We had to find a sitter for 2 days (and a little last minute) but fortunately Samantha was happy to take on our diabetic dog, Abby. We were so thankful to be able to find a sitter who is also adept at medication administration. Samantha is so good with animals! She was very careful to introduce our little dog to her own fur babies to eliminate any stress. It was nice to receive the many photo updates that Samantha sent during the day. My kitties are my shadows, I never use the restroom alone. They have taught me so much and I love the unique personality that I find in each one of them. I know how important it is to respect their space (especially if they're more standoffish) and ensure they have all their resources, especially when their humans are away! Currently working my own flexible schedule so I can make any time work that your fur baby needs. Some pets are used to early mornings and some are used to late evenings. Whatever works for yours! My kitties eat raw, so I make their food daily and give them specific supplements and treats depending on their behavior and the litterbox situation. I'm in tune with my kitty's behaviors and meows knowing what they're requesting in that moment. When caring for other people's pets, I'm mindful of where we use the bathroom (if possible) and clean up appropriately. No details are too many, I'm very supportive of specific needs and how your fur baby may be familiar with their care.

About: My family have always owned at least 4 dogs at a time and growing up it was our responsibility as kids to care for them. We would brush them, walk them, feed them, and bath them. I work fully remote and am willing to travel. I would be able to give full attention to your pets. Since my job is remote, it gives me a lot of flexibility with my schedule. Most of my days are spent behind a monitor working. They will have my attention at all time. They might get tired of me wanting to play with them. I love being around dogs and will make sure your fury friend is well taken care of and happy
About: I am good with training and obedience but I am very patient and understanding when it comes to behavior. I am very caring with special needs pets or senior pets. I am available anytime, I do not have anything that would get in the way of caring for another pet. my schedule is usually free i will diligently stick to your feeding and potty schedules, pay close attention to your dog's body language, and keep them safely leashed or inside
About: I have over 45 yrs of experience in pet care. I was a dog trainer (now partially retired), owned my own pet sitting business for many years, fostered/adopted many rescues and I currently volunteer at and support several rescues. Animals are my heart and soul and I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I'm currently working part time and I will make myself available for your pet 24/7 whether it's late night potty trips outside or long walks during the day. I will care for your pets however you would like. I can do long walks, short walks, provide medications, specially prepared meals, play games, etc. I specialized in elderly dogs, hospice dogs and medical needs dogs when I fostered.
About: Have had pets my entire life, bred multiple reptiles in the past, have had several dogs over the years, exotics, still have a 23 year old african grey who is my middle child who won't leave the nest, spent a decade volunteering at a no-kill shelter, multiple animal rescues, have worked in multiple veterinary offices, been vegetarian since 1997, worked as a vegan chef in several restaurants, and still love to cook for potlucks, friends and fun! I'm currently just working a few days a week in a restaurant, no other commitments. Plus it's the longest I've ever been without companion animal of my own, so I have extra time and love to give at the moment. Will follow the owners instructions to the tee, and more often than not spend additional time when possible. I'm currently without pets of my own which is rare for me, so I have an ample amount of attention and care to spare!
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I have been taking care of animals since I was 15 years old. I stared working at a vets office and haven’t looked back. Pet care can look like many different things in my week such as, a single feeding, a walk, a check in or the full on in home service with all the feedings and all the walks. While, I would love to have every dog and cat over to my house I can’t realistically do that b/c I own a cat who does love other cats and she tolerates dogs, your dog or cat would have to be cat friendly. So most of my jobs are me coming to your home whether that is a drop in or a full time boarding situation while you’re on vacation.
About: I love dogs and cats, and I’m a huge animal lover. I will take care of your pets like they’re my own. I will be patient and loving with them, make sure they get extra love and always keep them safe. I have two cats myself, and I’ve had dogs in the past pretty much my whole life. About: I have had dogs, cats, birds, and much more animals my entire life. I love taking care of animals and have done it for friends and family for years. I’m very active and love walks and runs! I have 3 animals of my own including 2 dogs and a cat. I have taken care of baby, Senior, adult, healthy, and sick animals. I’m an animal lover and love meeting new people and animals. I have a lot of knowledge with animals for the simple fact that I have been around 100’s my entire life, from saving strays to having pets. I live in Weaverville and would love to help out with taking care of your pet or pets! I work all day but could be flexible. Im a personal trainer, my hours are 4am-2/3pm. I am available with at least a week notice. I can help on M-F and weekends with drop ins and walks. I have a yard as well as 2 friendly playful dogs. I have crates as well as separated floors that are gated off in my home that always help.
