About: I have experience caring for cats of all personalities, from social and affectionate to shy, independent, or more cautious. I’m comfortable with all the basics like feeding, litter box care, playtime, and making sure each cat is cared for in a way that matches their comfort level. Growing up, I had cats in the home alongside dogs, so I’m very used to managing different animals together and understanding how they interact. I also had a deaf cat, which taught me a lot about paying close attention to behavior, routines, and non-verbal communication to make sure she felt safe and supported. About: I have years of experience taking care of other peoples’ dogs as well as my own, who is almost ten! I have a big fenced in yard with lots of shade that would be great for your pup! About: I’m 26 years old and have had pets my entire life, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. Pet sitting felt like the perfect way to earn extra income while doing something I genuinely enjoy. Last year, I completed four veterinary assistant courses and hope to begin working in an animal hospital or veterinary office soon. Then when we get back inside I give them their treat and then I rinse out their water dish and give them fresh water. Then I do anything else I was asked to do for that specific pet like change puppy pads etc. Then If the pet has toys and likes to play i'll usually play with them for a bit before I leave by throwing their toy or tug of war or whatever they like.

“My family and I were preparing to head out of town for my birthday when we realized, in the middle of all the planning, that we had forgotten to schedule a sitter for Oakley. Like any dog mom would, I immediately went to Rover and was pleasantly surprised to see several sitters available. I reached out to a few profiles, and Rebecca D. responded right away, which immediately gave me peace of mind. Rebecca was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We quickly coordinated a plan for dropping Oakley off, and the process was seamless. When we arrived, Rebecca was already outside waiting for us and gave clear instructions on where to park. She even invited us inside, which we politely declined, but I thought it was such a thoughtful gesture. Prior to our arrival, she also shared information about her dog’s temperament, which I really appreciated. Throughout the weekend, Rebecca kept us updated with photos and videos of Oakley, which made us feel so comfortable while we were away. When we picked him up, he was excited to see us, but it was also obvious that he had a wonderful time with her. Oakley came home happy, and we are so thankful for the care Rebecca provided. I would absolutely recommend booking with her!”
