About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and have always enjoyed being around all kinds of pets- from cats and dogs to farm animals. Caring for animals has always come naturally to me, and I’ve dreamed of having the opportunity to spend more time with them. My husband and I moved to Wilmington about 10 years ago, and for much of that time, life kept us so busy that having a pet of our own didn’t feel fair. Since I haven’t had pets of my own during this time, I’ve happily gotten my animal fix by pet sitting for friends and caring for their cats and dogs whenever they’ve needed someone they trust. I work away from home (Registered Nurse since 2016) just one day a week, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to give your pets the attention, companionship, walks, playtime, and love they deserve. I have a fenced in yard, a nice neighborhood for walks and no other pets to care for. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your pets in someone else’s care, and I’ll treat them like they’re my own.

I also have professional experience working at a doggy daycare, where I cared for 70+ dogs each day. At home, we have a good sized fully fenced-in yard where your dog can run, play, and get plenty of outdoor time. About: I have been around pets my whole life! I have taken care of each and every pet I’ve had. I have always had either a dog or cat in my house. And each of my family members have had pets that I have been around as well. I also use to volunteer at a wildlife rehabilitation center, where I cared for injured animals. I have my own mini farm, where I have pigs, goats, chickens, ducks and turkeys! So if you need any of those types of animals cared for I can do that too! I have a very flexible schedule so I basically have the whole day to come take care of any pets! I have plenty of time to come and hang out with your furry family! I have four loving dogs that get outside all day long because I have so much time during the day and a very large fenced in backyard. We go on walks all the time! We can have a pet play date if your pet likes other dogs. If you need your pet needs to crated, I can do that. If they need soothing music put on, I can do that too!

About: I can’t remember an age where I wasn’t helping birth and raise kittens and puppies, turtles, or rodents. From having blind, toothless senior chihuahuas and senile cats…to a litter of brand new pups or kittens struggling to catch their first breath I’ve been part of it. I’ve had several rodents and reptiles, and cared for my friends and family birds as well. Trained puppies and kittens to use the potty and more. Also helped with a few farm animals too. I work only 20-25hrs a week, so I’ll always be home within 6hours or less. Outside of work, I’m home hanging out with my kids and furbabies. I have two e.s.a. Certified cats who tend to hide away when someone new is here. I’ve had them both since babies (13y & 3y). Keep things clean, organized, healthy, I had a cleaning company too. I don’t have crates on hand or an outside fence but I have a huge yard, the neighbor has a spayed female American bulldog, very friendly. There are farm animals next door. However, I do appreciate being where the pet is comfortable and knows its space.

If it's not my own it's my friends and neighbors pets. I am always looking for a reason to explore new neighborhoods around town with your pet. If your pet needs someone to burn off energy or just lounge around I will adapt to any pets needs. Need the ball thrown for an hour a day? Need a lot of sniffs on a walk? Just need to be moved to the food bowl then back into a sunny spot? I'll do anything to make sure your pet is getting what they require.
About: I’ve been an owner of 3 pets for more than 10 years. I’m a pre-veterinarian student and have worked at animal hospitals for 5 years. Everyday as I take care of my cat and used to intern at paws4people and took care of puppies while they were growing into adolescence. I care for every pet like they’re my own, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, loved, and well cared for. In my home, I provide plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and a calm environment. In a client’s home, I follow their pet’s routine closely, including feeding, medications if needed, walks, playtime, and lots of cuddles!
About: I have four cats and a german shepherd. I grew up having dogs and cats my whole life. I have raised kittens and bottle fed them and have experience with small dogs and very large dogs. I currently work full time monday- friday. I am available early mornings, I have an hour lunch break, and I am available after 3pm most days! I am free all day on the weekends. I can easily travel to care for your pets and do whatever is necessary to provide proper care! I cannot bring your pets to my home however I can transport them!
About: I've been around well trained and untrained dogs alike for most of my life. I am capable with strong dogs, aggressive dogs, and dogs who just have tons of energy! I am currently doing gig work in the film industry, so in between gigs I have plenty of time to care for our furry friends. I care for other people's pets same as I care for mine at home. Simple basics are essential, but the magic happens when you build a bond and enrich each other's time together.
About: I’ve cared for and owned animals of all kinds. I have experienced in Dog, Cat, and some reptile care. I promise to provide a safe environment for your pets while keeping open communication and providing regular updates. I’m currently a college student who is working part time in Wilmington. Due to that my availability is limited to Friday-Sunday anytime rain or shine For all clients I will provide the same level of care that i do for my own pets constant play, supervision, and potty breaks. For daycare clients my pets will be out of the home. I also have access to 7 acres for your dogs to roam and play in (supervised and on leash) and an already pet proofed home.
About: Horses. Currently have 2 horses and have been around them since I was 3. Have only had my 2 since 2010. Also have 2 dogs that were originally from the Wake County Animal Center and fostered by me and have experience administering medication as needed for multiple species. I have a rabbit, dove, cat, and chickens. I currently work full time as an Animal Health Care Technician so would be available for overnight care, evening and early morning walks. On days I am off I would be happy to do middle of the day walks and help as best as possible! I can easily crate your dog if needed but if you think they would be more comfortable at your house I can keep them in their own environment to be suit them! and you!

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover whose always had dogs and cats throughout my childhood and adulthood. I also have professional experience working at a doggy daycare, where I cared for 70+ dogs each day. That experience taught me how to handle dogs with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and needs while making sure every pup feels safe, happy, and loved. At home, we have a good sized fully fenced-in yard where your dog can run, play, and get plenty of outdoor time. I also love staying active myself, so going for walks with the dogs is one of my favorite parts of pet care. Whether your pet needs some extra playtime, a good long walk, or simply some love and companionship while you’re away, I’ll treat them like one of my own. I recently moved to North Carolina from Massachusetts with my fur babies and husband for my husband’s career and to continue his college career at UNCW. Currently, I am not working and pet care is my only focus. I give all my animals/the animals that I care for lots of love and attention. Additionally, I give them lots of play time and exercise.
