About: During the school year, I have the ability to drop-in before 6:30am and after 3:00pm (4:00pm on Wednesdays). I enjoy interacting with cats at their level of comfort. I will spend time playing with cats using their favorite toys. I love giving cats attention through lots of cuddles, pets, and chin scratches. I’ve owned shy cats before, and I understand their need to hide around new people. I will try to coax them out of hiding through treats, toys, and calls, but I will also respect their desire to hide. I will send pictures of your cats while you’re away to help you feel relaxed and confident in their care. I have had senior cats in the past, so I feel comfortable administering medication and taking care of senior cat needs. I am able to scoop litter boxes and will clean up hairballs, as needed. If cats need to be brushed, I can do that, as well.

About: Hey y'all! I'm a looooong time fur mom and lover of all animals. We have a 3 goofy rescues Innu, Brodie Lee and lil sis Alora, but we want to help 'em make more friends! They are SUPER dog friendly and so are we. We take them on walks through our neighborhood and local parks which can lead to off path walking, so I may have to give a bath to your fur babies. We live in a hard wood floor house so accidents are no sweat to us! Our home is well kept and very animal friendly. I've worked in shelters, rescues, and have had many rehabilitated and injured fur babies throughout my life. My kids are my helpers as they are ready for new dogs with different levels of activities and have learned basic training methods from following me. We're here to be the safest and BEST sitters in the metro! I work remotely from my office which looks out into the back yard and allots me a great deal of time to really bond and have a good time sitting others pups! With all to do in the city I just know your pups will enjoy us as much as ours do. I have a oddly terrained fenced yard with a flat patio and tons of shady spots for the dogs to lounge for as long as they please (weather permitting). I leave a big ole' water bowl out there as well - holds 2 gallons and I fill it every day at the beginning and throughout the day.

About: I’ve had dogs from a young age. Staying with me, they will get attention, love, play time and cuddles. They will also get to play with my dog Lexi. I work from home full time so I’m always here. I’m able to go outside and play with your pups or give them extra attention. I have a fenced in yard with locks on my gates. I have a doggie door and the back door is always open. I have a 5 year old pup that is very calming and caring. She has been great with other dogs. About: My mom has been a trusted Rover sitter for several years now, so I grew up around this — it’s kind of in the blood. I’ve personally owned and cared for dogs, cats, birds, turtles, you name it, so I’m comfortable with just about any animal you bring my way. About: I’ve had dogs all my life and it seemed the family dogs always gravitated toward me. I can’t imagine life without them! I’ve been caring for other’s dogs ever since I got my drivers license. The first dog I watched for a family (a beautiful Alaskan husky) had diabetes and required diabetic shots twice a day. Even though it hurt to have to give him shots, I loved having the opportunity to care for dogs other than my own. Since then I’ve had the opportunity of being the go-to dog watcher for several families with several different dog (and cat) breeds. I will make every effort to give your dog the same care that I was able to give Skyler and the rest of the dogs I’ve had the great fortune of watching and taking care of. There’s not many things that give me more joy than spending time with dogs. Now that I have more time on my hands in my 30’s I have recently gotten connected with volunteering with KC Pet Project. Dogs deserve all the love in the world. I currently work from home Monday and Friday so in addition to the weekend, it opens up availability to be present for the doggie. I’m in the office Tuesday - Thursday but available for morning/evening and quick bathroom breaks over lunch. I have a fenced in backyard and ample space inside the house to make your dog comfortable. I can crate if needed, but also have rooms that can function as “dog” rooms for the periods when I need to leave the house. I have my own Belgian Malinois, who mostly does her own thing. :)
About: I have taken care of all sorts of dogs through the years and find joy in going for walks around the neighborhood and playing and meeting every single dog I see. I work full time, 3 12 hour shifts a week and my other 4 days I love having something to do whether that is going on walks, popping in to make sure dogs have everything they need and having potty breaks. During drop ins or walks I like to follow the owners instructions carefully so that each pet can maintain their normal routines and reduce stress. I make sure each pet has water, any food they need, toys if able, exercise, and attention. With walks I stay very mindful of potential dangers or triggers to avoid any unwanted situations and pay attention to any sins of overheating, exhaustion or discomfort. During drop ins if a pet uses a crate I always make sure it’s locked and checked before leaving as well as leaving the surrounding how I arrived and with locked doors. It’s always fun to send the owner updates and pictures of their pet while away to ensure they are safe and getting the care they need.

I am comfortable taking care of pets of any age. I can provide food and water bowls, blankets, dog beds, stuffed toys, and I have a medium size kennel. All you need to bring is food, treats, leash/harness and any special comfort items. My daughter loves to go outside every chance she gets so they will have a lot of outside time when the weather permits. They will be allowed to roam the house as they want and are allowed on furniture – like I said- spoiled. I love to send pictures while you are gone to share their adventures while they are here. I do work for the school district 11am-1:30pm but I will be around a majority of the time to play and take care of your family member while they are here. Any drop offs and pick ups will need to be before 9am or after 2:30pm I have a fenced in yard – it is a short fence so fence jumpers are probably not the best fit for me. We can crate them when we are gone if needed and will do our best to stick to their regular routine.
About: i’ve owned dogs on my own for 10 years, worked professionally with dogs for 7 years in a kennel/day care environment. i have worked with dogs of different temperaments and sizes and ages and have training in pet health, safety, and body language. i work full time, with a set schedule. i am more than happy to come by to see your babies before or after work as well as on my days off. i personally walk my dogs on properly fitted harnesses on 4 ft leashes, one of them with a muzzle. i am open to 6 ft leashes, retractable leashes, prong collars, muzzles, backyard play, whatever your pup needs !!

Dog groomer for the past 11 years (retiring at the end of July 2026) I have two cats of my own (Asta and Bandit) and a Dobie (Cipher). Your pet is your baby — which is why I aim to provide them with the same level of care that you give them! EXPERIENCE: I am an experienced small and large breed dog owner, walker, trainer, and sitter with over 7 years of experience. I’m a certified dog-walker for KC Pet Project and have a degree in psychology that informs my training practices. Some of my other special skills include administering oral medications via pill or syringe, working with blind and deaf pets, adapting to various temperaments from wary seniors to energetic babies, attuning to body language, and providing first aid. One of my own dogs struggles with severe separation anxiety, so I have a wealth of experience with giving daily oral medications, lowering distress levels, and compassionately discouraging resulting destructive behaviors. My schedule is very flexible for walks and drop-in visits! To beat the heat, I’m available in the mornings and evenings. At this time, I am unavailable for constant-care overnight visits. Most of all, I aim to keep your pet safe and to communicate clearly and consistently with you. I’m happy to do meet-and-greets before services begin so that we can establish a relationship and set expectations. I am comfortable with kenneling, provide constant monitoring to ensure safety, and I value giving your pet plenty of attention when in my care. Even if your routine is unorthodox, I am open and willing to try it! Not to mention, I find it important to ensure tidiness and maintain organization by putting things back where they belong.
