“Jacqueline was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of my fur baby, was super flexible, and was in constant communication with me about how he was doing! 100% recommend her to anyone who needs a good dog sitter!”

“They took care of my dog for a week and I definitely recommend them they are good people. They made my dog feel at home and made me feel at ease knowing she was in good hands.”

“This was the best experience I could have had. I am always nervous about leaving my dog as she is a runner and gets out. Bridget is very thorough on her care for your dog.”

“We are so thankful to have found MacKenzie!! We know our dogs are in great hands, and they are always excited when we pull up to her house. We have two large dogs with unique personalities, and we can completely trust that they are in good hands. Thank you for everything MacKenzie!”

“Kathleen did a great job taking care of our pup, Maddie, she’s a geriatric dog who is almost 16 and she seemed very happy to be there and had a great time we were updated with pictures and texts throughout our stay away. I picked her up and she was happy and healthy. We really appreciate Kathleen for taking such good care of her. We will definitely be using her again.”

“Every pet lover and owner knows how hard it can be to have someone new take care of your pet family. Odin & Finn were immediately welcomed and treated like family. Chloe sent photos and messages with updates. We definitely recommend Chloe & Collin to take great care of your pets. They are our new go to home when we are are away from home. Big thanks!! 5 STARS!!”

“Daine and Ashley were fantastic!! They really made our two Shit-Tzus feel at home. They listened to all our guidance with sleeping, kenneling, and meals. They were even accommodating to us, when we decided to pick up our dogs early. Thank you for everything!! We don't travel much, but when we do, we'll try to book with them again.”

“Lindsey is AMAZING! She kept our 1 year old puppy while we were on vacation. It was our first time as puppy parents that we had left our dog, and we were understandably anxious about being away from her. Lindsey put us at ease. She cared for our dog as if she were her own and kept us consistently updated with photos and messages. Our dog was able to play and interact with Lindsey’s dogs, which our dog thoroughly enjoyed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our dog or for us. Knowing that our dog was in good hands while we were away helped to ease our anxiety and allowed us to enjoy our vacation to the fullest. I highly recommend Lindsey and will definitely be seeking her out anytime I need a dog sitter in the future. She is a true dog lover and is absolutely wonderful.”

“Alaniz is very sweet and takes great care of my dog! It’s a peace of mind to find great loving care while we are away. My dog gets extremely excited every time he sees Alaniz 💕Awesome care!”

“Shawn is the BEST! Our dog is older and she can be a bit stand off-ish but he took amazing care of her! He provided great updates, photos, and asked questions proactively whenever he wasn’t sure about something. It says a lot when your dog comes home happy as can be and acts like she never went anywhere. We will definitely rebook with him anytime we go out of town! 5 stars!!!”
“Nicole is hands-down the best dog sitter on Rover! She took amazing care of Freddy and Barney — they got to play with her dogs Gracie and Jac and had an absolute blast. Her home is warm, loving, and the perfect environment for any pup. She sent regular updates and tons of photos, which made being away so much easier. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and treats every dog like her own. Highly, highly recommend Nicole. Your pets will be in the best possible hands! 🐾”

“She always takes great care of my fur baby! Her and her family are wonderful. She keeps me updated, and I know my pup feels right at home with her and her family! Ms. Derrika is the best!”

“Upon the first conversation and meeting, she made us feel comfortable and we knew our fur baby would be safe and well cared for. Being out of the country for 3 weeks, we needed no worries and Saige delivered! When we picked up Mali, she looked happy and loved. We will definitely be using her again. Thank you!”

“Our Remi had the best time with Sylveena and her family. We received so many pictures, updates and notes throughout the days we were gone, it was so appreciated. She even kept a mindful watch over her time outside due to the intense heat we’re experiencing. It’s obvious that Sylveena loves animals and we are so happy to have found her!”

“Damonte was fantastic. Sent photos and videos of our little Ace. It’s comforting to know someone can take care of your furry friend like you would. Definitely recommend.”

“Jacki took perfect care of our little kitty while we were gone. This was first time my wife and I were out of the house more than a few hours, let out a day, and after the first note, we were immediately put at ease that he was going to be fine. We also loved the cute pictures we got after each visit and we were looking forward to them every time.”

“Katie did a fantastic job and was able to meet and interact with our most skittish cat within her first visit! Will definitely be rebooking when the time comes for our next weekend away!”

“Anthony took incredible care of our cats and our home while we were away. He went above and beyond in every possible way — keeping everything clean, making sure the cats were happy and comfortable, and even taking care of thoughtful extra details around the house. It was obvious how much he genuinely cared for Rogelio and Octavio, and we were able to fully relax on our trip because of it. We came home to very happy cats and a spotless home. We’re so grateful and would absolutely trust him again in the future!”

“Tiffany did a great job visiting Bootsy while we were out of town. Everything went as expected and she makes a real effort to interact with the cat. Will absolutely use again!”

“As always Kate is awesome! She always takes great care of my kitties and watered my garden and flowers which kept everything alive while I was gone! My kitties love her!”

“Jessica was great. Our cat gets lonely while we are away. Jessica plays with our active 2 year old and gives him lots of love. She does what you ask her to do. Definitely will use her again. Getting the pictures helps you know that everything is ok.”

“Amanda was so great with our 2 cats. She gave us great updates each time she visited and sent us tons of photos which we love getting while we’re away! We’ll definitely be booking Amanda again!”

“Meggie is an absolutely amazing sitter. She was so kind and thoughtful from the beginning. She was very flexible with my schedule and so accommodating of all my requests for my cat’s care. She truly went above and beyond and my cat clearly felt very comfortable with her. 10/10 would absolutely recommend”

“Kathleen went above and beyond to make sure she gave my cat his injections. He was difficult but she was a trooper and got the job done. I very much appreciate all her hard work. I would highly recommend her.”

About: While I don't have formal experience, I've spent my whole life taking care of pets at home. I've even raised our current pups from puppies to adulthood, handling everything from feeding to playtime. My goal is to treat every pet like part of the family. I'm currently a college student down in Springfield, but whenever I'm back in town for breaks or summer, I will have a fairly flexible schedule! I'm available on the weekends, evenings, and soon to be during the weekdays as well! Every pet deserves the family treatment! I'm careful to follow their set routines and rules - whether it's playtime, feeding, or crate time. Your pet's safety always comes first!

“Jacqueline was great. She sent plenty of pictures and updates, and her kids gave my cat plenty of attention. Her rates her very reasonable, will definitely contact when I need a pet sitter again!”

About: I’ve been around and taken care of cats ever since I was a kid. I’ve owned a cat myself for the past 4-5 years. I regularly clean her litter box and make sure she is well fed. I love being able to hang out with cats and love the cuddly kind even more!

About: I've been caring for cats since l was about about 6 or 7 years old. After I lost my oldest cat Sailym at 17, I've decided I wanted to continue helping others with their pets while they travel and give them a peace of mind like I had during my trips to Spain in college.
About: I've had a dog of my own for the past 8 years, so I understand the daily commitment, patience, and love that pets need. Being around animals is something I truly enjoy, and I treat every pet I care for with the same attention and affection I give my own. I am currently doing school so I would have plenty time to go for walks with a lot of dogs that are available at any time. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I always prioritize their safety, comfort, and routine. I take the time to get to know each pet’s needs—whether it’s feeding schedules, preferred walking routes, or special care instructions.

“My two small Chihuahua mixes absolutely love their time at Mike and Sharon's! We use them mainly for daycare and they usually always have a couple small puppy friends there, so they are exhausted and sleep all night when they get home! We have used them for boarding too and have nothing but praise. If you need a sitter or lower stimulation doggy daycare, Sharon's your girl!”

“Got it! Here's the updated version: It was our dog's first time staying in another place, and he's usually a bit anxious. But he had a really good time with Stevie and came back tired and happy. We're very grateful!”

“Another great daycare experience. Naji is so flexible and I love how she returns the food containers cleaned and returns the baggies the dog food was sent in. I appreciate her so much.”

“Was super nervous to use this service but Kathleen assured me all would be well and kept my mind at ease anytime I asked for some assurance that my pet was doing okay. Super friendly and my puppy took to her immediately (something I had not seen before honestly). Tagged on a bath and nail trim to the stay and my pet was smelling super fresh all the way home. 10/10 would recommend.”

“We are so pleased with this outstanding service. Our puppy Buddy (18 month-old Newfiedoodle) totally enjoyed his experience with Shawn. He came home to us happy and went back to Shawn happily the next day. Shawn was a delight to work with. We’ll use his outstanding service again next time we’re in the KC area. Thanks so very much for making this a great experience.”

About: I had a dog a few years ago when I was young but unfortunately we had to let him go. My love for animals has always been strong and over the years I have regularly cared for friends’ and family’s dogs during that time, including both energetic puppies and gentle senior dogs. While I have limited experience with cats, I’m open to caring for them and excited to learn more if given the opportunity. I work a part-time job and work only 2-3 days a week so I have a pretty flexible schedule. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine, so I can accommodate a variety of needs, including extended stays or last-minute bookings. I live in a pet-friendly neighborhood with a big fenced yard. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I absolutely love animals and will make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and has a sweet, stress-free time while in my care.
About: I have been caring for dogs and cats since I was 12 years old. One of my hobbies is German Shepard rescue. I have experience in training puppies and working with senior dogs. I work from home; however, I have a flexible schedule. I am available throughout the lunch period for rest breaks, and walking. I have availability Monday -Sunday. I am currently unable to stay overnight when house sitting, however I am able to offer boarding in my home. My fur babies are treated like one of my children. They are a member of the family, and know how dearly they are loved and cherished.
About: I have a stay at home job where my hours are very flexible. I do have visits with clients that can last 1-3 hours but if I know that I’m caring for your dog I will do my very best to not schedule two visits in a day! I will spend lots of quality time with your dog and make sure it is getting more than enough love and care that it needs! I work in social work, so I usually have 2-3 visits per week that last between 1-3 hours. Other than that, and the other activities I spend my time doing, I will give your dog so much love when I am home! I am rarely ever gone for more than 3 hours at a time. I am available any day of the week on a normal week. I live at an apartment complex, but we are only on the second floor, have a good amount of space, and our complex even has a dog park!

Pet care is an integral part of my daily routine, ensuring that my furry friends receive the love, attention, and care they deserve. From daily walks and playtime to feeding and grooming, their well-being is always a top priority. In both my home and my clients' homes, I provide comprehensive pet care services tailored to each animal's needs. This includes regular feeding, scheduled walks or exercise sessions, administering medications if needed, engaging in playtime and enrichment activities, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. Additionally, I prioritize open communication with pet owners to ensure their peace of mind and to address any specific concerns or requests.
About: I have had dogs in my family since I was a child and have years of experience with various breeds. I work from home most days and happy to get active with the doggos. I have a loving a cuddly home and treat all my fur guests as family. As someone with a senior dog, I am very patient and know how to accommate the additional needs some pets may have. With my flexible work from home schedule, I am able to be home during the week, to take your dog out for walks, potty breaks, cuddle, and to play. I am also available on weekends. With the exclusion of running errands, while your dog is with me, they will never be left alone for more than a few hours extended amount of time. I have a fenced in back yard for your dog to run free in. I also have a senior chihuahua who is very chill and unbothered, so as long as your dog likes other dogs, they will get along just fine. I do let dogs sit on the couch and get on the bed, however, I will respect that boundary if you do not allow that for your pets. I know all families have different schedules for potty and feeding times, and my schedule is flexible so I can keep your dog on track even while you are gone.
“Brooke was wonderful watching Emi. Her and her boyfriend were very responsive and professional. They clarified any questions I had about the dog sitting situation beforehand and quickly by message. They took their pup and Emi to the dog park right away to get some energy out and sent a bunch of pics when they got back to their apartment to give the dogs a break. They also accommodated an early pickup which was super nice to have the flexibility! I would absolutely take Emi to Brooke again if we needed a dog sitter out in the Breckinridge area!”

About: I have been taking care of my dog since a pup(6 weeks) and shes 10 years old now. I have taught her some tricks such as shaking hands, sitting, and laying down. About: Hi! I go by my middle name, Kathy and I’m 69 years old, I have 3 dogs currently and have had dogs, cats, birds, bunnies, ducks, hamsters, bearded dragons and a gecko for pets as well as fish! I can provide several references from people I have cared for their pets. I love all animals. I do work part time 9-1:30 M-F during the school year, I’m off during the summer, but will be able to take care of your pet before work and then after and through the night. I’m very trust worthy and would love the opportunity to care for your pets. I take care of your home and your pets as carefully as my own. I’m currently working part time and would have plenty of time to care for your pet before and after work. I’m also available to spend the nights when needed. I provide in your home sitting only. I feel keeping your pet in their home in their familiar surroundings is much less stressful on them. I will provide as much love and cuddles as they will allow. My typical day during the week would consist of me getting up early enough to let your pet out to potty, feed and water them and play a little while. Then I would go to work till 12:30/1:30, go back to your house and repeat the morning routine unless your pet does not eat again in the afternoon, play and cuddle as much as your pet wants. If your pet sleeps with you, they are more than welcome to sleep with me too.
About: Taking care of people’s pets is my passion, and I have over fifteen years experience caring for them as a vet technician, animal care technician at several different boarding facilities, and as an animal shelter volunteer. I provide attentive, professional care with a genuine love for every dog I meet. I don’t just “watch” pets—I learn their routines, personalities, and needs so they feel safe, relaxed, and at home. Over the course of my professional career I have worked with every type of breed and personality under the sun, from high-energy puppies to scared of their own shadow rescues to “just want a nice quiet place to lay down” senior dogs, I’m confident in reading behavior, maintaining structure, and responding calmly in any situation. I have yet to encounter a pet who hasn’t warmed up to me within a few hours, or wasn’t excited to come back to stay again. Pets under my care are treated with patience, affection, and respect—like family, not a booking! Unlike traditional boarding, I do not use kennels, unless they are necessary and that is communicated to me by the owner because of potty training and/or destructive behaviors. I have got dog beds for every shape and size, although most are more comfortable on the coach with me or in my bed at night. And, of course, there is no extra charge for playtime or extra treats! My family are all pet lovers here as well, so my husband and kids love having extra dogs around to spoil with treats, walks around our subdivision up to the pond, couch snuggles, and endless playtime in our large fenced in backyard. I never watch more than four at a time, to make sure every one of them gets plenty of attention. I am currently working on obtaining my Masters degree, primarily online, so I am home with the pets I “board” the majority of the day. I currently work from home 20 hours a week medical billing and coding and doing online program for my masters. My schedule is very flexible and I am at home pretty much 24/7. I have a fenced in large yard in a quiet neighborhood, so I walk dogs I watch/my dogs 1-2 times a day and let out any elderly dogs I am currently watching through the front door to avoid the deck steps. I feed my dogs twice a day, they drink filtered water and get denta sticks each day. I always bring dog treats on walks so reinforce good behavior. We consider our pets people here, so getting on furniture is allowed as well, unless the owner says to discourage. I do not kennel dogs unless owner provides kennel and instructs me to use it for crate training/destructive behaviors.

I’ve helped do drop in visits for family before while they’re out of town to help take care of many different kinds of animals :) I’ll mostly be available on Sundays during the day, as I have a full time job as well as full time college student! But don’t think that’ll interfere from wanting to help someone out with their adorable furry friends. I can always see if I can stop by or have time to give your pet a walk! Times may vary depending on day and availability: Sundays: 10am-Evening Thursdays: 10am-Evening Friday: 7pm-9pm Saturdays: 7pm-9pm We do not allow animal on our furniture, although my dog has a bed that he would be happy to share if needed! There’s also multiple cat scratching posts for our personal cat. I also have many dog and cat toys, if your friends need stimulation or some fun!

I am currently pursuing my Veterinary Technician degree, further expanding my knowledge and passion for animal care. In addition, I have provided trusted house and dog sitting services through personal recommendations and referrals. A dog fits well into my weekly routine because I have a flexible and consistent schedule that allows me to dedicate time to feeding, walks, playtime, exercise, and companionship. I enjoy being around animals and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. Incorporating a dog into my routine feels natural, and I’m able to provide them with the attention and structure they need throughout the week. I provide attentive, reliable, and compassionate care for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. While dog sitting, I make sure pets maintain their normal routines, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medication administration if needed, and plenty of attention and affection. I prioritize each dog’s safety, comfort, and well-being, and I always keep owners updated with photos and communication for peace of mind. About: **NOTE: If you are outside of my normal service preferences, please still request, particularly if you have a pet that has medical or behavioral concerns. I am extremely comfortable with unique behavioral/medical needs and I find great joy in working with these animals. I have always loved animals. This was amplified when I completed an internship at an exotic animal sanctuary on their animal care team. After this, I trained as a veterinary technician at a senior dog sanctuary specializing in hospice care. When I moved to KC, I worked as a vet tech under a renowned veterinary orthopedic surgeon. I was the lead vet tech for a high-volume clinic where I was the lead surgery and dental tech, emergency tech, and euthanasia tech, and I oversaw the vet tech schedule and controlled substance logs. I am comfortable administering injections (insulin, for example), administering subcutaneous fluids, delivering triage care in an emergency with your animal, and monitoring heart rates, respiratory rates, and capillary refill times. On a personal level, I am the proud mom of a one-eyed French Bulldog, a senior Chihuahua, a ball python, a milk snake, and an eyelash-crested gecko. In the past, I have been a parent to hamsters, rats, a guinea pig, a corn snake, and multiple fish species. I currently work as a Behavioral Interventionist for a district that participates in four-day weeks. For the summer, I have open availability. The school year will begin again 8/11/25 for me which will leave me with full availability for Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays and availability from 5 am to 8 am and after 5 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays until the end of May, holiday breaks being the exception. When you request a time for a visit, I will care for your pets within one hour before or one hour after the requested time unless there is a special circumstance such as medication administration needed at exact times. For example, if you request a drop-in visit at 12pm, the visit may start anywhere from 11am to 1pm in order to accommodate unexpected situations where I need to spend more time with an animal. An animal's safety is my highest priority. I am trained in safe dog introductions and reading animal body language. Additionally, I am trained to safely intervene if an interaction between animals becomes aggressive to minimize injury to the animals and myself. I am well versed in identifying potential emergency medical situations and will respond quickly to reduce stress on your beloved pet. I would like to know immediately if something is wrong with one of my babies, and it is essential to show you the same respect.
About: I have dogs of my own, and have had dogs all my life. I love giving attention and letting your fur baby know they are cared for. I understand traveling is not always dog friendly so I want to help your fur babies feel comfortable and loved while you are away. I’ll send you pictures of your babies so it’s like you never left! My current work schedule varies, some days I’m 11a-4p other days I start at noon / end earlier, and others I can work 11 hrs (will discuss those days in more detail per booking request). If booked a month in advance I can arrange my schedule where I will not be working my long days :) You tell me and I’ll do it! It’s hard enough on fur babies when their family is not home, maintaining their routine is my top priority.

“We are so thankful to have found MacKenzie!! We know our dogs are in great hands, and they are always excited when we pull up to her house. We have two large dogs with unique personalities, and we can completely trust that they are in good hands. Thank you for everything MacKenzie!”

5 STARS!!”

“I can't leave a more positive review of my experience with Olga. She was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and is clearly a kind person that sincerely cares a lot about animals. My dog Rocco obviously enjoyed his time with Olga. She sent updates during his stay along with photos of Rocco playing in their very spacious fenced yard. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Olga for your pet needs.”

“Cheyanne was amazing! I had to find a last minute sitter for my senior dog because she was under the weather and couldn’t go to her typical boarder. In addition to being sick, my dog needs extra help doing some day to day things due to her age. Cheyanne was great and helped my dog feel safe in an unfamiliar environment.”
“Shannon is excellent at caring for pets, paying close attention at the meet and greet. Bear was not ready to leave when I came to pick him up, which speaks to Shannon‘s attentiveness and care! Prompt with pictures and messages, daily walks, she makes you feel perfectly at ease. Highly recommend!”

“Merley was the best! She was responsive, communicated well throughout our dogs’ stay, and was accommodating. She’s extremely knowledgeable and wants the very best for your pets. Thank you, Merley!”

“Great first experience in here. Mya gave Amazing care and communication! Expect daily pics and updates of your puppies happy and healthy. She made sure to learn what my dogs needed and made sure they we’re adequately entertained and comfortable.”

“Kristy and her family were awesome! My two pups were very well socialized with all of her pets, even my anxious girl became comfortable and seemed to enjoy her stay. Kristy gave them both special attention, even making them scrambled eggs one morning, and letting them cozy up on her bed. You can tell she is a true dog lover and understands what they need. She gave me lots of updates and photos to put my mind at ease!”

“I can't thank Gail and Dog Vacay enough!! Right from the meet and greet I knew I had picked the best. Our 12 year old Aussie/Collie mix Sydney felt so at home immediately. Gail's comfortable home let Sydney keep up with her daily pastimes: sleeping on the sofa and looking out the window! :) Sydney takes daily meds which were administered with no problem. Gail sent updates and even pictures to us that made my vacation more relaxed too. Gail's other little border gave Sydney a fun friend. I'm not sure Sydney wanted us to come home! Gail is a teriffic lady and was a great surrogate mom for Sydney. Thanks again- Christine B.”
