About: We have been pet owners all our lives until recently. We have experience looking after dogs and cats. We would love to fill the gap by helping you out with pet sitting needs. Your fur baby will be treated as part of our family! My husband and I work full time, some days from home. My work is just few minutes away so I am able do potty breaks and walk during lunch. Our schedules are flexible and we can adapt to your needs. We currently don't have any pets at the house. Our yard is not fenced but the neighborhood is very dog friendly with a little nature trail for walks.

As long as I can remember I have always had a dog in my life- whether it be a family pet, a farm watchdog, or a herding dog for our cattle! I have a toy Australian Shepherd named, Wren who is 8 years old and since I didn’t think 1 dog was enough, I got another Australian Shepherd who’s name is Piper and she is 6. When I’m on the road or in office for work, I typically get back home around 6:00 pm but have a very flexible schedule and can be home earlier. About: I have worked in veterinary Kennels and in shelters. I am also a certified Dog and Cat trainer through Animal Behavior College in 2013. I have been trained in animal first aide. I have a military I.D. so I can also care for military families as well! I come home on my lunch break to let the dogs run in the yard (we NEVER leave the dogs outside on their own for safety from hawks etc). The longest they are alone is 5 hours. Our live revolve around our own dogs so they will feel like one of the family in no time. We have a fenced .75 acre yard that we stay out with them for safety. Older pups will be carried on any stairs to prevent any falls. Kenneling is a part of our home for safety. But if we are home they are out. The dogs have their own room where they kennel that has safety film on the windows so they can benefit from the light but are not tormented by the squirrels in the trees. Cats are kept in their own area as well. I know how important your dog is and I will treat them the way I would want mine treated. With the exception of errands and taking kids to school I am home full time. We treat visitors as one of the pack. Often our visiting pups like to lounge on the couch when not supervised in the yard. I have a fenced yard and dogs are not left outside unattended (especially the little ones). We have a multi layered floor plan so if a dog needs to be alone for a bit we have the ability to do so.

About: Dogs must be ok in a kennel. 😊 I have worked on some level in animal welfare my entire life. Since 2013, I own & operate a licensed rescue for dogs. I currently work from home allowing be flexibility to care for your pup(s)! I look forward to helping ease your mind for you know your dogs are safe. I have a 6' fenced yard with no climb fencing secured on the inside of it. I would not leave your dog(s) unattended in the yard regardless. I have my own dogs and I would crate and rotate your dog if needed. I am able to pet sit most any dog but I will need to be crate trained. We do rotations in my home. If your pooch is not crate trained, it will not be able to stay. I have a 6’ privacy fence with no climb fencing installed. We have a great play group of dogs for this that are ready to play. If not, your pooch can do solo play time.

About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, from beagles to Akita’s, shitzus to lab/Great Dane mixes. We have a Morkie and a Pit/Weimaraner mix who love having doggy play dates! During Covid, I helped my aunt foster 3 rescue beagles as well as caring for her other two dogs. Since then, I have worked at multiple doggy daycare and boarding facilities and have pets of my own! I work 6am to 6pm every Tuesday-Friday so ideally, I’d need flexibility on drop-in visits for those days, but I have open availability on the weekends + Monday I am currently only providing drop-in visits which means your pet/s will stay in the comfort and safety of their own home. For drop in services, I do ask that my son be allowed to join me as my husband is in the military and his schedule is … very inconsistent 😅 My son is 3 1/2 with autism but when he goes to drop ins with me, he stays in his stroller the entire time and loves seeing all of the pets I get the pleasure of taking care of. I am very flexible and open about my schedule and always make sure that I can make my schedule fit around the needs of my clients and their pets needs as well. I always do a Meet & Greet visit with clients and their fur babies before the services are needed to make sure that your pet will like me & my children but also to make sure the client and I click as well. During drop ins, I am known to scoop poop (or sift a cat box), if needed I vacuum around the cat box as well. I clean water dishes before refilling and make sure your pets are taken care of to the same standard and expectation that mine are treated. I know going out of town is stressful for you and your pet so I am here to help make that smooth for everyone :)

Now living in the city I am only around 2 pets and I can’t get another because of my apartment restrictions. Getting to dog sit or walk even them would be so fun for me! I have a cat so I am taking care of him daily. My roommate also has a dog so I get to help with her too. I have a a bunch of pet toys, food and water, bowls, and beds! The pets are allowed to be on my bed and can cuddle up in blankets. I can put my cat in my roommates room along with her dog if the pet I am caring for cannot be around other animals. JoJo is a senior dog with some anxiety that can require extra attention (and a healthy dose of patience). Laurie communicated with me throughout the stay about how things were going, and even threw in some additional remedies of her own to help JoJo get settled in. You can tell she is invested in your pet's well being and provides quality care.”
