He went above and beyond by taking time out of his day to do a meet-and-greet before I even booked, which I truly appreciated—especially since King can be a handful. I wanted to make sure King would feel comfortable and be on his best behavior, and Joaquin made that happen. Throughout the stay, he kept me updated with pictures and videos, which was so reassuring.
