About: I have been dog-sitting/walking since I was ten (that was over 20 years ago!). I started out in my neighborhood and by word-of-mouth became known as someone who will lovingly care for your pets! I understand that a pet's physical needs are important, but I also know that pet's emotional needs are important. When taking care of your fur-baby, I try to love him/her as much as you do! I never had a dog or cat of my own growing up, which just makes it even more special for me to be able to care for yours as though it is my own. About: Aside from owning and caring for all manor of animals since I was little, I have had many opportunities to grow my skills in pet care. I have been caring for dogs out of my home since I was in high school. I have cared for all manor of dogs and cats with a variety of temperaments and ages. I also spent several summers working at a dog grooming shop here in town that also doubles as a doggy daycare, further developing my skills in handling multiple dogs at a time. Ask anyone I know, they will tell you that I adore animals and have since I was small. I am a substitute teacher for the schools here in town. Which means that I dont have work several days of the week. About: ** I am a good fit for your pet if your dog is -a higher energy dog -good with children -and is kennel trained I grew up on a small farm caring for animals since I was a small child. However, it wasn't until we adopted Opie as a puppy in 2024 that I became passionate about dogs. Due to me spending the most time with training and playing with Opie out of all the members in our little family, his big personality made his way into my heart. He is my buddy and I love taking him for walks, bike rides, park dates, and off leash adventures. I’ve come to love and appreciate tending to Opie and others dogs belonging to family and friends. I have a fairly flexible schedule and am happy to work with you to find times that work best for you and your pet. I usually recommend checking in on pets twice a day for meals, care, and some socialization. However, I am more than willing to check in more often if your pet needs it or if it would give you peace of mind while you’re away. I feed my own cat twice a day, but I am happy to follow each owner’s feeding schedule and provide more frequent meals if needed. I always respect an animal’s space if they do not want to be pet or play, while still giving them gentle encouragement and attention if they seem lonely or down. I have also given pet owners updates about their animals, including photos and videos, so they can feel connected and know their pets are doing well while they are away.

I work from home part time and am able to create my own schedule. This would be a fun and rewarding way to get out if the house. My dogs sleep in bed with me, but I would have your pets sleep wherever they are used to. I like to keep feeding on a regular schedule. 8am for breakfast and 6pm for dinner. I like to go for walks around 4, again keeping a schedule. Since I would be staying in your house, if you want, your pets would keep to whatever their regular routine is.

About: I grew up on a farm with many animals, including a lot of dogs. At 10 years old my first job was taking care of my neighbors herd of cattle. I raised and trained a "Guide Dog for the Blind" and spent 11 years of my youth in 4-H and FFA showing cattle and horses. I also had cats, bunnies, chicken and ducks. I am retired and take my girl running, hiking and for walks on my property and on public lands in the area. We also spend time exploring our neighbors large ranch that I have access to. About: Aside from owning and caring for all manor of animals since I was little, I have had many opportunities to grow my skills in pet care. I have been caring for dogs out of my home since I was in high school. I have cared for all manor of dogs and cats with a variety of temperaments and ages. I also spent several summers working at a dog grooming shop here in town that also doubles as a doggy daycare, further developing my skills in handling multiple dogs at a time.
