About: I've been caring for animals for over 10 years and have always had a passion for pets. About: I can’t remember a time in my life that I didn’t have a dog (or two). Big dogs, little dogs and in between. Now that I am retired, I devote most of my time to caring for my two “baby girls”. Daisy & Bella are litter sisters although they don’t look a like. They are Teddy Bear/Schicons (1/2 Bichon Frise and 1/2 Shih Tzu). They are inseparable, looking out for each other or wrestling together, where there’s one there is the other. They do play well with others. My sister’s little girl is a Shih Tzu and she is an only child, we laugh and call her the Princess. I sit for her for a week or long weekends when my sister visits her daughter out of town. She also comes over for play dates. They all respect each other’s boundaries and the Princess has learned to play with “the Court Jesters”. My dogs and visitors are allowed on furniture and beds. My yard is not fenced, but I do have a radio frequency collar system that I can use or walk on leash per owner’s preference. I live a long way from the road so it is safe. We go on golf cart rides around the property in the afternoon, my girls look forward to it. I am retired, so unless I have a doctor appointment or go grocery shopping, I am home 100% of the time. I do go to church on Sunday morning. My girls have the run of our home but I can use a crate if owner desires. I will treat your fur baby like I do my own. They are my #1 priority, always. They have a feeding schedule twice daily with a few treats throughout the day. They get lots of love and snuggles to their satisfaction. I encourage them to play with toys inside interacting with each other and myself. They will get plenty of exercise indoors and outdoors. I refreshed their water several times daily.

I currently do Rover full-time, but have worked at a dog boarding/training facility and have worked with/handled dogs of all sizes and breeds. About: I live on a 14-acre property with vinyl horse fencing that has been reinforced with fence wire to contain dogs securely. We have two fully fenced fields, each about 70 yards x 50 yards. One field has agility equipment. Boarders and day care dogs will be able to interact with the agility equipment, if time allows and dog is comfortable. The other field is used mainly for disc dog practice and competitions, but is also great for general play. We have a stream running along the back of our property. We have 2 dog runs outside for outdoor relaxation when we are not doing activities. I have dog training certifications with Karen Pryor Academy and Animal Behavior College. I prefer to interact with dogs using positive reinforcement, treats and praise. I have been involved with dog sport training since 2008. We currently have 7 small dogs, all actively involved in dog sports, including flyball, disc, agility, barn hunt and tricks. Our females are intact and 2 males are intact.

Outside of work and school, I spend most of my time with my family, my boyfriend, and at church on Wednesdays and Sundays. My schedule is generally flexible, and I do my best to accommodate pet owners' needs whenever possible. I often spend time accompanying the dogs with snuggles and a couple of hours of playtime a day. I provide food and water for the animals as instructed by the owner as each owner has a different approach. I often take dogs on one or two walks a day because exercise is extremely beneficial for pets.

I'm able to spend the majority of the weekdays with them and can spend all the time on in the evenings and weekends. I'm also available to check in or stay with your animals while you are in town for vacation and need coverage for a few hours. Their safety is my top priority while you are away. I keep a good eye on them and don't like to by physically away from them for long as I know it can be a hard transition sometimes.
