About: I have had pets all my life from dogs and cats to gerbils, hamsters and fish. Even as a young child I was primarily responsible for most of the routine daily pet care. I'm a trained CNA with applicable caregiving skills. I also have extensive experience as a shelter volunteer having walked the dog and played with them as well as socializing the cats. I'm currently self employed as a home care aide and wish to take care of animals in between assignments or during days off. I do not have any responsibilities that would interfere with me taking care of your fur babies. I do not have a fenced in yard but I do have a yard stake. I live in a townhouse with an open grass backyard. I regularly take my dog to The Liberty, MO Stockdale dog park and can take yours there too if that's your preference. If you wish I can walk your dog as many times per day as you prefer. My neighborhood has paved sidewalks and walking paths that I routinely use to walk my dog daily. I have one cat and one dog and each get along with other cats and dogs very well but should there be any unforeseen issue, I can put your pet in my spare bedroom. I also own a wire dog crate for large dogs. I can crate your pet in your home or my home if you wish me to. I will take care of him or her in whichever way you prefer. I do not crate my dog but I did as a puppy to facilitate his potty training. My dog sleeps with me at night as does my cat sometimes. Both are friendly and well socialized but again, I can put either in a spare room or your pet if necessary. Both my pets are up to date on their vaccinations and they get a monthly pill for flea and tick prevention. About: I grew up on a farm with many types of animals and hard work. I have worked in veterinary clinics as a kennel attendant and now a veterinary assistant for over 10 years. I have experience with dogs, cats, and exotic pets. I'm comfortable caring for elderly and sick pets as well as giving medications. I live and work in the Liberty MO area. I am an early morning person and can do early morning drop in visits and walks before 7 am (including weekends and holidays). I typically get my lunch break between 12-2 pm. I can come and do a drop in visit or do a short walk over my break. Evenings are a possibility but are less flexible and open. I can offer enrichment with treats, playtime and exercise. I like a good cuddle session as well as a hyper wrestling match, or active fetch game. I enjoy being out in God's creation and am open to more nature based walks if you have an active curious pup (like my own dog). I think cats should also be enriched and loved. I like playing games with cats and helping them feel comfortable and spoiled. I have owned a lizard of my own and am not afraid of reptiles or rodents. I'm free after 9am on Mondays and Wednesdays, Tuesdays and Thursdays I'm free after 12:15 though I can come in earlier anytime before 9, Fridays can vary for me but I'm typically free after 9-10 am though sometimes if I have an exam it might be an hour or so later though I can always make arrangements if necessary. I care for pets by following their routine, spending lots of time with them, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I’m respectful of my client's homes and always clean up after the pets and leave everything as I found it. I After a procedure my dog needed to be crate trained so I know how to handle that.

All my family and family friends have trusted me with their fur babies. I go to their homes or I take their dogs home with me depending on how they get along with my dogs. Depending on the day if I work your pet will get 1 walk and plenty of outside time! If I am not working your dog will get 2 walks, hours of outside time and get as much enrichment to help their mental stemalation and energy! Starting in May on Saturdays I typically work at a race track until late, but I will go to your home prior to me going to the track. I have a fenced in yard and live in a nice Kearney neighborhood! We have several nature trails to walk on and a dog park in town! I do have two dogs but both are very friendly with other dogs and up to date on all vaccinations! There is also a vet office 5 minutes down the road that I take my animals to so if there ever is an emergency I will go straight there!

I’ve volunteered for KCPP (Kansas City Pet Project) for 7 almost 8 years now. Taking dogs on walks, giving training, feeding, and cleaning messes. But my love for animals didn’t start there. When my dad was teaching me to ride a bike, he kept telling me to watch where I was going—but I got distracted by a neighbor walking their dog. I turned, excitedly asking if I could pet it, and rode straight into a tree. Scraped knee, a little embarrassed… but my first question was still, “Can I pet the dog?” That’s how much I’ve always loved dogs. (True story by the way) I have a flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate walks, feedings, and check-ins throughout the day, whether it’s early mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I stay organized and dependable. I care for pets with patience, attention, and genuine love, treating each one like they’re my own. I make sure their basic needs are always met—fresh water, proper feeding, regular walks, and a safe, clean environment—while also paying close attention to their behavior and comfort. If a pup is a senior or puppy I would like to create a safe in home enrichment environment so that they can enjoy themselves! My clients I currently do have, have fully trust me and the PUPdates they get from me are specific and detailed! They receive three updates per day! About: I have grown up loving animals and taking care of family pets, and my own pets. I have dog sat for friends on occasion. I have a big heart and love to care for little fur babies. I personally have 2 dogs and 3 cats and 3 lizards, and my family just keeps growing. I have open availability and can come and care for your animals at most times! My schedule is currently open for boarding, sitting, walking and drop ins. I unfortunately will only board other males under certain circumstances. Our male dog gets a little territorial when it comes to males but not with females. But, still reach out and we can talk about it!
