About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. With the limited hours available there, I thought we could try this avenue as well. I work full time, but my daughter and I would love to find a dog to walk Wednesday through Friday evenings, or weekends! We are available some weekends for dog/cat care while you’re away as well. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life! I’ve done everything from fostering to raising litters of puppies and kittens. I’m an active person so there is no shortage of playtime. I’m very dedicated to providing the love and support pets need! Caring for pets is always a priority of mine as I currently own a dog and cat myself. I work part time so my schedule is very flexible. P.s. If you have a really active dog, I love taking dogs on runs or hikes or long walks. I work from home so available all week long. About: I connect with animals of all kinds! I've had several dogs & cats, rabbits, pigs, turkeys, snakes, chickens, lizards, and a chinchilla. “I had an emergency and needed someone to take my two rough collies on their twice-daily walks. One is a retired service dog who is deaf, and the other is a young collie with epilepsy. Because of their special needs, I was quite anxious about finding the right person. Caitlin was exactly what I needed. She had a calm, reassuring presence and was warm, gentle, and playful with both dogs. She quickly understood their individual needs. By the second day, they were eagerly waiting for her arrival. Luna, the service dog, had never “done her business” on a leash before, but with Caitlin, she had no hesitation. About: I have 10+ years of experience with cat and dog sitting, and also have experience caring for farm animals (I've worked on several farms). I’m comfortable and experienced working with pets of a variety of ages, from young kittens to older senior pups. I am available for pet sitting gigs in your home most days of the week. I also offer doggy day care and overnight boarding in my home Thursday afternoons through Sundays. I’m a flexible and responsive sitter, please reach out to connect! Our home is located in a private, quiet country setting. We have a fenced in yard for pups to play in. We have a dog ourselves who enjoys time with other pups and we also have an outdoor cat.
