“If you have a dog with needs, or just a dog you love, I would highly recommend Rachel and Donald to you! It was such a blessing to go on vacation and not worry about my pet! My dog is old, blind and deaf, so I do worry when I go on vacation. If I am not near, he gets very anxious. And it is hard for him to navigate a new place. But after our meet and greet, my own anxiety began to leave. Rachel and Donald sent more than one daily update with pictures. For once, I was not in a hurry to get back home! When I picked him up, he acted like he would have been fine to stay longer. I could tell they loved on and cared for my dog as well as I do. About: I’ve always had a love for animals, even at a young age. Over the years I have provided homes for many rescues or hospice cases. I am familiar with many different breeds and types of animals. Dogs, cats, pot belly pigs, goats. You name it! I also have a background in nursing which personally, makes me feel more in tune to animals if they are ill or sick. I am a kind, determined young professional that is easy going, but also determined. I recently moved to the city from New York. In New York my parents have a golden retriever that I helped raise and look after. My roommates also had a cat on college that I helped assist. I am here to keep your fur baby safe, happy and healthy while your at work, on vacation or simply whenever I’m needed! So my love for all animals grew even more from dogs & cats to goats, horses, pigs, horses and my favorite, Rabbits! I was dog walking bathing,sitting and just loving them around age 12. Bear is a Pomeranian that belongs to my daughter. 1 cat "Sparky" Tabby that thinks he's King!!! Currently I do my own schedule, and . So my time will hopefully be available when your furr babies need. I do have other side jobs I do. So I can work around most things for care of your furr baby. (Rates can change depending on the mileage.) I have new fenced in backyard. 1 female dog Bella. She is half mastiff/German Shepherd & rescued her as a pup. Then 1 Tabby Cat Sparky who thanks he's the king! Pomeranian named Bear that behind to my daughter.
About: I had a dog when I was younger and I loved him and taught him tricks. I also have 7 cats who I love so much. I work during the week. I have a big yard, however it's not fenced in. I could take your dog out on a leash so they are safe from other animals and the road. I also live in walking distance to the Harmony Trail in Shelby, NC.

My dog is old, blind and deaf, so I do worry when I go on vacation. If I am not near, he gets very anxious. And it is hard for him to navigate a new place. But after our meet and greet, my own anxiety began to leave. Rachel and Donald sent more than one daily update with pictures. For once, I was not in a hurry to get back home! When I picked him up, he acted like he would have been fine to stay longer. I could tell they loved on and cared for my dog as well as I do. She sent me photos of him playing with her two dogs, and a German Shepard that was there one day on a play date. Kingston was well cared for, and judging from the photos he had a ball while there. He was able to run and play in Nicole's hugh backyard,and Kingston also had a dedicated room in her house to nap/sleep. Nicole is a fantasic sitter and I could tell that she loves dogs. I would definitely reommend her services if you need a dog sitter.”

I am a previous dog owner of 2 amazing pups of my own, Gizeylle (Black Lab & Australian Shepherd 16yrs) and Spike (Rednose Staffordshire Terrier 8yrs) who have both crossed the rainbow bridge. With that being said, spending time with other dogs has been healing and therapeutic for me during my own grieving process. I am experienced in handling dogs of different breeds, temperaments, sizes, AND ages. I will treat your baby like one of mine. ❤️ I have pretty open availability, as I have been laid off, so I have much free time for check-ins, walks, and sitting. Please inquire on the availability needed for your pup. I have a large yard with space for your pup to sunbathe in. My yard is not fenced, so they will need to come with a leash and collar/harness. Please bring your pup’s bed, crate, etc. for their own comfort.
