About: I have had dogs almost all my life. From as early as I can remember I have enjoyed the character of dogs and how they interact with the world around them. About: I’ve been owned by several (rescue) dogs and a few cats. Am capable a caring for multiple pets in household. Have lived with 3 dogs for several years. I’m good with all animals and have a tendency to make a critter calm. Senior dogs are a specialty and regular medications are no problem. Done a lot of house sitting for pets and home security. Day care and overnights easy as I am retired with only a few obligations with my time. I am retired so an abundance of time is available. I do have a commitment to sit with a dog and two cats every Wednesday. I feed/walk/play with two dogs every evening and a long walk on Saturday afternoon. I clean a home once a month on my schedule. I am involved in my church (Sunday worship and once a month vestry meetings). If you desire overnight stays or extended visits I’m able to do that as long as leaving for above mentioned obligations works with your pet. My specialty is senior dogs. About: I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, from energetic puppies learning the ropes to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and support. I'm comfortable reinforcing training, maintaining established routines, and caring for dogs with special needs, including administering insulin injections, eye drops, oral medications, and following detailed treatment schedules. I work evening shifts, so my schedule allows me to spend much of the day with the dogs in my care before heading to work. Before I leave, they'll have plenty of exercise, playtime, potty breaks, and attention, and as soon as I'm home, it's back to cuddles, walks, and quality time. My evening shifts are typically 6 to 8 hours, so dogs are never left alone for extended periods. I treat every pet as if they were my own and will always keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind. Pet care is something I intentionally build into my daily routine. I work evening shifts, so I have most of the day to focus on walks, playtime, potty breaks, and giving your dog plenty of love and attention before I head to work. My shifts are typically 6 to 8 hours, and as soon as I'm home, it's back to quality time together. I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors, so regular walks are already part of my day. Living next to a large park makes it easy to provide exercise, enrichment, and fresh air. Whether your dog loves long walks, playing fetch, or simply relaxing by my side, I'll tailor their care to their personality and routine so they feel happy, comfortable, and at home. Your pet's safety, comfort, and routine are my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's habits, preferences, and any special instructions so I can provide consistent care that feels familiar and stress-free. In my home, pets have plenty of space to relax and settle in. I provide a clean, safe, and secure environment where dogs receive lots of attention, structure, and affection. I live in a pet-friendly community right next to a large park, and all walks are conducted on leash. I closely supervise pets during playtime, walks, feeding, and any interactions to ensure they're safe and comfortable. When I'm working, my evening shifts are typically 6 to 8 hours, so before I leave your dog will have plenty of exercise, enrichment, and a chance to settle in for some downtime. As soon as I'm home, they're my priority again with walks, playtime, and cuddles. I also provide regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you're away.
