About: I’ve always been an animal lover, from horses to reptiles! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, and some of the others throughout. We recently lost our dog to cancer at just shy of 13 years old, and I’m currently volunteering as a dog walker at the animal shelter to help fill that void. With the limited hours available there, I thought we could try this avenue as well. I work full time, but my daughter and I would love to find a dog to walk Wednesday through Friday evenings, or weekends! We are available some weekends for dog/cat care while you’re away as well. We love walking dogs, playing fetch, petting them, and providing lots of love. We enjoy playing with cat toys, and giving them plenty of attention as well.

About: I grew up on a farm and so I have been taking care of a variety of animals since I was a child. I’ve had many dogs and cats as well as other farm animals so I have a wide range of experiences. I am capable of both infant and senior animal care if needed as well. I am currently a student and working part time but I have lots of time before and after my classes and work to care for animals, I have a car and live close to the town center of Boone. I have my own cat who I take care of but I love to spend time with any animal I care for making sure they get enough socialization in addition to any feeding or cleaning they might need.

About: While in nursing school I would dog walk, petsit, house sitting to earn pocket money. Since then we’ve owned 4 male Golden Retrievers. Sweet boys! I’m currently working as an RN in Raleigh and have taken off the month of July to spend in the fresh mountain air. I am an avid walker - so why not incorporate some dog walks! Our beloved Hank dog passed away this past spring. Missing him! I am mostly interested in WALKING and drop-in visits. At this point I’m not seeking pet overnights. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, cats, birds, rabbits, hedgehogs, turtles, horses, cattle, chickens, and ducks through ownership over the years. I have professional experience working at a dog kennel for 7 years. I have worked with special needs animals including diabetic, handicapped and elderly as well as newborn animals. About: Along with cats and dogs, I have cared for many exotics such as reptiles, rabbits, and guinea pigs. Your pets are family and I will care for them as if they are mine. I am currently a part-time sitter as I’m also a senior in college and work as a vet tech for an emergency clinic. Due to this, my schedule is constantly changing so my calander on rover isn’t always accurate, but I try to be as flexible as I can :) Owners are guaranteed to receive multiple pictures of the their pet(s) while in my care. About: Your dog won't just be sitting around in my home, I'll likely be giving it attention or playing with it majority of my time (unless that's not what the dog wants). I love every size of dog, especially very large dogs that love to cuddle. I've owned a lab for 9 years and a blue heeler for 11. My lab has been everything from difficult to the most pleasant dog you'll meet so I have experience with it all. I often go on runs so if you have an athletic dog or one that needs lots of exercise I've got you. I have no time constraints after 2pm half of the week, and 4pm the other half of the week. If I am watching your dog at my place I am definitely not opposed to early morning walks, I enjoy getting up early to walk them.

About: Hi! I have 5+ years of professional animal care experience between working in a canine boarding facility then in veterinary medicine. I've been fortunate enough to love and care for a variety of pets all the way from fish and lizards to turkeys and goats. I understand that leaving our precious animals in the care of a stranger can be quiet nerve wracking. You can rest assured that when your pet is in my care they'll be treated as if they're my own. About: I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was a little girl. I love every animal and will make sure your pet is loved and well taken care of when you're away. I currently work full time Monday through Thursday 7am-5pm. I am available every evening and every weekend to assist you and your pet with their needs. I have an unfenced yard in a development. We will go on walks but will have to be leashed walks. We may take a trip to an open field at my parents house to let them run wild with your permission. I have 2 dogs and a cat of my own.
