“I was very anxious about leaving my 2 dogs with anyone I didn’t know. We have 2 Rottweilers and they have never stayed anywhere overnight before. When I contacted Morgan she responded immediately. Then agreed to meet us to be sure it would be a good fit before dropping them off. Once we met her she answered all of our questions and was extremely accommodating! Deacon and Diamond seemed to love her dog Pete and it would only be the three of them until we picked them up. Morgan let them sleep in the floor of her bedroom and sent pictures throughout their stay. I was definitely more relaxed knowing they were doing ok! I would definitely recommend Morgan as a sitter!”

About: So its funny cause my mom was NOT a cat person when I was growing up but she allowed me to have an outside cat and I named him kitty and he LOVED US, he brought us "gifts" all the time and my favorite story is actually about a time that Kitty saved me from a dog haha but while we still had Kitty my MOM, the lady who allegedly didnt like cats, decided we needed to rescue this little kitten. So we did! And we named her Chichi, so we ended up having Kitty and Chichi FOR FOREVER, until they passed actually. After them we didnt get another cat for a long time and then years later I ended up with Blue and I didnt know this at the time but the lady that I got him from actually started giving the kitten away too early so he was a baaaaby baby when I got him and he ended up becoming MY baby. He never went outside and one time he did get out I cried for days because I couldn't find him and he was under the house the whole time and that was literally the best night ever. I loved him so much.

I took a break from doing Rover during graduate school, so my profile has been largely inactive since ~2019, but now that I have a normal schedule again, I'm back at it! My work schedule is generally flexible, so I can work around it to fit the best possible care for your pet. There is a dog park at my apartment I love to use, and the rail trail here in Oxford backs right up to my complex making longer walks convenient. I know I want the absolute best care for my own dog, so I promise the best care for your pets as long as they are with me! My work schedule is generally 8:30 - 4:30, with at least one remote workday per week. Usually, I have one day per week that I do field work, which makes for a longer workday, but I always know in advance so I can plan accordingly. On a typical day, I walk my own dog from 7:00-7:30am, come home for a walk at lunch around 12:00pm, and do a longer walk around 5:00pm with a short bedtime potty break around 9:00pm (sometimes earlier or later depending on how late we're up!) As Aldo has gotten older, he generally prefers shorter walks/hikes, but I am always flexible to make the length and difficulty of walks match your pets' needs. Aldo is crate-trained, and I still have a spare large crate to use if needed. Safety is my biggest concern, especially because he will get into any crumbs or trash can if given the opportunity. I have a security cam set up in my home that I check remotely to make sure pets are doing well throughout the day. I do not have multiple pets out in the living areas together when unsupervised, unless they're very familiar with one another.

About: I grew up constantly around cats and dogs. I remember getting in trouble as a kid because i would sit with my dog, Thor, inside the dog house my dad built for him. My moms best friend runs a shelter now but when I was little she was just known for having a lot of dogs and cats and i LOVED going to her house because I always wanted to hangout with her animals and she'd show me how she took care of specific animals that needed special care and I loved it. I also had a cat named Kitty and i would sit on the front porch and sing made up songs to him while he slept on my lap haha. Later on in life i got another cat named Blue and he was my baby. He slept on my chest every night. We woke up at the same time and went to sleep at the same time, sadly life happened and i had to rehome him but hes at a very sweet family's house and i still get to see pictures of him every once in a while. Currently I have a sweet american staffie mix, his name is Macho Man Randy Savage (Randy for short) a sweet mom and daughter were rehoming him on Facebook and I just so happened to find him and he is my best friend. He is seriously just a ball of love. He loves everyone he meets whether it's another dog or a human and while it's me and my fiance living together Im the main person that takes care of him and makes sure he potties and eats. So I have a lot of experience with pets. I just love animals. If I could have a bed full of cats and dogs that would be a dream but I'm only allowed one so I'd love to spend time with your sweet babies! I'm currently working part time at an office. Just wanna make sure I can pay my bills and what a great way to do that! I sadly do not have a fenced in yard so I take Randy on walks through the neighborhood next to ours cause he still gets all the sniffs and excitement and I don't have to worry about him running into the street and when the weather is nice he LOVES to go to the dog park and hes not very good at playing fetch but he loves playing "throw the ball over and over but I wont bring it back" haha and at least at the park I know hes safe in an enclosed space.
About: I am used to dogs both big and small, of all ages as I have 2 little Havanese dogs who are so sweet and easy, and used to have a yellow lab- making my experience with dogs diverse and fun. I have a big yard that’s perfect for stretching legs and sniffing around; while it’s intended, I always use a leash to make sure every outing is safe and secure. Inside, pets have plenty of space to relax, play, and feel right at home. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll make sure their usual routine stays consistent. I can handle feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, potty breaks, giving medicine, and of course, plenty of affection. “I was very anxious about leaving my 2 dogs with anyone I didn’t know. We have 2 Rottweilers and they have never stayed anywhere overnight before. When I contacted Morgan she responded immediately. Then agreed to meet us to be sure it would be a good fit before dropping them off. Once we met her she answered all of our questions and was extremely accommodating! Deacon and Diamond seemed to love her dog Pete and it would only be the three of them until we picked them up. Morgan let them sleep in the floor of her bedroom and sent pictures throughout their stay. I was definitely more relaxed knowing they were doing ok! I would definitely recommend Morgan as a sitter!”

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a little girl. I love all kinds of animals but especially dogs. I promise to do nothing but the best for your sweet baby. “Shelia took great care of my cat Simon! She was kind enough to let him up on the bed and also went the extra mile to make sure he took his medicine. I received daily updates which were helpful. When plans changed and I needed her to drop Simon off, she was super flexible! Friendly and accommodating, Shelia did a great job making Simon comfortable. I wasn't made aware that the house was undergoing renovations which left me a little concerned about cleanliness, loud workers, and Simon being cooped up for too long. Though largely out of her control, I would've liked to know before booking. Other than that, Simon was content and well cared for when he got back!”
