“Great having Saige as my first sitter! We met at a Starbucks to do a meet and greet and I instantly felt comfortable. Scary bringing a stranger into your home these days, so I was thankful she was open to answering any questions and wanted me to feel comfortable. Days later, I then had Saige come to my home to meet my cat and see the space to ensure she would also be comfortable sitting at my home. She petsitted or pet sat(?) lol, for 4 days and there’s hardly a hint that she was ever here - meaning she left the place as she found it and didn’t leave a mess or anything. I don’t think my kitty ever got super used to having a stranger in her home but that’s not Saige’s fault. My kitty is just super shy and takes a while to warm up to strangers. I just asked that Saige respect her boundaries and space and I believe she did that! My kitty is almost 16 years old and I just really wanted that reassurance of having someone around more often than just bopping in for 15 mins a day - so I’m thankful for finding this service and the sitting going smoothly! About: Hi! Growing up I have had all the animals I could. Hamsters, fish, bunnies, rats, birds, horses, dogs, and cats. My family has 8 dogs now. The past year I adopted a lab puppy, as a full time college student. This has been the greatest gift, but has shown me first handedly the hardships of having a dog. My dog has been trained to not run away when we are out front of our house. We go on walks and run around out back. His favorite toy is his frisbee!

About: From my earliest days to now as an adult, my love for animals has remained unwavering. Growing up, I not only took care of our family pets but also extended my affection to the pets of neighbors and friends. I've always felt a deep connection with nature's creatures, and I make sure to extend my care to them as well. While my genuine affection for animals is evident, I must admit that my biggest weakness is perhaps being overly indulgent with them. This has led to Kona developing a love for "nilla wafers." However, I also understand that not all dogs prefer walks and some might enjoy playtime more. So, I happily adapt to their preferences, engaging in activities like tug of war to keep them happy and active. In essence, my tender heart and laid-back nature make me an ideal companion for animals, and I find joy in providing them with the care, attention, and love they deserve. I have the flexibility of working from home and remotely, making pet sitting at either my place or yours incredibly convenient. Drop-ins are always welcome and never a problem. Taking breaks from the computer is essential, and what better way to do so than by visiting and caring for your beloved pet? When outside I utilize multiple tie-outs since we lack a fenced yard. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping them comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, get plenty of exercise, bathroom breaks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I also keep the home clean, provide updates and pictures to owners, and make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while their family is away.
About: I have had experience with cats my whole life, dogs about half. I own two cats and have had them since I was born, but I have had friends and family with dogs along the years. I pet sit often for my Uncle and Aunt for their three dogs, and other family members for their dogs and or cats. I have plenty experience walking dogs, taking them outside, cleaning up after both animals (litter boxes or not), as well as both playing and feeding them! I am currently working part time, so I will have a decent amount of time to care for your pets! My timeframe does vary, but I am very punctual and flexible with my times. I am unavailable most every Sunday, but I will always let you know what works best for me so I can help you out! I love getting to know their personalities and sitting or playing with them, no matter how mellow or how excited! About: I've been pet sitting for about three years now and animals are my whole life. I love big dogs and grew up constantly around Great Danes and Mastiffs. I've also raised three puppies over the years and been involved in basic care, walking, playing, and potty training. I'm getting certified in dog grooming starting in August, so I'm available for a large amount of time over the summer! Currently, I'm looking to pet sit full time! I am available on almost any day of the week (and weekend!) and can come at any time needed during this summer. About: I have taken care of animals by volunteering at the Kansas City pet project as well as fostering animals. I love being around animals and making sure they are well taken care of. About: Hi! Growing up I have had all the animals I could. Hamsters, fish, bunnies, rats, birds, horses, dogs, and cats. My family has 8 dogs now. The past year I adopted a lab puppy, as a full time college student. This has been the greatest gift, but has shown me first handedly the hardships of having a dog. About: I’ve been caring for cats and dogs since I was about five-years-old! From my own to pets of friends and family. I consider animals as important as people! I’ve also cared for my own and other’s fish, birds, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, quail. Can feed and give medications as needed in most situations. Scoop poop. Make sure they haven’t torn apart the plants! Etc! In my home care, pets can be walked on a regular basis. Can have their own room if needed or have access to kennel. We have a large house and plenty of room to play. Prices are flexible depending on the location, number and type of animals.
