We did a meet and greet ahead of time, which was super helpful. She has a wonderful setup! A nice, large, fenced-in yard for them to run around and play. With my permission, the dogs were allowed on the couch and provided lots of cuddles and she even slept in the spare room with them (just like home). Ideally, I am looking for regular clients that consistently need someone to hang out with their fur babies. I would meet you and your fur baby, and get a lay of the land. If you need me to feed them, water them, give treats, I would just need to know where to access them. For cats, if you need me to clean the litter box, I would just need to know where the bags, & scooper are. Also where you’d like the waste disposed.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Fur babies have a special place in my heart and I will take the best of care of any kind of fur baby. I currently have a two golden doodles(<1), an Australian Shepard(2), miniature Aussie(12) and a cat(13) I rescued from the humane society. I currently work 3 days a week and attend college. I have a pretty flexible schedule other than the days I work from 9 to 6:30. I am available on those days before 9 and after 6:30. I live in a home with a fenced in yard and three large dogs. The dogs typically spend the day with us but when we aren’t home we put them outside in a kennel.

Because I work remotely, I’m able to be present throughout the day to monitor behavior, provide regular potty breaks, walks, and attention, and ensure pets are comfortable and relaxed. I keep my space clean, pet-friendly, and free of hazards, and I’m careful to follow any household rules provided by owners. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all care instructions closely. About: It has been a dream of mine to be a veterinarian since I was a little girl, so pet sitting has given me more opportunities to take care of animals of kinds. About: I love all animals and they are a part of the family. I have 2 dogs and a cat that I consider my children and will treat every animal that way. I am currently working part-time and would be available mornings and evenings to take care of pets. If your pet prefers to be the only dog, I would be more than willing to make a couple trips per day to your home for some outdoor time and walks, as my work schedule is extremely flexible. My dog was crate trained as a puppy so I do have experience with that and would be more than willing to help with training during the day if your dog needed midday walks but was still getting comfy in their crate!

I Shadowed a vet in Denver for a few months for vet tech training as well as worked at a doggy daycare for 2 years handling packs of up to 30 dogs. I have some training from a certified dog trainer on leash walking training as well as basic commands and behavior. I am available Most days for any service. The upper deck is perfect for my pups looking out over the yard and resting in the sun. Rachel is a fantastic communicator sending multiple updates, pics and videos throughout the day. With my permission, the dogs were allowed on the couch and provided lots of cuddles and she even slept in the spare room with them (just like home). For my pup with anxiety, she moved slow and gave her time to adjust and settle.
