I have had animals of my own but could no longer afford the monetary funds it takes to care for dogs and cats. I am a retired active senior citizen and I have a lot of spare time I would love to devote to dog/cat boarding or walking. Leases safety collars , and for a small added fee , daily health tracking during the stay with a special collar monitor tracking device that I have. About: I have always had animals in my home growing up. Currently I own 4 cats but have had small rodents such as hamsters and guinea pigs as well. I worked in pet care for Petsmart and worked there for 2 and a half years before beginning my teaching career. As someone who has had rodents and taken care of reptiles at Petsmart, don’t hesitate to contact me if you have exotics! I have taken care of and watched my parents animals which consisted of 6 cats, one had to have insulin twice a day. I’ve given different animals medications and am confident I can watch your fur babies! I look forward to hearing from you! I am a full time teacher and am currently only available on weekends or holidays as of right now. I’ll have more free time over spring and summer break! I prefer to not board animals in my home as I do not have room for them. However, I would very much enjoy coming over and taking care of them for drop in visits!

About: As a work-from-home professional, I can keep your fur baby company all day long, and check in multiple times a day. Does your energetic herding dog need twice-daily walks or visits to the dog park? No problem -- they're just like the Australian Shepherd I grew up with and the Rough Collie I petsit regularly. I am also an ardent cat lover with experience caring for my aging childhood cat (age 20+), as well as a skittish rescue with seasonal allergies. If you have a senior cat who needs extra care or shy kitten who needs daily medication, I'm the petsitter for you. I have an extremely flexible schedule and can accomodate boarding every day of the week. I'm also available for daycare across Raleigh, although I may have more limited availability on Wednesday and Thursday nights, as well as Sunday afternoons and evenings. Feel free to ask about my schedule! I live in a townhouse with a small, fenced-in patio and my one cat. She is typically kept in a separate part of the house during boarding, so I can accommodate animals who are reactive to cats. The yard is great for smaller dogs who enjoy being outside, but I can also care for larger animals who need lots of exercise!
About: Along with having cared for dogs my whole life, my most recent employment position was as a Dog Playgroup Supervisor in Massachusetts. My job was to pick up dogs from their homes and bring, on average, 8 dogs at a time to a private field for them to play and socialize together (As a treat take a look at my photos if you want to see some adorable puppy photos). About: I have had dogs my whole life ranging from 175 to 50 pounds. My family also breeds dogs so I’m comfortable with all ages. I have dog sat for numerous family and friends and love all animals so your pet will get treated as if they were my own. I’ve also took care of dogs that take medication, are on special diets. I have a full time job but I make my own schedule so I will base that off of my schedule with rover. Pets will be well taken care of and took on walks. If your pet is more laid back and likes to lay around all day then we will do that. If your pet has a lot of energy and like to run the we can do that as well. I have plenty of yard for your pet/pets to play. I currently don’t have any other animals in the house and am waiting for my puppy to be born! Your pet will be allowed on furniture unless that is a rule you have then I will not go against it. I have plenty of toys, dog beds, and crates if needed.
About: Growing up I always wanted a pet for my own and I finally got my first puppy at 10 yrs old. I really think that helped me be responsible. And have so much love for pets I take of my pets like if they were my children. Whenever I have free time I like to help others with there pets. I don’t have a job right now so I can work any hours of the week. Full time would be much better, and preferred I have a flexible schedule. I try to build trust with people pets if they seem uncomfortable I try my best to get them out of their shell but I won’t force them to do anything they don’t want to
