About: I have been a babysitter for over 20 years. Most of the families I worked with had pets, dogs or cats. I have had cats of my own over the years but now I help my mom take care of her 2 dogs. I recently moved to Newport News so I have a completely open schedule. I am already cooking fresh food for my mom's dogs and walking them regularly. Come join us. “BOOCHI’S FIRST DAY AT DAYCARE 🐶 All I can say is WOW... I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Monti! When it comes to loving on your fur baby & making them feel at home away from home, Monti is an absolute ANGEL!!! When we first met for our meet and greet last week, it was abundantly clear that Monti and her husband truly love and understand dogs. At first, I was hesitant to book my pup, Boochi, for his first day at daycare because he tends to be a bit picky and kinda anxious sometimes, but Monti and her hubby made him feel completely at home right away – it was like Boochi was part of their family! ❤️ Yesterday was Boochi’s first day at daycare, and he was initially a little nervous when I dropped him off… he wasn't sure whether to follow me or stay with Monti. Fortunately, Monti is a PRO with dogs, and she was SO on top of his care plan – you can tell that she honestly loves and cares about the dogs she watches. From bringing out an entire room full of toys to streaming Boochi's fave comfort cartoon, Monti went MUCH further than the extra mile to make sure that he was comfortable and content… and did I mention how well-fed Boochi was? Not only did she make him his fave lunch, but she even sent him home with cheerios and some leftover chicken with broth! Throughout the day, Monti sent me adorable photos and videos, as well as regular updates with cute little stories about Boochi’s first day at daycare – which really put my mind at ease while I was away… it was clear that Boochi was bonding with Monti, having an awesome time, and getting LOTS of love, attention, and “sugars” (aka kisses). Later, when I arrived for pick-up, Boochi almost didn’t want to leave… he was happy, totally relaxed, and sorta tired from his fun, eventful day – which is always a good sign! In fact, Boochi barely ran over to me because he had become SO comfortable with Monti! Ultimately, Boochi’s first day at daycare couldn’t have gone better! I’m SO glad we found Monti and her husband, and we will definitely be booking again ASAP… it’s such a relief to know that we’ve finally found someone that we can trust with our baby boy! About: I have always loved and been surrounded by dogs growing up. I'm looking for some fur babies to spoil. I would love to take them for walks or just leisurely relax on porch if they prefer. Happy to snuggle up and watch a movie. If they enjoy belly rubs or playing fetch give me a call. I work from home so I am here most of the day to provide love and affection to your pets. They also will enjoy being able to roam free while I'm here. However, on a few occasions I may leave for 3-4 hrs for a client meeting. Presently only taking non-aggressive pets. I'm happy to pickup or drop off your pup if needed. Only willing to do house sitting in a non-smoking home and fully Air conditioned/heated. My schedule is accommodating so I'm open to last minute bookings and can guarantee quality time with your pet. Please feel free to text or call. Look forward to meeting and getting to know your pup. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for sitting most weekdays and weekends just let me know what days you need. I will be happy to take your dog for a walk on a leash during the day or let them run around in a fenced yard if you have one. I can easily crate them if you need me to.
About: I have plenty of experience caring for pets of my own, as well as volunteering at the local SPCA. Feeding, bathing, grooming, walking, playing, etc. I have one dog of my own, and had one prior who was handicapped and paralyzed, so I have decent experience. I am good to work with any breed or size of dog. I am pretty decently flexible, as I work mornings from 5:30-10, and then anytime after I am 100% free 7 days a week! Feeding, bathing, grooming, walking, playing, simply spending time with, etc. in client’s home for in-home visits. Depending on the task, I can do almost anything needed.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for 10 years! I’m able to do anything to make your fur baby feel loved and secure with me while you’re gone! I work part time 4pm-8pm Monday-Friday! “I cannot say enough good things about Theresa and her family. The next time I am anywhere near the OBX, I will definitely be going back to Theresa. I found myself in a tough situation where I needed a very last minute dog sitter for my less than two-week old rescue pup, Lilah, who was also on meds at the time. As a new dog owner + an owner of a dog I didn't know that well, I was obviously very nervous to be leaving her. Upon arriving to her house, I could see that Theresa and her family would provide the highest care for Lilah and make her one of their own for the weekend—that they did and I'm pretty sure Lilah had the time of her life. Lilah has severe separation anxiety, EXTREMELY high energy as a young pit/boxer mix, and is still working on her dog socialization skills, but they were absolutely fantastic in working with all of her quirks and needs throughout the weekend. They also have an amazing, massive fenced in backyard that was perfect for her energy needs, and it was great that she got in some socialization with their sweet dogs. Their patience, attention, and care with Lilah left her a better pup then when I dropped her off. If you're anywhere near the OBX, Theresa is definitely the way to go.”
