About: I'm a lifelong dog owner and lover of many different breeds. I currently have a miniature pinscher and a dachshund who are used to company and making new friends. I've also owned beagles, terriers, and a Belgian malinois. I love to play with dogs and take them on walks. I'm responsible, reliable, punctual, and fun! I'm home every afternoon and am free for walks some mornings and I will be available for walks in the early evening during the warmer months. I use to house sit and walk dogs in college during the summers at Ole Miss and really enjoyed spending spending time with animals. I began my career as a professional dog trainer/behaviorist in Southern California in 1996. It wasn't until after our move to Las Vegas in 2002 that my business was truly established. However, in 2011, we unexpectedly uprooted and moved to Houston, TX, and found myself heading into a new venture in the dog industry. During our 9 years in Texas, I become involved with other canine endeavors, including competing in AKC Conformation with our Akitas and Whippets and occasionally assisting in breed-specific and all-breed rescue organizations. After moving to northwest Mississippi in August 2020, we decided to continue offering our boarding and pet care services because of how much we enjoy it. In addition to playing with dogs, I have a part-time position in my home, which enables me to give each of our canine guests plenty of attention. My husband works full-time from home and is always available as a backup in case I have to run off to an appointment. Also living in our home are our two young adult daughters, Beth & Rachel. We are all dog lovers who also happen to be "dog-wise". Our own dogs are friendly and well-behaved and enjoy having fur-friends come to visit. Admittedly, we do have a good amount of dogs, but we have established a great routine and, if our fur-guest isn't too sure at first, we have plenty of options in keeping dogs separated until our fur-guest feels comfortable and happy. We have a considerable amount of experience at pairing dogs in appropriate play groups according to size, temperament and activity level. Our home is situated on nearly 2 acres with about a half-acre securely fenced for dogs to play in. Our active guests will have tons of fun outside playing with each other and chasing squirrels, in addition to spending a large portion of the day and all night relaxing inside our home. Our more sedentary guests have plenty of laps, couch space, and dog beds to laze around on. While crates are a useful tool for keeping dogs comfortable and safe, especially during the brief periods nobody is home, rest assured your sweet babies will not be locked in a crate for long periods. We also have extensive experience with many types of animals, such as chickens, goats, donkeys and horses and offer drop-in visits, where we come to your home to feed, exercise, and interact with your pet(s) and/or farm animals. Our fee is "per visit" and is the same regardless of the number of pets/animals. Additionally, I offer house sitting on a case-by-case basis where I spend nights at your home. Again, our "per night" fee is the same regardless of the number and type of pets/animals in your home or on your property. However, a premium may be assessed if the care of livestock is fairly substantial. Currently, we are only serving the areas of Holly Springs, Byhalia, and Red Banks for drop-in visits but are available to drive longer distances for house sitting. Our weekends are typically not very busy, but there are 4 of us available to love and care for your pet. We begin each day with a quick stretch of the legs and a potty break followed by breakfast then playtime outside. Dogs are divided into small groups according to size and play style then rotated between fun time in our fenced yard and relaxing in our home on dog beds and couches. About: What sets me apart is my love for the animals. This is my first time working in this field but I have had some fur babies in the past so I thoroughly know how to love and take care of them. I’m currently doing this full time so I have plenty of time to take care of your fur babies. I ‘m available 7 days a week. I have a fenced yard with a pool if your babies love to play in the water. My house is my safe haven. I make sure that your fur babies are loved and cared for in a safe environment.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages and different breeds. I can reinforce training. I can administer medications. I’ve even done insulin shots before as well. I’ll love them like my own❤️ I don’t work so I’m flexible with my schedule. I can do early morning let outs and walks and evening times as well. I am open most of the time during the day. About: I am an experienced animal care giver. I enjoy caring for animals just as they were my own. I have certification in first aid and C.P.R. I went through a vocational school for about two years while working hands on in a veterinary facility. I always like to find out all diets and needs of any animal before taking the reins. I also like to get all medical history to be able to expect anything that may come my way. I’m currently working part time and looking for ways to earn income by helping care for animals. I have watched animals from 6 months - 15 years old. I’m qualified with giving medication, being patient, loving, and caring for animals! Currently working in the office but very flexible with checking in on your animal/home during lunch time and after work hours of course! Taking animals on walks, checking the mail, spoiling your furry friends or whatever you may need! In my current situation I am not able to have pets stay over, but I have spent nights and days at other people’s home with their pets or just house sitting.
