About: I have loved dogs since I was a child. As a pre-teen, I used to go to my neighbors' homes to take their dogs for walks. Then, in 1993, my parents finally gave me my first dog—a black English Cocker Spaniel. I haven't been without dogs since. The first one was stolen when he was a year old. The second, another black Cocker, lived for 14 years. During that time, I also had a Yorkshire Terrier who lived to be 17. Currently, I have a 12-year-old female Papillon who came with me from Brazil a little over two years ago. I am Brazilian and qualified as a veterinarian in 2003. I spent six years working in a clinic treating dogs before switching to a different area of veterinary practice for personal reasons. Since moving to the US, I have been a full-time mom, as my youngest daughter is not yet school-age. I believe a meet-and-greet is beneficial for both parties; it’s a time for pets and their owners to get to know me better, and for me to get to know the pet (I like to fill out a form during this time to record details about them). I understand that just like us, dogs need regular walks to stay happy, healthy and mentally stimulated. If life gets busy and you're unable to take your pup out as often as you'd like, I'd be happy to help. I also offer loving in-home care for pets who prefer to stay cozy and comfortable in their own home while you're away. Services offered: dog walker, boarding, drop-in visits and doggy day care. I offer other pet services upon request. I am currently a full-time mother and homemaker, so I do not have a job that keeps me away from home for long stretches at a time. I have a friendly 12-year-old female dog, but she doesn't know how to play with other dogs; she’s a companion for quiet moments rather than playtime. I have three children—aged 4, 6, and 9—who adore dogs and love playing with them. I live in a house without a fenced yard. The raised deck has a gate and is a spot where my dog likes to hang out and watch the activity. I’ve installed a 34-inch removable fence in a small area where a dog can be left without constant supervision (provided they aren't a climber or a jumper).

About: I’ve had a cat since I can remember. My first cat Christopher looked like a Halloween cat all sleek black and skinny. I remember begging my parents to keep him. Since him I’ve had and fostered several over the years. I used to take care of my friends mean old Russian blue whenever her family went out of town and he never bothered me. About: I've worked in animal rescue for many years and fostered both cats and dogs for over 15. So even the spicy ones I adore and they seem to connect with me as well. I am comfortable giving meds, doing brushing/nail trims for those that will cooperate, and giving them lots of love and attention! About: Shhhhh don't tell the doggos, but I've always had a soft spot for the felines! I often feel like cats get ignored or dismissed in the pet industry, and that upsets me greatly! I've never met a kitty I didn't insta-ADORE, so if you're a cat-person and you've been having trouble finding a cat-person to watch your kitties, I am definitely your gal! I've had cats of my own since our apartment would allow pets, and we currently have 3 at our rural household. About: I work in nursing and I love animals just as I love people I’ve been taking care of animals often on for the past six years. I’ve been in nursing for 10. I love spending time with animals especially my fur babies. I work overnights two days a week in a hospital, so I’m very flexible. About: Have taken care of many animals in my life. Had a dog since age 7. At this point I have cared for 16 dogs in my life all different breeds and sizes. Loved everyone of them. As long as there’s toys and space there’s always time to play ! About: I have loved dogs since I was a child. As a pre-teen, I used to go to my neighbors' homes to take their dogs for walks. Then, in 1993, my parents finally gave me my first dog—a black English Cocker Spaniel. I haven't been without dogs since. The first one was stolen when he was a year old. The second, another black Cocker, lived for 14 years. During that time, I also had a Yorkshire Terrier who lived to be 17. Currently, I have a 12-year-old female Papillon who came with me from Brazil a little over two years ago. I am Brazilian and qualified as a veterinarian in 2003. I spent six years working in a clinic treating dogs before switching to a different area of veterinary practice for personal reasons. Since moving to the US, I have been a full-time mom, as my youngest daughter is not yet school-age. I believe a meet-and-greet is beneficial for both parties; it’s a time for pets and their owners to get to know me better, and for me to get to know the pet (I like to fill out a form during this time to record details about them). I understand that just like us, dogs need regular walks to stay happy, healthy and mentally stimulated. If life gets busy and you're unable to take your pup out as often as you'd like, I'd be happy to help. I also offer loving in-home care for pets who prefer to stay cozy and comfortable in their own home while you're away. Services offered: dog walker, boarding, drop-in visits and doggy day care. I offer other pet services upon request. I am currently a full-time mother and homemaker, so I do not have a job that keeps me away from home for long stretches at a time. Being parents of a rambunctious cat and shy dog we know how scary it can be to leave your loved one with a stranger. For Drop-Ins during the week we are able to drop in anytime after 4:00 P.M. Monday-Friday but on the Weekends we will have more availability to drop in at any time of the day. We have a one story ranch home that is animal friendly. We have large chain linked fenced in yard in a quaint neighborhood. We have a 3 year old female Great Dane who is a big baby and loves to play with other dogs and gets along with cats. We have a cat who is a lover. If we need to go to a persons home we will be very respectful of their home and wishes.
