About: I’ve always grown up with animals in the home, a home isn’t a home unless you here the pitter patter of those paws of the floor. Dogs are at the heart of my being and unfortunately you can only have so many. But the best way I’ve found to experience the love of all kind of dogs are through the caring for of everyone else’s four legged friend. Pet sitting is my only job, so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! If you need to ensure that child protective locks are always in place or that you dog gets crated at the end of the day, I can guarantee that will happen. About: I retired from teaching 5 years ago and have been caring for pets in their homes, cleaning litter boxes and taking dogs out for exercise during that time. I have personally owned 2 large dogs well into their senior years. I have had cats my entire life and still have one. I typically take care of cats and dogs when their owners are away; feeding, administering pills, cleaning litter boxes, exercising/playing with dogs, and playing/cuddling with cats. I believe these visits have been the most rewarding activities of my life. As a retired teacher, I am flexible to care for pets any day of the week. I am also willing to stay overnight in your home and be your pet’s companion. I still have a cat of my own on whom I like to check at some point each day if staying nights at another pet owner’s home. Sometimes the owners I serve are away for 7-15 days at a time. I will send daily updates and pictures as well during your absence. I have been providing care for pets in the owners’ homes. I therefore water and feed the cats and dogs and administer pills, if needed. I clean litter boxes and tidy up, making sure pet hair, etc. is cleaned up. I get the mail and take out trash. I play/cuddle with the cats and exercise/play/cuddle with the dogs. I love to walk so I never get enough of walking dogs. I take extra precautions if dogs are anxious when I have to leave for a while, i.e., leave music or TV playing or do something special with the dogs before I leave. The dogs usually sleep in the bed with me and we become great friends.

We have a large fenced in back yard with lots of shade. Our family has two dogs. Ava, a lab chow mix who loves other dogs and company; and Rocket, an older maltese. We also have two cats, Josephine and Henry who are very used to dogs and typically do their own thing. We work from home, so we are able to give extra care to your pet by giving potty breaks as much as needed. We live in a large neighborhood with lots of pet families and lots of paths for walking. We look forward to meeting you and fur baby / babies soon. Someone is always home. Both of us work from home. We have one son in college locally and another in high school. Lots of opportunities to be outside for potty breaks and exploring the backyard. Fully fenced in backyard with privacy fencing. We have lots of dog people in our neighborhood. Someone is always home with our pups and any pups staying with us.

About: I've grown up with dogs since I was a little girl, of all different sizes a breeds. No one dog is the same and I like to find the personality of each individual dog to better suit their needs. I have taken care of dogs for family and friends when on vacation or simply stopping by the house to feed, give fresh water and have a little playtime. I'm excited to spend time with your dog! I’m currently work from home so will be able to care for you babes with my full attention! I love to make sure each animals feels safe and loved in my care through play and tons of snuggles. When staying with me, I have 3 acres of land for your animals to explore as well as a fenced in yard for those who would prefer it. I also am the happy over of multiple cats, chickens and one awesome pig. They are all extremely friendly.
