“Jennifer is very kind and thoughtful. She watched Gunney over a holiday weekend and sent pictures and updates of him each day. About: We are easy going and patient dog lovers. We can work on training commands, tricks and techniques if you'd like or just snuggle and pet your pup. We are former animal shelter volunteers and in our experience, all dogs have their own personalities and quirks and they must be allowed to express themselves as individuals. Our level of activity can range from chill to thrill to fit your pups personality, abilities and needs. We've dabbled in everything from couch sitting to basic training to agility work. At least one of us is home most of the day so we're available for extra playing indoors and extra walks. If you let us hang with your pup we guarantee that although they will miss you, they won't miss out on attention and love. Between our family of four, someone is almost always home! Additionally, my wife works from home so we can accommodate any walking, feeding and medication schedules easily. We live in a house with a fenced in yard and would love to run around and play fetch. When taking your pet for a walk we always use a leash. As former shelter volunteers we are well aware of the heartbreak caused by a lost dog.
“Emma is extraordinary, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Cleo got tons of snuggles, comfortable lounging time, and plenty of exercise. She got long walks on her favorite trails and playtime with Emma’s dog, Brody. Emma is very experienced and confidently handled Cleo’s personality quirks and occasional reactivity. She also sent detailed updates and absolutely gorgeous photos. I would trust her with Cleo again in a heartbeat.”

“We were just in town for the Griz game, but she took them on a nice long hike while we were at the game. She sent pictures of the dogs having a fun time”

“Megan and Matt were friendly and very accommodating. Our dog enjoyed having canine buddies and a loving family to hang with while we were away.”

“Gabrielle took such good care of our dog and new puppy! She went on walks down by the river, played with the dogs, and sent us pictures throughout the day so we could see how they were doing. We definitely trust Gabrielle and highly recommend her. She is just wonderful. Thank you for everything you did to make our dogs happy. Our oldest dog, Tucker, didn't want to leave Gabrielle's house when we came to pick up the dogs after our trip. A true testament to how well they were treated. Thank you!”

“Barbara was awesome! She was incredibly accommodating when I needed to extend Penelope's stay and took such great care of her during it. Penelope had a blast with the other dogs and was definitely tuckered out when I picked her up. I would recommend her to all my friends!”

“Absolutely amazed by Kerry and her fam! Our pup was in heaven with them for a full week and we’ve got our go-to baby sitters now!! She checked in with pics and videos so many times a day and I could just tell that my boy was having the best time. It’s such a relief to know he was safe and having the best time!!!”

“Faye is absolutely amazing! So warm and inviting. She has the perfect set up and truly cares about providing the best services for your pup! I have a senior dog that can be quite anxious, and when I picked him up, he really didn't want to leave! Will definitely be hiring Faye again!”

“Memo was WONDERFUL! I have a two year old border collie who is extremely high energy. Memo really took the time, and went the extra mile to WEAR. HIM. OUT. She was very sweet with our dog, and took care of him as if he were her own. Memo seemed very intuitive to our dogs needs, and adjusted things so he would be more comfortable. Memo was very commutative, and gave wonderful pupdates! Our dog had a freaking blast, and I'm extremely grateful we booked with Memo. 10/10 would recommend!!!”

“Danielle took excellent care of Echo! She was communicative, flexible, and our dog had a great time with her pup. Would definitely trust her to watch our dog again! Thank you Danielle.”

“Bri took great care of my two kitties while I was away. I came home to happy cats and a clean living space! One of my cats has a disability that requires extra attention with feeding and the health issue has lead to my own anxiety around pet care. Bri gave me so much peace of mind while I was away and often out of service. I highly recommend her. If she’s available in the future I’ll be happy to book with her again. Thank you, Brianna!”

“Haley is a rockstar!! She was so helpful and accommodating, she had such an awesome attitude, and she was so nice to my kitty! She kept me updated with photos and was a great communicator. My kitty clearly had such an amazing time with her. I came home to a very happy puff ball.”

“Gabriel has been very flexible with dropping in on our kitty. We also receive many photos which is often the highlight of my day when away on trips. Not only that but he definitely shares a great love for the critters he takes care of.”

About: Hi! I’m a dedicated cat lover with a lifetime of experience caring for cats of all ages, temperaments, and lifestyles. Whether you have a curious kitten, a mellow senior, or a “spicy” independent cat, I’m here to provide attentive, personalized care. I’m comfortable with both indoor and outdoor cats and understand that each one has their own routine and preferences. I have hands-on experience with: * Kitten care (feeding schedules, socialization, play) * Senior cat care (gentle handling, mobility awareness, extra attention) * Nail trims and basic grooming * Medication administration * All types of diets, treats, and feeding routines I genuinely enjoy engaging cats through play, enrichment, and calm companionship—always at their pace. I’m especially patient with shy, selective, or more spirited personalities and know how to read feline body language to build trust and keep them comfortable. Your cat’s safety, routine, and happiness are my top priorities. I treat every cat like my own and aim to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pet. I’d love to meet you and your kitty!

“Emma took great care of our two kitties on her drop-in visit. She was easy to work with and even worked with me on short notice for a holiday weekend. We will hopefully be able to use her services again!”

“Chloe took great care of my cat! When I returned home from out of town, my girl seemed totally happy. I get anxious being apart from my cat, but Chloe communicated well and made me feel completely at ease being away from her.”

“Emily has taken care of my cats a few times. She is very professional and good with them. I feel at ease while away from my place. It's nice to know I have someone reliable and experienced with taking care of animals.”

“Ryan is an absolute GEM! I would rebook her to watch my cat any day. She was very communicative and relaxed in scheduling which was amazing. I had a last minute trip pop up for work and Ryan booked with me a week out. I was SO grateful!! She was so kind to my cat, she even cleaned her dishes (which was an extra service from her that was so greatly appreciated). Babs (my cat) can be sneaky and skittish around new people, but Ryan made a great relationship with her in a matter of days. Ryan is just an EXCELLENT sitter that I would recommend to anyone with a particular cat like Babs!”

“Nickolas took excellent care of my cat and provided excellent communication. He took care of Gir like his own and enjoyed the silly photos Id get. Thank you so much!!”

“Thank you so much for looking in on the cats! The litter box room was much cleaner than expected and the cats were happy campers. Thank you for going above and beyond to bring in our Factor drop off.”

“Lea is the BEST! We’re always sad leaving our kitties, but it was so wonderful to know for sure that they were being well taken care of. I had no worries leaving them in her care and would do it again a million times over.”

Over the years, I’ve cared for cats of all ages, personalities, and needs, including kittens, senior cats, anxious cats, and cats requiring medication or extra support. “Maya did such a great job making sure my cat was cared for while I was away! She also made sure to update me with how she was doing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and I was in the loop. I would definitely recommend booking with her to make sure your animals are well cared for :)”

“Tavia saw my post in Rover needing a boarding arrangement for my cat and she actually reached out to me! After speaking with her for the first time, her family took care of Reggie for nine days. I was nervous about leaving him in unfamiliar surroundings and caregivers for this time period as I have only had him for two months. However, when I dropped off Reggie I was so pleased to meet the kind family that welcomed him into their beautiful home. They made me feel so comfortable that he would be in excellent, caring hands and be included as part of the family while I was away. Every day I received photo updates on Reggie's activity, and I was confident he was well cared for. I highly recommend Tavia and family and will absolutely leave Reggie with her great family of pet caregivers!”

About: Thought I'd try this app out to make an extra buck. I am a lover of all pets, well maybe not spiders. I grew up in the remote country of Wisconsin, with a bunch of farm animals, as well as cats and dogs. Growing up with pets, and farm animals is crucial for knowing animals. I'm always taking my roommates dog for walks, and to the dog park. We have a big fenced in yard in the heart of Missoula. Meru (my roommates female dog) is really friendly and loves all other cats and dogs. I would focus my energy on your dogs and cats of course, but if Meru and your dogs cross paths they'll be best friends for the day. Hope to hear from you, and lend a helping hand with your best friends. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I make sure pets get plenty of attention throughout the day — not just quick check-ins. I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, feeding schedules, playtime, walks, and companionship while keeping a calm, clean environment. I also make time for photo/video updates so owners always know how their pets are doing. I enjoy building routines around each pet’s individual needs and personality. I care for every pet like they’re my own and focus heavily on safety, comfort, cleanliness, and communication. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, energy level, and any special needs so they feel as comfortable and stress-free as possible. In my home, I provide a calm, clean environment with plenty of supervision, attention, potty breaks, playtime, and space to relax. I always introduce pets carefully and prioritize safety at all times. In clients’ homes, I respect their routines and instructions closely to help pets stay comfortable in a familiar environment. I keep feeding schedules, walks, litter boxes, medications, and daily care consistent while also providing regular photo and video updates for peace of mind. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their owners are away.
“This was our first time using Rover and wow! Chico had a wonderful time, and Tavia kept us updated throughout the day with photos. We are so happy with Tavia and her communication. If we are ever back in the area, we will send our pup there again!”

About: I'm a wildlife biologist and grew up with pets of all kinds. I've raised puppies and kittens and cared for senior dogs and cats. Your pet will join my family, including our well-socialized dog, my husband (also a wildlife biologist), and our 2 daughters. I will personally provide the care for your pet in a safe, loving, and playful environment, a quiet space when needed, a roomy, cozy interior, and a beautiful, large fenced yard. I work from home in a part-time position and care for our family dog while kids are at school. I'm able to offer daily walks and as many mealtimes, potty breaks, and attention as your pet needs. At night, pets sleep inside in whichever arrangement is preferred for them. It can be so hard to leave a beloved pet, but worry not! I like to give pets their best life! I'm able to care for well-socialized pets and provide plenty of exercise and affection every day, and cozy resting spots where I am never far. I have a large fenced yard and 2 crates available if needed. Reactive dogs are not a good fit for my home.
“I had an excellent experience with Kenneth, who recently watched my dog, Arnie. Kenneth was incredibly flexible and accommodating with my schedule, which made everything so much easier. His kindness and genuine love for animals were evident from the start. He kept me updated with regular photos, showing how happy and well-cared-for Arnie was. I felt completely at ease knowing that Arnie was in such good hands. I highly recommend Kenneth to anyone in need of a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

“Teresa is the best! Finn is always excited to go there and has so much fun. Teresa is really great with Finn and has taken him on walks and to the dog park. She also has a great yard for him to play in. Thanks Teresa!”

“Seriously the best dogsitter ever! I was in town for an event with a schedule that kept changing so my plans were all over the place and Danielle was so helpful and came to the rescue last minute when I needed an extra day of daycare. My dog came home happy and he clearly had fun :) I've already booked Danielle again!”

About: I have been caring for animals since pet sitting for my aunt and uncle’s 3 rowdy dogs as a teen, sometimes up to a month when they went on long trips. I also have cared for dogs of my own for most of my adult life and consider them to be members of the family. My current dog Ron has some special care needs which has taught me to be patient and sensitive to pups who need a little extra care and attention. I would love to welcome your furry buddy into our home and would treat them like another member of the family. I currently work from home so am able to give your pup lots of attention and exercise. I also am a very active person and love to frequent the local trails if that is something you would like for your pup. I have a fenced front and back yard and a dog door that can be locked if need be. I have multiple dog beds and also allow dogs on the furniture (I of course will not allow it if it’s a behavior you don’t want your dog to learn). Like I said, I consider them to be part of the family.
“Shiloh nearly jumped out of the vehicle, knowing where she was going. And then ran right into Kerry's house, ready for the action of kids, dogs, and a cat! Great stay as always - thanks!”

“Megan is both responsive and responsible. She seamlessly folded my dog Emerson into her play time with her cute dog Cheddar. She sent several pictures to show that Emerson had a great day! I would definitely use Megan again if I need sitting in the Missoula area. Thanks Megan and Cheddar!”

“Alyssa was super easy to communicate with. I was glad Maizey got to spend the day running out her energy with Dolly. Maizey is definitely a handful, so it’s always good when she can get out some of that puppy energy.”

“Ben and Tuuli are the best! My pup was so stoked every time we pulled up to Ben’s house and I knew that he’d be having a great day with them. He was happy and tired after full days of play and walks. Ben is incredibly easy going and responsible. I never had a worry leaving Woody in Ben’s care and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an awesome pet sitter!”

About: Greetings! I've grown up with adopted dogs and have raised one from a puppy to adulthood. My entire home is open to pups (human beds and furniture), but will adhere to any rules you have in your home. My neighborhood has a lot of kids and other dogs around, as well as large common areas for running around. Can administer medication via treats or orally. Have experience working with dogs on- and off-leash, as well as in packs. Will be able to transport pups in a roomy vehicle all around town and beyond. My daily schedule is pretty flexible, and I'm open to hosting pups in my house or dropping in at the comfort of your pup's own home. Tell me all about your furry friend. Hoping I can meet you and your companion soon! I have a very sporadic work schedule, so I'm home frequently during the weekdays and weekends, and typically am only gone from the home for about 5 hours if I have to be somewhere. I'm able to accommodate frequent walk and bathroom break schedules, have experience taking multiple dogs in my car to hiking trails and other adventure areas. When I'm available to work, I'll frequently be with your pet throughout the day and overnight. While I do not have a fenced yard, I live in a quiet neighborhood with open grassy areas and safe sidewalks. Will frequently run into kids of all ages in the area, and they're very responsive to dogs of all temperaments. If in your home I'd like to know anything and everything to keep your pet safe and comfortable, if you have cameras indoors or outdoors, as well as anything else about your pet's routine.
“Bison LOVED her stay with Aderley! She had so much fun she didn’t want to come home! Aderley took amazing care of Bison, like she was her own! I’m so happy I found Aderley, she is the sweetest and has the kindest heart! I couldn’t recommend her more!! She played with Bison, walked her, fed her and snuggled her! I will definitely be booking with Aderley again!”

About: Animals have been a constant in my life since childhood. I've loved and cared for many pets of my own - dogs, cats, ferrets, small animals, reptiles, birds, and fish - which has given me hands-on experience with everything from syringe feeding to crate, house, and litter box training to medical and senior care. I've fostered rescues, volunteered at the Humane Society, worked in pet stores, and looked after friends' and neighbors' pets many times over the years. I'm attentive, calm, and protective, with a deep respect for all living beings. When you trust me with your pet, you can count on them being safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. I'm home throughout the week so pets in my care are never left unsupervised and get plenty of attention, interaction, and companionship. If there are any daytime hours where I may need to be away from home, that will always be communicated clearly with owners ahead of time during scheduling. I have two small dogs and a cat of my own, so I'm very mindful about maintaining a calm environment, always paying close attention to the comfort, boundaries, and safety of each animal. My one-level home has a fully fenced backyard where pets enjoy supervised outdoor time for play, exercise, and potty breaks. Pets in my care are treated like members of the family, and because I prioritize consistent supervision and safety, I do not offer off-property pack walks during boarding stays.
“Jennifer was great! My puppy loved hanging out with her and the other dogs. Perfect backyard for lots of playtime and fun. Loved all the videos and pictures she sent throughout the day. I will be using her again and would recommend to everyone else!”
About: Over the past 6 years, I have worked with a local Missoula family as their go-to dog/house sitter. In that time I have learned the best methods for caring for multiple animals at once as well as respectfully caring for their home while I am there. It is my personal belief to leave a space better than when I entered it, so when you get me to care for your animal you can be assured that your home will be in good hands as well. As your animal's caregiver, I will treat your furry family member with the same love and respect I would give to my own. I will do everything in my power to follow any and all instructions you give me to make this an easy and pleasant experience for both the human and the animal! As someone who grew up with multiple animals, I know how much work and attention goes into caring for them and will act accordingly. I am currently unemployed and waiting for school to start so I have a wide open schedule, I can work around your schedule and needs! I have a fenced in patio at my apartment, with a park just down the block to take pups out for a walk and to go potty. Happy to crate any animals!

I’m comfortable meeting new animals and becoming fast friends. You give the details and I’ll follow!
About: I was raised around both dogs and cats, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. Since moving to Missoula from Atlanta, I’ve been missing my own family’s pets and am excited to share that love with others. Pet sitting gives me the chance to fill my cup by spending time with animals while also helping families feel at ease knowing their pets are cared for. I work full time, but since my job is fully remote, it’s easy for me to step away throughout the day. This flexibility allows me to give pets the attention they need—whether that’s walks, playtime, or snuggles—without disrupting their routine. Caring for animals fits naturally into my schedule, and I love being able to break up my workday with their company. In my client’s home, I focus on keeping pets comfortable by sticking to their usual routine—mealtimes, walks, play, and plenty of affection. I make sure their environment stays safe, clean, and stress-free, while also giving them extra love and attention so they don’t feel lonely while you’re away. If caring for pets in my own space, we have a fully fenced in yard and my roommates have a wonderful 2.5 year old dog named Murphy. She’s the best and does great with other dogs!
About: I’m a younger retiree with a lifetime of experience caring for dogs and cats. For the past three years, I’ve volunteered at my local Humane Society, focusing on enrichment for kittens, cats, and puppies. That means I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and personalities — from shy rescues to bouncy puppies. Because I’m retired, I have the time and flexibility to give your pets the attention they deserve. Whether it’s a drop-in visit for playtime, feeding, litter duty, or a walk and cuddle session, I’ll make sure your furry family members feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pets — I’ll always provide updates, photos, and lots of love. I can’t wait to meet your four-legged family!” I’m currently available Monday through Thursday during the daytime. That means I can help with walks, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship while you’re at work or away for the day. I have a secure, fenced yard where dogs can safely play and stretch their legs. My two friendly dogs, Belle and Cooper, love having canine company and are great at making new friends. Visiting dogs will enjoy a safe, social, and comfortable environment with plenty of supervised playtime and love.”
About: I've grown up with pets, and am so grateful for my own! I currently have a 5 year old Irish setter, who is energetic, anxious and wants to go everywhere her mom does. We love going for hikes in the woods, and strolling around town. I also have a 3 year old cat, Meeko who is an expert snuggler, and often thinks he is a dog. I'm capable and competent on providing medications to animals if needed. I love animals, and can't wait to meet yours! My schedule is incredibly flexible. I’m able and happy to devote anytime and energy needed to accommodate your and your pet(s) schedule and needs! Just let me know. Whether your dog loves leashed walks through town, or running through the field I'm happy to tend to their needs. Belly rubs and snuggles are a favorite too!
“I would highly recommend Ryan as a dog walker. Gus, our 11 month old Bernese Mountain Dog absolutely LOVED Ryan. She was timely, and very pleasant to work with. Gus is 115 lbs and Ryan had no problem managing such a large playful puppy! We will definitely request Ryan next time we need a dog walker or sitter. Kristi”

About: Hi everyone, welcome to my page! 👋🏻 I’ve grown up with my dogs my entire life and recently welcomed a Golden Retriever in my life a year ago! I currently work part-time and in the evenings, so I’m looking to occupy my extra time with house visits or morning/evening walks. I currently work part-time in Missoula, so I’ll have plenty of time on weekdays and mornings/ afternoons to play & walk your pups & cats! If you have an active pup, I always make sure the pup gets exercise whether this is on a nice walk or playing a friendly game of tug-of-war.
About: I have been working at a dog kennel for the past 2 years now, and I absolutely love it! My responsibilities include walking dogs, feeding, cleaning, and administering medication. I feel very comfortable around all kinds of dogs, and I know how to properly work with dogs with different personalities and needs. I work at the dog kennel 3-4 days a week but I am available in the morning, evenings, and overnight if needed. On the days I do not work I am available all day to walk and socialize with pets. I have a trip planned in August, so July and September are more open for me. In my home I have two dogs who are friendly and love company, we also have a big yard and lots of cozy dog beds. I am also available to stay at the pets home since that is usually more comfortable for them. I have house sat many times and dogs are often happier when they are in a familiar space. When I house sit I make sure to maintain a clean and safe environment within the home for the family and for the pets.
“Dalton was a great dog walker! Our 10 month old Bernese Mountain dog Gus absolutely loved him. Dalton’s high energy was a great fit for our high energy puppy. We will absolutely call upon Dalton again to walk Gus for us.”

About: Howdy! My name is Emily and I’d love to hang out with your doggo(s)! I was raised in a home where the pets were just another one of the kids! I moved to Missoula about 8 years ago with my now husband (who is from here) to go back to school and return to my familiar roots in the mountain west. Previous to living in Missoula I was a professional dog walker and pet sitter for a company called Woof Walks in Oakland, CA (please feel free to ask me about my off leash adventures!) While I'm no longer working with animals full time, I'd love to continue to provide pet care services. I understand how hard it can be to find a dog sitter, let alone someone you feel comfortable leaving with your beloved pets. Whether I get to spend time with your dog just one time or on a reoccurring basis, I would love to have the opportunity to take care of your animals! I am currently workng remotely from home so I have a very flexible schedule when it comes to taking care of your beloved fur babies! When I'm pet sitting, I adjust my day to revolve around you dog(s) and their needs! While I work remotely from my computer, I have flexibility to accommodate any feeding and walking schedules + play time and cuddles in between!

Thank you!”

“Maeve had an awesome time with Nick and Margie! She really enjoyed the large fenced in yard and having another dog to play with. We will definitely be booking again!”

About: I have previously owned Labradoodles so I have 18 years of experience with high energy dogs. I also have experience in taking care of dogs who require extra medical care. About: I have lots of experience with all kinds of furry friend from sweet seniors to high‑energy youngsters who need plenty of exercise. I used to have a sweet senior pittie who wasn’t a fan of other dogs but absolutely loved people, so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs who prefer their own space on walks or in social settings. For pups with extra energy, I’m happy to take them on runs or hikes with me to help them burn it off. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work full‑time but with enough flexibility to adjust my schedule around drop‑ins and walks. I’m able to check in before and after work, and give plenty of attention in the mornings and evenings. On weekends, I have even more availability for longer walks, runs, hikes, or extra hang‑out time. I’m very experienced with dogs who love people but prefer not to interact with other dogs, and I’m careful to avoid stressful situations on walks or in shared spaces. I use positive reinforcement, clear communication, and a patient approach to help every pet feel secure. For more social dogs, I have a shared fenced backyard with lots of other furry friends to play with.
