About: Growing up, I lived on a small farm and have been around animals my whole life. I’ve taken care of other peoples pets as well. I'm retired and am now looking forward to an enjoyable career as a pet sitter. I'm available 7 days a week, very flexible schedule. My husband and I are retired and are both huge animal lovers. Our Goldens crossed the Rainbow bridge and petsitting is a way to fill the void they left in our lives. We did have a beautiful cat but she passed away from cancer in September 2025. We no longer have any pets in our home. Since I am retired I'll have lots of time to spoil your pets! I'm an early riser so a walk first thing in the morning is fairly routine. Dogs are taken on short walks 3 or 4 times a day and given lots of love and attention. If owners are ok with it they are allowed on furniture and are allowed to sleep on my bed.

I have had plenty of friends and family rely on me to take care of their pets while they are out, so I’ve been able to deal with pups of most ages! I am home from college this summer and am looking for something to fill my free time! I have a very open and flexible schedule during the weekend and weekdays as of right now, so taking care of any pets shouldn’t be a problem as I am only a part time employee! I have a very energetic dog myself so I know what is needed to keep him entertained. I can crate your dog if needed/ when specified. For my dog, I make sure he takes his medications on time and I can do the same for any other pups. I make sure all meals are given out on time and treats given wisely but generously if allowed.
