Kharen is very warm & friendly and she made us feel very connected to our pups by sending us many pictures of our dogs over the 3 night stay with her! About: I have taken care of dogs for several years, growing up we always had family dogs, and even now taking care of friends & families dogs while they are on vacation. My home has plenty of space as well as a nice sized backyard that they can run around and play in. My dog is always looking to make a friend and is very sweet towards people and other dogs. If you have specific instructions regarding care for your dog, I will make sure that they are cared for the way they are used to! I work full time as a waitress, and I am done most days by 2pm, so I have the rest of the day to take care of pups! I’m usually off Monday’s as well! I have a fenced in backyard, as well as a dog of my own to keep your dog company while I am at work! I have spare dog crates & bowls, unless you prefer to bring your own!

About: Growing up with cats, I knew I wanted to be a dog person. I have rescued two dogs, both of which like to shadow us. I work from home next to an open doggy door all day. Our guests have access to a large fenced in yard, the opportunity to have some quiet time if they need it, and endless toys and bones to play with. Kyle and I are available often; the only restrictions we have include traveling that we do a handful of times throughout the year. When we aren’t traveling or working, Kyle likes to fish and I am focused on my art which takes place in my home. We have very few restrictions in our house when it comes to the dogs. (I think our only restriction is to table food, they don’t get any.) They have free rein of our large, fenced in back yard. If a dog needs their space, they go to another floor. I have a door that separates upstairs and down with comfortable areas in both locations for them to be alone with toys, bones, dog beds, and human furniture with full and easy access to all. If I am downstairs (in my studio) they will be with me. From my studio, they have direct access to the backyard via doggy door which is almost always open.

About: I have taken care of pets as long as I can remeber. People ask me to help them with their pets all the time. Your pets are part of your family. I will treat them as the treasures they are. I am available every day from 7:30 am to 7 pm. With those hours it gives me a lot of time to keep your fur baby entertained and fed. I know that for my own clan of animals that I prefer to board them at home. I like to offer the same service to my clients. Kenneling at home keeps your pet comfortable in surroundings they are used to. I can swing by to feed them, walk them, and just keep them company at least twice a day.

I work 90% of my job from home, and would love to help take the stress off your work day by allowing your fur family to hangout with me and my family for the day. With my experience as a foster, and being a pet owner myself - I know that I am responsible and loving towards all animals. I would love nothing more than to help take the stress off other dog owners, and help take care of them when needed. Since my job is 90% remote work, I have the flexibility to take my dogs on a walk or play outside in the fenced in area of our home multiple times a day. Throughout the work day they go outside multiple times - usually with a longer walk at the end of my work day. I ask the person I am dog sitting for what they want, and I always accommodate to whatever makes my client feel most comfortable with! About: I’m the person who talks to your dog on the sidewalk in a funny voice. I fur babies & I’ve had pets my entire life. I am a full time mom to a sweet 6 year old son. Being outside and walking pups is our favorite thing to do together! I promise I will take great care of your fluffy family member and I look forward to meeting & cuddling them soon! I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of wiggle room for checking in on your fluffy family member and loving them and giving them cuddles and walks and food or whatever they need that day. I’m so excited to meet the love of your life. I live on a large piece of property so if your baby can be off leash, I can have them off leash comfortably or if you prefer they be on leash I can do that too. There is plenty of room for lots of exercise. I have a very friendly, one year-old dog and a very friendly three-year-old cat. They love other animals! I also have a six-year-old son and he is an animal lover as well. If your Animal doesn’t like kids or other animals, I’m probably not a good fit. But I do not have my son on the weekends so I could pet sit for you on the weekends when my son is not around if your pet doesn’t like kids. About: I’ve cared for animals since I was about 10 years old. I’ve helped train puppies from a young age, and nursed kittens from 3-weeks old. More recently I’ve helped nurse and rehabilitate my senior dog after her major ACL surgery. Every now and then we will switch out dry food for wet food just to give them both some variety, so I’m happy to do the same for your pet. About: As a child I was always the person that was bringing home the lost and injured animals I came across. Not much has changed as an adult. I worked with a pet rescue for over a decade, unfortunately the rescue was dissolved but my love for animals has not faded. I have experience with many different species of pets, ranging in age from newborn and needing to be fed every 2 hours to senior animals that need extra care and patience. I am experienced in giving medicine, and providing all the love and attention your fur babies deserve. I am currently in a career transition and taking classes part time at a local college so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets and make sure they have as much love as possible. I am very diligent in making sure all of your requests are followed to the letter. I personally have a dog that needs wiped after she potties to prevent UTIs and it is a deal breaking for me when I can tell a sitter has not followed my instructions. I understand that routine is important and strive to be a few minutes early for every appointment. I also understand that someone other than yourself caring for your beloved furbaby can be stressful for both you and them. I strive to ease as much of that stress for both parents and furchildren as possible. I got pictures and a short report every day which eased any concerns I might have had (I really didn't have any after the meet and greet). Their house is very clean and comfortable, and David and April made sure to give Winnie the attention she needed to quickly adjust. About: I have taken care of dogs for several years, growing up we always had family dogs, and even now taking care of friends & families dogs while they are on vacation. My home has plenty of space as well as a nice sized backyard that they can run around and play in. My dog is always looking to make a friend and is very sweet towards people and other dogs. If you have specific instructions regarding care for your dog, I will make sure that they are cared for the way they are used to! I work full time as a waitress, and I am done most days by 2pm, so I have the rest of the day to take care of pups! I’m usually off Monday’s as well! I have a fenced in backyard, as well as a dog of my own to keep your dog company while I am at work! I have spare dog crates & bowls, unless you prefer to bring your own!

About: Hi! I might be new to Rover but not pet sitting! I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of hands on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I currently own two pugs and a soon to be therapy dog named Zoey. I also live with my husband Mike! He is an engineer at Duke Energy & isn’t always home. But I work from home so cuddles are always available for your pup! Beyond caring for my own pets, I’ve volunteered with the Blue Ridge Humane Society and spent several years fostering animals in need, helping them transition into loving forever homes. Through fostering, I’ve gained experience working with shy, energetic, anxious, and special needs pets, always focusing on patience, safety, and positive reinforcement. I understand that leaving your pet with someone else requires trust, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, cuddles, or simply a calm and caring companion while you’re away, my goal is to make them feel safe, loved, and comfortable. About: I grew up with feisty terriers, and now have a high energy Dalmatian. I’m up for the task! It’s a pleasure to play hard, and get them tuckered out for cuddle time. By spending time with our Dalmatian, high energy pups will meet their match and older dogs will tap into their youth. Looking forward to it! I work from home, and already have dog-care built into my routine. Our fenced in yard makes it easy for them to run-around. Daily walks around the block. We have a fenced in yard, great for them to run free. We’ve got dog beds, fun toys and lots of fresh water always available.
