Taku has separation anxiety where if he’s left alone, he will cry and bark the whole entire time. Then I found Jeena on Rover! She was so accommodating! She allowed Taku and I to come meet her and her cats to see if they all got along, before we booked her for a half day of day care. Taku did really well at her place! About: I’ve grown up around animals of all kinds, including dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, pigs, sheep, and cows, so caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. I currently have a dog named Sharon, whom I originally fostered along with her five puppies for eight weeks - an experience that gave me plenty of hands on experience caring for puppies and dogs with different needs and personalities. Many of my closest friendships were built around our shared love of dogs, and we’ve regularly helped care for each other’s pets over the years. I’ve hosted dogs in my own home, as well as stayed in clients’ homes to care for elderly dogs who needed extra attention, patience, and comfort. I genuinely enjoy making pets feel safe, loved, and well cared for while their owners are away. Currently working from home so I will be a constant presence throughout the day. This also allows me to take your dog for as many walks as needed or any other specific services required. I have one dog who is usually a couch potato and sleeps all day. She is very dog friendly in all aspects. I have a fenced in backyard and a doggy door so they have full access. Toys and treats are available (if allowed)! Happy to follow any and all instructions.

About: I have been taking care of my own animals my whole life, and have sat for other people on numerous occasions. I have also assisted with much of the care and feeding of a dog and several cats over the years. I live in South St. Louis City, and I can only really work there or in areas near there, but if you live close to me you will never be without the help you need. I can stay in your house if you'd like me to, but I can't keep other people's pets in my house because I have a very nervous and shy cat who would be made uncomfortable by this and a crazy dog who might scare your pets. I repeat: I can stay in your house or I can just pop in and out to take care of your pets, but I cannot have outside animals stay in my home. I also walk dogs. The rates for that might be a little bit different, but I assure you they will still be affordable. I have to say though that I cannot walk for an extended period in thunderstorms or freezing/icey temperatures. That's for my safety as well as your dog's. I will be your pet's new best friend and your asset when you are in a pinch or are going somewhere and can't take care of them. I have loved animals since I was a child, and I rarely find one with which I don't get along. I don't have a job which will take me out of town frequently, so I can provide my services as long as they are needed. I look forward to meeting you and your adorable animal friends! I have availability on weekdays as well as weekends Message me and we can talk about scheduling a time for me to walk your dog I will make sure the animal gets whatever care they need I am not a vet though, so if your animal is sickly and/or old then I don't know how well I can care for them

About: I have a 5 year old 100lb staffordshire terrier named Kaido that I raised and trained since he was 6 weeks old. I crate trained, house trained, recall trained, socialized, and lead trained him myself. I have also Kaido to help work with other dogs that are not well socialized or have anxiety issues. I am currently working two part time jobs as a research coordinator so I am typically able to be flexible with whatever schedule is requested. While my apartment does not have a fenced yard, I do have a large dog crate if needed and have knowledge of many dog parks and trails in the St Louis area.
