The only thing I would mention is that I had assumed she was watching them at her house when I booked her, but it was really where she is a groomer, so the dogs were kept in a kennel except during play & potty breaks. There were several other animals there. You could tell Ashley loves animals & they did great in her care.”

Emma loves to play with other dogs and would love the opportunity to hang out with yours while you get away for either work or fun. I have a full time job where I work from home, so would have plenty of time to care for your dog as needed. I am available most weeks and weekends. Since I have my dog, it would be essential to arrange quick meet and greets prior to committing. I have my dog Emma, who is a Saint Bernard mix. Though I just have her at the moment, she grew up with other dogs and loves the companionship. I recently constructed a fence for my backyard for ease of potty breaks, though stairs are necessary for this. Emma has free reign of the house while I am working, but I do have an x-pen and extra dog bed I could setup if needed. Emma takes daily medicine for her joints and thyroid, so I am used to giving medicine if your pup requires medicine as well.

“I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Samantha!!! My mom lives in Aurora Mo and I live 9 hours away in Wisconsin, my mom ended up in the hospital and I had no one to go let her dogs out. Samantha answered my message for help in just minutes saying she could assist with taking care of the dogs. She was even able to let them out and feed them the SAME NIGHT as my distress message. Set up 2 more visits for the next day as well because my dad wouldn’t be home until later that night. Samantha made me feel so at ease with entering my mom’s house without meeting her, taking care of my mom’s dogs that are her babies and locking back up! I was grateful for the pictures she sent of them so I knew they did indeed go potty. I sent the pictures to my mom and she cried knowing they were being well taken care of. About: What sets me apart from other house sitters is that I’ve been a true cat person for as long as I can remember—my first word was actually “kitty-cat” (not even kidding!). I’ve cared for cats of all ages, from tiny kittens to senior cats—like my own 14-year-old cat, Prince, who’s in my profile photo. I’m comfortable with different temperaments, follow routines closely, and pay attention to behavior so things stay consistent and dogs feel settled. About: I am local foster through a local rescue. My husband and I both have a passion for dogs and will treat your fur babies like they are our own! We have experience caring for puppies as young as 8 week and seniors. We are comfortable administering medications if needed and are familiar with pups who may have seizures. We don’t have any stairs so there is no need to worry about a senior pup who might have hip issues needing to climb stairs. I work full time and my husband works full time as well. Our schedules are staggered so your pup would be let out first thing in the morning by myself and then my husband will resume until he leaves for work. Midday we have a family member come over and let the dogs go outside and allow them to eat and drink as well as have some time to play. They are never left alone for more than 4-6 hours at a time. The days I’m off I’m home and my husband works from home 2 days a week as well. We have had this routine for over 4 years now with our own personal dogs and there has never been any issues. We had a brand new privacy fence installed on July 12th! We have a half acre back yard so dogs will have plenty of room to run! We will do our best to accommodate any special requests you may have. Please note our home was recently built so our grass is still in the process of growing. There may be days your pet becomes muddy if conditions are rainy. I am happy to provide a bath for your pet for a small additional fee upon request. I also highly recommend doing a meet and greet prior to your stay to ensure your dog will be comfortable with my pets and around the house.

About: We love dogs! We are called first when any of our friends go out of town. We have cared for dogs of all sizes and ages from older doxies to young mutts and we love large rotties too. We are also okay with special needs dogs and we make sure your dog gets their medications when scheduled. Our lab loves to make new friends with dogs of all sizes. We have a nice privacy fenced in back yard with a kiddie pool to help the dogs keep cool during the summer even though they will spend most of the time inside. Please know that if your pup stays with us he or she will be treated like a part of the family. We love dogs! I help my Dad on his farm only when I'm not scheduled to care for a pup I'm hosting. I'm free to stay at home all day with your pet. I always keep an eye on what's going on. I'm usually outside if our pups are. If I'm watching a pet at your home, I don't make messes.
About: I have owned pets my whole life, including domestic and wild pets. Dogs, cats, squirrels, coons and possums if they need me I take them in and give them what they need! Because I am single, semi retired and self-employed I am able to make my own schedule. I can be available seven days a week, 365 days a year! I have a 3 year-old blue heeler rescue male pup and 3 year old male rescue cat and they love each other. As of June 2026 I am under contract to sell my 10 acre glampground and have moved down the road to Jane, MO! BIggie is the glampground pup and interacts with all of the Airbnb guest pets with no problems whatsoever and they typically fall in love with him and bring him inside at night, although he prefers to have the run of the place outside all day and he won’t come in until he’s ready!!!
About: I’m a Mexican-American professional that works in Joplin, MO, but I frequent NWA area for leisure activities. I could help with basic training. Also willing to learn more training skills to help you at home. I’ve had multiple pets growing up including dogs, birds, hamsters, fish, and even hermit crabs over the years. I have a female cat of my own. Had her since she was a kitten, she was a stray and got her shots as soon as we were able too. I would greatly enjoy taking care of your pets! I know pets help reduce stress and anxiety and are very important companions for families big or small. I will do my best to treat your pets as if they were my own and give them all the love, respect, and care they deserve. I work part time in Joplin and am open about my work schedule and let you know when I would arrive at your house to care for your pet. If you agree with those times then I’ll book. I have an indoor/outdoor cat. I have a very big yard but it’s not fenced off. The neighborhood is quite and small. I have the option of walking them for long or short periods.

The only thing I would mention is that I had assumed she was watching them at her house when I booked her, but it was really where she is a groomer, so the dogs were kept in a kennel except during play & potty breaks. There were several other animals there. You could tell Ashley loves animals & they did great in her care.”
