“Great having Saige as my first sitter! We met at a Starbucks to do a meet and greet and I instantly felt comfortable. Scary bringing a stranger into your home these days, so I was thankful she was open to answering any questions and wanted me to feel comfortable. Days later, I then had Saige come to my home to meet my cat and see the space to ensure she would also be comfortable sitting at my home. She petsitted or pet sat(?) lol, for 4 days and there’s hardly a hint that she was ever here - meaning she left the place as she found it and didn’t leave a mess or anything. I don’t think my kitty ever got super used to having a stranger in her home but that’s not Saige’s fault. My kitty is just super shy and takes a while to warm up to strangers. I just asked that Saige respect her boundaries and space and I believe she did that! My kitty is almost 16 years old and I just really wanted that reassurance of having someone around more often than just bopping in for 15 mins a day - so I’m thankful for finding this service and the sitting going smoothly! About: Hi! Growing up I have had all the animals I could. Hamsters, fish, bunnies, rats, birds, horses, dogs, and cats. My family has 8 dogs now. The past year I adopted a lab puppy, as a full time college student. This has been the greatest gift, but has shown me first handedly the hardships of having a dog. I want nothing more than to help ease the hardships of having a furry friend for you and your family. As a college student, I have classes everyday, about one or two classes. My days have many gaps and free time allowing for many potty breaks, walks, and play! My schedule is very flexible overall. Pets are my #1 priority when I am home, coming from a family with many dogs. Taking care of my dogs means walking, feeding, playing, and small training on a daily basis. Love and affection is another part of caring for pets in my opinion.
About: I’ve taken care of cats since I was 7 and dogs since I was 17! Friends and family have trusted me to take care of and walk their dogs when they need. I am also a zookeeper at the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium and have two cats of my own! I work full-time at the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium, but I am available wednesday evenings, thursdays, and fridays to give your pets all the time, attention, and care they need! During drop by visits, I will make sure your pet gets a potty break, food and water if needed, and lots of love and attention!

About: I am a 35 year old accountant that lives Lee’s Summit and works from home full time. I have a 6 month old labradoodle puppy named Alabama who keeps us on our toes. She loves to play and has quite the personality. She has never met a dog she didn’t want to be friends with. I also have an 8 year old Great Dane that is more on the senior side. She mainly sleeps and doesn’t interact much. We have a 2 year old and a 7 year old that are with us part time but they are very well versed in being around new pets.
