have crates available if your dog is crate-trained and feels most comfortable having their own familiar space. Inside our home, dogs are treated like part of the family. They’re welcome to relax with us, play, snuggle, and settle in just like they would at home. We follow each owner’s instructions closely when it comes to feeding, medications, potty schedules, walks, sleeping arrangements, and household rules so we can keep your dog’s routine as familiar as possible. We also believe trust means keeping you in the loop. You can expect regular updates and plenty of photos during your dog’s stay, and we’ll always reach out if we have a question or notice anything unusual. About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life and am a very proud dog owner today and love it! I currently have a Coonhound Great Pyrenees mix. He was a rescue as a puppy, and his name is Stinky! I specialize in younger hyper dogs and love taking long walks! I currently am work from home on Mondays and Fridays and am available before 9am and after 6pm Tues-Thurs. About: Growing up, my family always had dogs. Once our children started playing high school and college sports, we became too busy to have a dog of our own. For the past several years, we have taken family and friends dogs for long weekends, week-long stays...whatever we could do to get our "dog fix". It was a win for us and a win for our family and friends. My wife and I take lots of walks in the Charlotte area and we always love to stop and pet friendly dogs! About: I've owned 3 dogs throughout the years and I've always petsat for friends and family since I was a young teenager. I am also a former employee of Happy Dog Daycare and Spa for 3 years. I have kept some clients from my time at Happy Dog and still petsit for them, my friends and family regularly. Typically every other week or a few times a month. I have a collection of dog toys and keep food and treats stocked in-home. If pet parents allow, I will let their dog play with my family's dogs, daily walks around the neighborhood or local parks and a comfortable environment. These also apply for house visits and any activity or request made by pet parents will be followed.
About: As an experienced dog owner of medium and large sized dogs, and a lover of little dogs, I can offer loving companionship and care for your pet. I also have a lot of experience with senior dogs and those recovering from surgeries and can assist with those needs as well. I have plenty of time to take care of your pet any day of the week, between 9:00am - 5:00pm. If different hours are needed, we can discuss that. For pet care in your home, I will follow any instructions you have for their care and comfort. A typical visit would include a potty break/walk, a treat, and a little time petting them and telling them what a good and lovely baby they are. If feeding or medication is needed that can also be handled during my visit.
About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life. My family has always had boxers, but I love all fur babies! I have had dogs of all ages from 8 week crazy puppies to 12 year old grey faced sweet hearts. I have spent over nights with friends dogs and have done day time or drop in visits. I always look forward to getting to work with new people and meeting new furry friends! I am a nursing student in Belmont, NC August-May and apart of the acrobatics and tumbling team at my college as well. While I am home in Bloomington, IL during the summers I work in the evenings coaching gymnastics and during the day I work part-time as a CNA. At home I love to play outside with my dogs, and I go on runs and walks often with them. When I am with other families dogs I respect all of their wishes regarding their home and their pets, and love to spend time getting to know what each dog needs: cuddles, playing, inside or outside time, etc.
About: Semi-retired with plenty of time & flexibility to spend with your furbaby. Special needs and senior dogs have a special place in my heart. My own dog was attacked and is now sight impaired in one eye. I am semi-retired, looking for fun and relaxing ways to make extra money. I walk everyday, I would enjoy taking your furbaby with me so we both get some exercise. If you're only looking for a drop-in visit, that's great too. Always respectful of a customers home & extra care given to their furbaby whether it's a drop-in or a dog walk. Your pet and your home are safe with me.

My services will take place in your home while you’re away to ensure your fur baby feels comfortable!

About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life and am a very proud dog owner today and love it! I currently have a Coonhound Great Pyrenees mix. He was a rescue as a puppy, and his name is Stinky! I specialize in younger hyper dogs and love taking long walks! I currently am work from home on Mondays and Fridays and am available before 9am and after 6pm Tues-Thurs. Can be available for early morning walks! I have an unfenced yard, but take my dog out for long walks daily and am prepared to take care of other pets as they need.
