In my home, I offer a safe and structured environment with access to a yard, long lines for safe outdoor time, and nearby areas for both private and public walks, including lake and town settings. I use appropriate, safe equipment such as harnesses, gentle leaders, and martingale collars when needed to ensure control and comfort. In clients’ homes, I follow all instructions carefully and maintain your pet’s normal routine to reduce stress. I’m experienced in handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels, and I always prioritize calm, controlled, and positive interactions.
About: I was born an animal lover and have loved caring for them since I can remember. I’ve helped pet sit for many friends and family for years! Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and fish. I would LOVE to help more people with their sweet pets in the local Wake Forest area. I’m a stay at home mother and homeschooler to our daughter, and have lived in WF since 2020. I’m looking to help bring in some extra income to help our family. All animals deserve respect, kindness, love and dignity and I would be honored to help you care for your loved ones at home however I am able. Animals bring a wealth of joy to my heart! We have a 2 year old cat and a 15 year old chihuahua/terrier mix at home that I have had since she was 1 month old. She is now blind and in kidney failure, so I am experienced with caring for senior pups as well as puppies and all those in between. I know the stress that comes when planning to leave town and needing to plan for your pets to be taken care of and loved on. It’s stressful and can cause anxiety, especially for those that have special and more unique needs. I would love to help relieve some of that stress and anxiety for you if I can! I’m a stay-at-home homeschool mom to our daughter and have a flexible schedule. We live near downtown Wake Forest which enables me to easily pop over when I need to! I have a lot of experience caring for dogs and cats including our own cat and senior dog at home. I know what it takes to care for animals well and I am naturally wired to go beyond expectation when caring for animals. They bring me so much joy and comfort and I would count it a privilege to care for yours.
