My Layla passed away in 2017 from encephalitis and she had to get IVs every day on top of other things. We got Bruce in 2018 & Rocky in 2019. They are two peas in a pod..I call them Batman & Robin. They are great with other dogs as my husband and I have had many different breeds and sizes at our home. If your fur baby gets dirty playing in the yard, we will give the a bath (with your permission of course). About: I started taking care of the family dog a few years ago. With him, I administered medication in a positive way and helped train him. I am comfortable using a harness and a regular collar. I also helped train my senior dog on his reactivity with positive reinforcement. Currently, I am on summer break. About: I have met so many awesome fur babies working through Rover and I love each and every one of them. It's always so much fun getting to know a new pet friend especially dogs. I have had dogs my entire life. I have taken in numerous dogs from puppies to older dogs. We also rescued kittens and cared for them from birth to old age. I have experience caring for puppies and kittens and elderly pets with complex health issues. I just love animals and I've passed on that love for animals to my children. This isn't just a job for me it's my happy place. Your babies will be treated like family while they are in my care and I update you every step of the way. Monday through Thursday I work outside the home so bathroom breaks would be in the morning, evening and nighttime. Walks and play time would be in the evening as well. Friday through Sunday I am more available to spend time playing and cuddling with your pet. My yard is not fenced in so pets will be taken out on a leash for bathroom breaks and walks.
