We requested care last minute, and even with a family wedding happening, they communicated quickly to confirm and send all the info we needed to get him to them. They have a beautiful, sprawling backyard which is very pet friendly. We received updates of how Henry was fitting in with their pooches and some pics of his stay. This is the first time we’ve left him with anyone other than family or a neighbor and it was an extremely positive experience.”

I have always had a dog in my life, from my Childhood pet to my very own prince Charming. Our house is extremely dog friendly, we sit on a little under an acre of fenced in land. The garage is set up with 2 dog doors for their convenience. Inside the house we have built in gates to separate guests if needed. Not all dogs get along... My services include overnight boarding, and walking for now. We have 4 dogs of our own, which are well socialized and love meeting new friends! Onyx, is our lovable Lab middle child. Sassafras is a sweetheart, we were told she is a German Shepard mix. Onyx and Sassafras are the Pack Ambassadors, that Meet and Greet our house guests first. Charlie is an older Pitbull that keeps to herself, and Tucker doesn't know how big he is, and can be a little overwhelming. Additional Fees: Unavailable for a Meet & Greet - $25.00 Unaltered (not spayed or neutered) $45.00 Last Minute Booking (within 4 days of stay) - $75.00 I work for AMK9, a Police & Military Dog training facility in Moyock, NC. When I am away from the house my boyfriend is usually home, so your pups are always being looked after. Occasionally, we do need to run out, but my guests are never alone for very long. When we are gone, everyone is kept separate for safety. I take safety very seriously, for myself, my pups and most importantly your fur babies. I have a large fenced in yard, and the ability to keep pups separated in the event that personalities don't mesh well.
About: I have experience working with animals of all breeds/species. I used to work for a boarding/daycare/grooming facility that was also connected to a vets office. I’m familiar with farm animals, dogs, cats, most small pets, and reptiles. I had my own horse for 17 years. Currently I have two German Shepherds who are both 4 years old- so I’m very familiar with working breeds! *I have experience with administering medications and animal first aid* I’m currently a stay at home mom and have full availability. More than likely my son will be with me for drop in visits- but for house sitting, arrangements can be made if necessary! With my two being a working breed we go on a lot of walks, and play a lot of fetch. But they also know how to be couch potatoes! About: I have taken care of a variety of different pets with different conditions since I was a kid. I know how to administer oral medications daily and have knowledge of mobility issues as well. I have a lot of knowledge of birds as well due to me having parakeets and a conure. I would love to be considered for help of almost any animal you have! Just ask me questions and I will answer. Thank you :) I always have mondays off, but my schedule for the week is posted on that day. Due to this i need at least a weeks worth of notice for anything if i need to communicate scheduling. “This review comes a bit late, I apologize for not writing it sooner as I intended. I did want to make sure that pet owners that are in need of a dog sitter, to please consider Sabrina. We live in Maryland and we had to go to Virginia for a conference. We also wanted to take our pups with us so we didn't have to leave them back home. We decided to use Rover and this was our 1st time. I came across Sabrina's profile, read her reviews and had a peace about hiring her. We booked her back in mid July for mid September dates. Over the next few weeks, we kept referring to our pups as little ranch hands :-) . On the day of meeting, we were greeted by Sabrina's assistant Lauren and our dogs fell in love right away. About: I’ve taken care of my dog and my aunt’s dog since I was nine. I’m twenty now and both of my fur babies are still kicking, barking, and happy. I’ve always loved animals, even helping to rescue some when I was little such as these two baby ducks and other little birdies and frogs too. In school, my teacher had a pet chameleon and turtle and I always was excited to help feed them. I actually started majoring in Biology at first in college to be a veterinarian or zoologist. I have a different path now to help children but I still have a passion for pets and other beautiful creatures of this Earth. I am a college student as mentioned before but I have all online classes this upcoming Fall semester and I live on campus but can be at home when needed for boarding. I live in Suffolk, Virginia and do my boarding and doggy daycare there. My location says Norfolk but that’s only for house sits and drop ins and walking. I go to Old Dominion University so I can take business there in nearby area that is within 60 minutes of walking distance as I do not have a car or drive and rely on family and my boyfriend and friends for transportation. I do rely on my mother, brother or friends for transportation but they are willing to help and be available as needed. Please give me a chance and you won’t regret it. :) I make sure the pets first get to know me, smell me, and recognize me to be comfortable with me. Then, I interact with them more by playing with them and giving them rubs and cuddles so they can feel more connected and comfortable. Then, definitely make sure they eat and drink the right food for their health and nourishment. Then, walk them so they can do their business and get exercise and always make sure they have a leash on. Next, make sure they are groomed and cleaned well and freshen up from the outdoors. Then spend more time with them until our fun is over and they are returned with their beloved owners. I will have a whole day well planned and you and your fur babies will appreciate it. :)

“BOOCHI’S FIRST DAY AT DAYCARE 🐶 All I can say is WOW... I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Monti! When it comes to loving on your fur baby & making them feel at home away from home, Monti is an absolute ANGEL!!! When we first met for our meet and greet last week, it was abundantly clear that Monti and her husband truly love and understand dogs. At first, I was hesitant to book my pup, Boochi, for his first day at daycare because he tends to be a bit picky and kinda anxious sometimes, but Monti and her hubby made him feel completely at home right away – it was like Boochi was part of their family! ❤️ Yesterday was Boochi’s first day at daycare, and he was initially a little nervous when I dropped him off… he wasn't sure whether to follow me or stay with Monti. Fortunately, Monti is a PRO with dogs, and she was SO on top of his care plan – you can tell that she honestly loves and cares about the dogs she watches. From bringing out an entire room full of toys to streaming Boochi's fave comfort cartoon, Monti went MUCH further than the extra mile to make sure that he was comfortable and content… and did I mention how well-fed Boochi was? Not only did she make him his fave lunch, but she even sent him home with cheerios and some leftover chicken with broth! Throughout the day, Monti sent me adorable photos and videos, as well as regular updates with cute little stories about Boochi’s first day at daycare – which really put my mind at ease while I was away… it was clear that Boochi was bonding with Monti, having an awesome time, and getting LOTS of love, attention, and “sugars” (aka kisses). Later, when I arrived for pick-up, Boochi almost didn’t want to leave… he was happy, totally relaxed, and sorta tired from his fun, eventful day – which is always a good sign! In fact, Boochi barely ran over to me because he had become SO comfortable with Monti! Ultimately, Boochi’s first day at daycare couldn’t have gone better! I’m SO glad we found Monti and her husband, and we will definitely be booking again ASAP… it’s such a relief to know that we’ve finally found someone that we can trust with our baby boy! About: I have grown up around dogs my entire life. I have experience with all ages and senior care, as my childhood dog is now 13, and I frequently pet sit and care for her. I have taken care of family and friends dogs as well, from the ages of puppies all the way to senior. My dog Chili is a two year old rescue who was previously abused and became a stray. We had to help her overcome her anxiety through trust and training. We trained her to walk and potty on a leash, crate training, dog and people socialization, commands, and to be off leash. I have learned lots of patience and training skills to help her become comfortable with us and others. Now she is my little velcro dog and protector haha! I have learned throughout the years to always earn a dog’s trust to help ease any anxiety when meeting them. Boundaries are very important to me as well. If any are stated to me, they will be upheld. I appreciate those that listen to mine, so I will always listen to others.
About: I grew up with lots of animals and have plenty of experience. I have experience with senior animals. I have some experience in dog training as I trained my Labrador Retriever as a puppy in doggie obedience school. My Lab is now currently a senior doggie. We breed and raise pedigreed Mini Rex, and pedigreed Netherland Dwarf bunnies for showing and pets. My husband also has experience working with a vet some years ago, as well as experience in dog breeding. So I have even more experience as backup if need be. I homeschool a preteen and teenager. I'll be able to look after your pet so he or she will not have to stay crated all alone at home. Can provide frequent potty breaks for your pets. I like to get to know your pets typical routine so I can replicate that comfort for them 🙂

About: My first two pets were 2 doggies at 9 months old. I had them for 17 years until they left for doggy heaven October 2024 and February 2025… I am not ready to fully commit again quite yet so decided babysitting and loving on others’ furbabies will help the healing. Work from home all week. Will be able to take care of them in home and overnight if needed! I will accomodate to all requests and needs. Will appreciate details such as age, allergies, health, likes and dislikes. Will treat your baby/babies like they are my own. About: I have been taking car of all kinds of dogs for years. I've watched dogs from Labrador puppies to senior German Shepards. I've owned dogs my whole life and I've always had a special bond with them. Dogs usually gravitate towards me because I am a very fun and light hearted person. My friends often refer to me as a Disney princess because of how I am with animals. I belive all animals need love and respect and I always do my best to make them feel safe and loved. I am a nanny for a mother of three during the day but I am usually only needed two or three days a week so my weekends are completely free. Even days when I watch my kids I am off by 3pm and can spend evenings with the pets. I have several dogs of my own so my house is fully equipped with w fenced in yard and my house is pet safe. In regards to a clients home I would of course check what the client has in place but as a pet owner I am also aware pets can be sneaky and love to get into mischief. I am always checking on clients pets making sure they are safe and not getting into things they shouldn't. I am also certified in pet cpr and massage therapy incase a pet does get into distress or if they need some other help with pain. Over all my priority is always the health and safety of my client beloved pets.

About: I’ve got years of experience caring for dogs and cats. My favorite thing to do is take dogs (especially my own) out for adventures by taking advantage of this beautiful state we get to call home. I love to give dogs the best time when they’re with me whether that’s going out or staying in and their safety and comfortability is my top priority. I work part time on Thursday and Friday nights until the end of December. I have a very open schedule until the end of April. I do have a dog and two cats, so it would be best to board at the owners home vs my own, but I am ok with either. I am avid about getting quality outdoor time that goes beyond potty breaks. About: Ive had dogs just about all my life. I currently have a dog. He's an offleash dog so I am very familiar with training dogs to listen, using the bathroom outside, I also give baths. Walking for at least 30minute or until the pup gets tired. Go out first thing in the morning, Go out right after work, Replenish food bowl every morning, Fresh water every morning, Let them run around the backyard and get some sun every 2-4 hrs for 30m each. Bathe pup on Sunday. Fresh water daily, healthy food flow, safe and cozy place to lay, regular bathroom breaks, outside playtime, If bathed , allow them to air dry.
