About: I became a dog mom at 19, and have been dog-sitting off and on ever since! While the extra income is always nice, I mainly do it to prevent coming home with a new puppy every week. I treat all the dogs I meet like they're my own and give them as much love as I do to my own babies - an 11 year old Lab mix and 6 year old German Shepherd! They both have loved every dog I've ever had staying at my house. I'm comfortable with all breeds and all ages, and have no problem giving medications if needed. I am available during the daytime for long walks and have a very flexible work schedule, which means a lot of play time for your pup! I’m currently working remote part-time and have the flexibility to choose my own hours, which means I have plenty of spare time during the day to spend with your pup! I treat your pets as if they are my own, giving them the same amount of love and attention if not more! I always make sure they are well cared for and that the client comes home to a clean house and happy pets!

I am comfortable adminstering medicine through food or using a pill pusher or pill pockets. Growing up one of my cats had issues with her kidneys and I administered her pills with a pusher as it was the only way to reliability know she received her life saving medicine every morning. I have a young cat of my own who is a bit on the spunky side but I love him reguardless of all the sass! At the SPCA I made sure all our cats in the facility were fed and had a clean kennel. About: Like everyone else on this app, I love dogs, and grew up with German Shepherds However, I started on the rover app because I wanted to provide something I thought was missing… reliable pet care for high energy and athletic dogs. I travel a lot and the last thing I want to worry about is if my 70 pound GSD is wearing out the kind old lady I left her with because that’s who was available. Rest assured, if you leave your dog with me for work or for play, I’ll treat them as if they were my own. Need daily runs or multiple walks a day? Good. We run every day. Need yard play time? Not a problem. Extra belly rubs? Easy. Is your Dog a couch potato? I have a couch and have happy to give rubs and chill out. The point is, weather for a week or a weekend, if you leave your dog with me, you can focus on where ever your travels are taking you. I have a pretty demanding full time job. I’m only available for boarding in my home. If I’m home, your dog has 100% of my focus. I have a very well trained and very social GSD and a large fenced in yard. I also have rooms I can fence off to give your dog some space. I’m happy to play fetch, take multiple walks, and daily runs if needed.

I have a 3 year old chocolate lab who absolutely loves friends to play with and has never had any issues with other dogs or people. I currently work part time, and have a lot of days with full flexibility. Most mornings after my kids go to school I’m free, and weekends or evenings my 12 year old and 8 year old love to walk with or play with dogs with me. My yard is fenced in, and my home is dog friendly. I’m happy to stay in clients homes as well if my schedule with my children allows. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. Growing up I was around breeds such as Labradors, Cocker Spaniels, Chows, German Shepards, Poodles and Lhasa Apsos. The first time I became a dog mom was to Zoe, a Bichon Frise. I lived in Chicago at the time in an apartment so I had to walk her multiple times a day. Bichons also need a lot of maintenance with their fur, so I’m very familiar with grooming methods of that type of breed. After Zoe, I became a dog mom to a Pit Bull/German Shepherd puppy, Garner. I got him when he was 8 weeks old and had him for 13.5 years. I understand the level of care a puppy needs as well as a senior dog. I’m also very familiar with handling large breeds on a leash. I understand how a pet is part of the family and I will show your dog lots of love and affection, just like I would my own. I am available Monday-Friday 8am-2pm then from 6pm-8pm. I am in the process of transitioning jobs that will give me more flexibility in my daily work schedule and I also work from home 2 to 3 days a week. During our meet and greet I will ask questions like how gates close, any holes in fences, if your dog is a digger, if your dog is leash reactive or reactive around other dogs, best way to enter the home so the dog isn’t scared or freighted, and how you would like your home locked up after the visit has been completed.
About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Because I’ve always had pets of my own, I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust looking after your furry family members. I’m reliable, attentive, and committed to making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or simply keeping a routine, I’m here to provide dependable, caring support for your pets. I’m currently a senior in high school, and my class schedule is very flexible. I only have classes from 2:05-3:45, which means I’m available most of the day for pet care. This allows me plenty of time for walks, check-ins, feeding schedules, and giving your pets the attention they need. I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. When caring for pets, I respectfully follow the pet’s normal schedule like handling feedings, walks, potty breaks, medication if needed, and any special instructions you provide. No matter where the care takes place, I’m committed to offering reliable, loving, and attentive service so your pet feels happy and secure while you’re away.
About: I have taken care of dogs and other kinds of pets since I was 14. My family and friends rely on me to come check in, walk, and play with their pets. I am available anytime during the day this summer. I do have a couple vacations already planned but I will communicate if something conflicts with the care you need for your pets! I have a fenced yard and 4 pugs that love to run around! My pets have plenty of toys they love to play with and they get fed twice a day. My cat also has plenty of toys and scratching posts, he also gets fed twice a day.

She sent pictures frequently and answered my texts about how he was doing very quickly to reassure me. I was very nervous about leaving him with someone, but I felt totally comfortable with this family. I think he got lots of love and playtime with them. When I picked him up, he went back and sat on Heathers lap on the floor which speaks volumes to me that he thought she was great too. Hopefully we will be back to Pinehurst and he can stay with them again. Can't thank you enough!!!!”

About: I became a dog mom at 19, and have been dog-sitting off and on ever since! While the extra income is always nice, I mainly do it to prevent coming home with a new puppy every week. I treat all the dogs I meet like they're my own and give them as much love as I do to my own babies - an 11 year old Lab mix and 6 year old German Shepherd! They both have loved every dog I've ever had staying at my house. I'm comfortable with all breeds and all ages, and have no problem giving medications if needed. I am available during the daytime for long walks and have a very flexible work schedule, which means a lot of play time for your pup! I’m currently working remote part-time and have the flexibility to choose my own hours, which means I have plenty of spare time during the day to spend with your pup! I treat your pets as if they are my own, giving them the same amount of love and attention if not more! I always make sure they are well cared for and that the client comes home to a clean house and happy pets!

About: I have been a professional trainer for over 15 years. I love puppies, small dogs, and bully breeds in particular. I am comfortable giving medications and providing custom care. Looking after your pets is my number once focus everyday and throughout the week. They are the first thing I take care of when I wake up and the last thing I take care of when I go to sleep. Dogs will be crated when not supervised. Backyard is fully fenced. Free time in the yard and house while supervised. Professional training available as well.
