About: Hello! I am 38, been in Durham since 2013, and I have lived with several friends who had dogs, so I got my start taking care of them when our human housemates were out of town. One of those longtime housemates is a certified dog trainer who had three dogs when we lived together, so I learned a lot from them about dog care and behavior! In my mid 20’s, I was referred to a friend’s parents for overnight dog sitting. I ended up loving it and have been dog sitting for them for 10+years. About: As a dog owner throughout my childhood, I love spending time with dogs and making sure they get the exercise, attention, and care they deserve. Whether it’s a long walk, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’m reliable and attentive to each pet’s needs. Adaptable work from home schedule to meet pet’s needs throughout the day. When watching pets, I adapt my schedule to meet their needs and only take on pet care when I can be fully available. I have a dog park space in my apartment building and live in a great neighborhood for walks. Pets have plenty of room in my home and easy access to outdoor time. I focus on keeping pets comfortable, safe, and following their normal routines so they feel at home.
