My dog is old, blind and deaf, so I do worry when I go on vacation. If I am not near, he gets very anxious. And it is hard for him to navigate a new place. But after our meet and greet, my own anxiety began to leave. Rachel and Donald sent more than one daily update with pictures. For once, I was not in a hurry to get back home! When I picked him up, he acted like he would have been fine to stay longer. I could tell they loved on and cared for my dog as well as I do. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Fur babies have a special place in my heart and I will take the best of care of any kind of fur baby. I currently have a two golden doodles(<1), an Australian Shepard(2), miniature Aussie(12) and a cat(13) I rescued from the humane society. I currently work 3 days a week and attend college. I have a pretty flexible schedule other than the days I work from 9 to 6:30. I am available on those days before 9 and after 6:30. I live in a home with a fenced in yard and three large dogs. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Fur babies have a special place in my heart and I will take the best of care of any kind of fur baby. I currently have a two golden doodles(<1), an Australian Shepard(2), miniature Aussie(12) and a cat(13) I rescued from the humane society. I currently work 3 days a week and attend college. I have a pretty flexible schedule other than the days I work from 9 to 6:30. I am available on those days before 9 and after 6:30. I live in a home with a fenced in yard and three large dogs. The dogs typically spend the day with us but when we aren’t home we put them outside in a kennel.

About: It has been a dream of mine to be a veterinarian since I was a little girl, so pet sitting has given me more opportunities to take care of animals of kinds. I've pet sat for friends and family and absolutely love it. I've made close connections with the animals I've sat for and love them like my own. About: I love all animals and they are a part of the family. I have 2 dogs and a cat that I consider my children and will treat every animal that way. I am currently working part-time and would be available mornings and evenings to take care of pets. She gets spoiled with multiple walks a day on my work from home days and we have a few dog parks within walking distance that we utilize frequently. I live near downtown Lincolnton so am in a very safe and dog friendly area. If your pet prefers to be the only dog, I would be more than willing to make a couple trips per day to your home for some outdoor time and walks, as my work schedule is extremely flexible. My dog was crate trained as a puppy so I do have experience with that and would be more than willing to help with training during the day if your dog needed midday walks but was still getting comfy in their crate!

I Shadowed a vet in Denver for a few months for vet tech training as well as worked at a doggy daycare for 2 years handling packs of up to 30 dogs.
