About: I grew up with two cats who were truly my babies, and I had the privilege of loving and caring for them throughout their entire lives. I was also their “chosen human” in the family, so I’ve always considered myself a true cat person! One thing I especially understand about cats is that their trust and affection are earned, not forced. Every cat has their own personality and boundaries—some want all the cuddles and attention, while others prefer their independence and need time and space to warm up. I’m happy to meet them wherever they are and let them decide how much interaction they want. I absolutely adore cats and, since I’m not able to have one of my own right now, I genuinely love getting the opportunity to care for and spend time with other people’s cats. About: I've been training and taking care of dogs for 33 years. I had a couple childhood pets then when I was 18 I adopted and trained a dog that stayed with my family for 15 years. I also had a Labrador who made it to 13 and my current old man puppy is 13. I've been with my husband for 20 years. We LOVE dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm a stay at home mom to my geriatric dog. We get up around 6am, go outside for a bit, come in and get breakfast, then lounge while I clean. Lunchtime we go out again, have healthy snacks like carrots, then play in the fenced in yard or the living room depending on weather and temperature. Late afternoon and evening we wind down and get ready for dinner. I have a fenced in yard, a friendly old dog, tiled floors, comfortable furniture that they're allowed on, and air vents that come from the floors (dogs love to lay on them). There is security on my home and absolutely nobody but delivery people come here during the day.

About: We have been boarding and training since 2013. Starting off at a large kennel, then moving to our own business in-home in 2020. Licensed (city and state kennel licence) and inspected by Department of Agricultural, our vet and Kansas City Animal control. Kevin and Heidi full time dog care and training. Potty breaks every 2-3 hours. We provide socialization with yard time and play with breaks from weather as necessary. All yard times and out times are fully supervised by a behavior specialist. Baths are options as we have an industrial dog bath. Fully fenced yard with double gates. As well as double gates inside the home leading to outside. Separate seven hundred square foot kennel area located in-home. Epoxy floors, painted bright walls, air purification and music during noisy holidays and storms. 24 hour audio/visual monitored by trainers.

I am currently living in Kansas City and my beloved kitty Nala who joined me up here passed in October. So I currently do not have any pets at home and would love some company boarding animals! About: I grew up on a farm with animals so I’ve always had a love for all kinds of animals! We’ve had a range of sizes from a small Chihuahua to a big white German Shepherd! We currently have an almost 10 year-old beagle who loves other dogs and children! He’s down to play out in the backyard with other dogs or just hang out on the couch with them. We have a walkout basement that is the dog area that goes right out to the backyard. There’s a comfy couch down there for the dogs to hang out on if they wanted to, to cool off from the summer heat. We do prefer to have the dogs in a kennel at night time. I am currently a stay at home mom with my 14 month year-old son. So we will be in and out all the time to let the dogs out and to play with him in the backyard. I have a tall fenced in backyard. And our beagle, Toby, would love to keep your doggy company! We do prefer to kennel at night time if they are used to being in a kennel.

About: I've been caring for dogs since I was 15, starting with my family dog, and now I have Nacho, my big baby! Over the years, I've had the pleasure of dog-sitting many pups. My husband and I both love dogs, and Nacho loves them too! I believe discipline and training are key for dogs, and I always make sure to put in the effort to ensure my dog is well-trained. About: As a young child I begged my parents to get a dog. I took the “D” encyclopedia into my room every night to study dog breeds. I spent years consuming every dog book I could get my hands on. I even created a dog walking business, made fliers, and handed them out to all of my neighbors. I finally got a puppy in 1st grade. She was my best friend. She went along with all of my crazy antics as I tried to make her a sled dog, a hunting dog, and even an agility dog. I also had fish, lizards, and a rabbit. About: I’ve been the resident cat and dog sitter since I was a teen in my family and friend group. I have worked with dogs big and small, and cats of many temperaments. I have been an overnight sitter for both animals, and have experience walking, playing, following routines, and making the pets feel comfortable and loved. I have followed medication routines and given medications for both cats and dogs as well when needed, and am comfortable doing so. I am currently working part time while going to grad school, so I am back and forth from the house and able to check on any pets throughout the day. My home has plenty of space for another cat to hang out. About: I have been a foster mom and adopter for 18 years. I fostered 50 dogs through a local rescue group. We have had 7 dogs, all but 1 are/ were snow dogs. About my yard I have a 1/3 acre yard fenced all the way around. We have lots of trees and outdoor dog beds to hang out on under the hammocks. We have lots of squirrels to watch and all of our neighbors have dogs. We have a small wrap around deck that connects to our 4 seasons patio room with a dog door. My experience administering medication I am trained in dispensing all types of medicine; whether it be oral or injectable. I'm also able to do IV fluids and CPR. Your dog(s) will be a part of my family while you are away. They will go about their day doing what they normally do at home. They will be free to play and not be cooped up like at a daycare or vet facility. We have a million toys to play with and a nice neighborhood to walk in and lots of places to nap. We currently have two dogs, they both came from difficult situations, but they love to play with other dogs, it's people that can be intimidating. They prefer people that bring dogs in the house. We do slow introductions. We start with a walking meet and greet around the neighborhood and then we come in the backyard with your dog off-leash to smell and then they can all meet slowly. If all the dogs like each other then I do like a day visit if you will be gone more than a few days, so that your dog is comfy here. If you will be gone more than 2 weeks I recommend a night stay beforehand. I work part-time from home in my spa and part time at ARC on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. We walk every morning and most days I head to the gym after. Perfect time for the dogs to decompress in their own areas and nap. I have a nice fenced in yard with locks on the gates. All dogs are separated by gates and have their own comfortable spaces with multiple rooms. All dogs are fed separately for safety.

About: Hi! My name is Megan and I currently have three cats and a rat terrier puppy who 5 years old! Unfortunately in 2018 I lost my 14 year old Jack Russell Terrier. I love animals and have always had at least one pet in my life, usually cats and dogs at the same time so if you have cats too I'm good to go. I love hanging out with animals and would be thrilled to sit your whenever you need :) Since I have so many pets at my house at the moment, I cannot board dogs, but I can do anything else! I'm always ready to welcome new furry friends into my life, even temporarily. Please let me know if you have any more questions! I work full time in OP so I am able to drop in on pets before or after my 8-5 shifts and anytime over the weekends. I like to make sure pets are comfortable with me and with each other, so I don't have pets stay in my own home. This is because I have many of my own pets. I only watch pets in their own homes.

About: We have been boarding and training since 2013. Starting off at a large kennel, then moving to our own business in-home in 2020. Licensed (city and state kennel licence) and inspected by Department of Agricultural, our vet and Kansas City Animal control. Kevin and Heidi full time dog care and training. Potty breaks every 2-3 hours. We provide socialization with yard time and play with breaks from weather as necessary. All yard times and out times are fully supervised by a behavior specialist. Baths are options as we have an industrial dog bath. Fully fenced yard with double gates. As well as double gates inside the home leading to outside. Separate seven hundred square foot kennel area located in-home. Epoxy floors, painted bright walls, air purification and music during noisy holidays and storms. 24 hour audio/visual monitored by trainers.
