“Kristy was amazing!! She sent pictures and updates everyday and was very communicative. She took our pups on an adventure and even went the extra mile and gave one of them a bath. Ranger and Koda had a great time and will definitely be visiting again!!”

“This was our first time using Rover and I’m so happy we found Griffin! He watched our chihuahua for a week and I think she had a better time on vacation than we did! The kids (and adults) absolutely loved getting the picture/video updates and we so appreciated how they let Tallulah make herself feel right at home. We will definitely be asking for Griffin again next time we travel.”

“Erin was excellent at keeping me updated about my Miso. She sent pics and videos often which I really appreciated as we were out of country for two weeks and wanted to know our girl was happy and safe. We ran out of dog food near the end and she was able to get her some more. We will definitely use Erin again as our pet sitter. Highly recommend!”

“Angela was very accommodating and took great care of my cats! I would definitely book again and would 100% recommend her services to anyone looking for excellent pet care 😊”

“It was my dog's first time being left with a stranger & Beth & Dylan were the perfect people to help Flower feel at home in her new environment. They have another big dog she could play with & they also sent me a few photos so I could feel comfortable as well. They are great dog parents & Flower & I are very grateful!”

“This was my first time leaving Lucy with a sitter like this, so I was definitely a little anxious. Melissa made the whole experience really easy and kept me updated while I was gone. About: As a proud (and only slightly crazy) cat lady, I love the opportunity to take care of others’ furry family members! I have a cat of my own—a feisty calico named Luna—as well as several years of experience pet sitting through Rover and for friends. I also cat sit through Trusted Housesitters, a service that facilitates lodging around the world in exchange for house/pet sitting. Through these experiences, I’ve had the opportunity to get to know a variety of feline friends, and I’m accustomed to taking care of rescue and/or shy, nervous cats, as well as the bold and feisty ones. I’m diligent in following specific feeding/treat/play instructions and eager to provide care and attention for your cats (as much as they’ll allow!) I’d be honored to have the opportunity to get to know your furry friends and make sure they’re healthy, comfortable, happy, and well loved while you’re away! Reliable, tidy, and communicative, I’ll make sure your home and pets get the respect and care they deserve so you can relax while out of town. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos as frequently as you like (because there's no such thing as too many cute animal pics). Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions!

“They always make sure my boys (my 2 cats) get lots of love and attention. Since they are my go-to babysitters when I go out of town, it gives me peace of mind that my boys have someone familiar taking care of them.”

“Maddie checked on my cat and took care of my plants when I was gone for 2 weeks. I couldn’t be happier, my cat is doing great and the plants look better than when I left. Thanks Maddie!”

“Always love when Rachel is available to check in on my fur baby. It’s nice when she’s been available whenever I need her for check ins. She is very reliable & follows my, hopefully, simple instructions. :)”

“Allison was great, she was easy to get a hold of and was always on time. Allison was great with both my dog and cat and the pets really liked her. She even went the extra mile and changed her schedule so it would work better for us. I would recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future.”

“Grace was an amazing help with my two cats! One of them needed extra care and attention, including oral medications and litter box monitoring. I felt very safe leaving my pets in Grace's care: she is very attentive, listened to all details, asked great questions, and I felt went above and beyond. I would book her again in a heartbeat!”

“Stephanie was amazing! She was just what we needed for our buddy! Our fur-baby was in the best hands! 🐱Our baby highly recommends Stephanie to give scratches and pets to any of his friends!”

“Chris did a fantastic job taking care of our kitty cat while we were out of town. It was a last minute decision to use Rover.com, and Chris was able to meet the very next day after I reached out to her. Not only did she take great care of Kidden, she brought in the mail, packages, and bottled water that were delivered while we were away. I will absolutely use Chris the next time we leave town. She went above and beyond!!”

“Billie is very sweet, knowledgeable about dogs, which as a first time pet parent I very much appreciate. She was very kind to Tappy. Her apartment is very clean, organized and neat. Though small she is creative to engage your pooch. She ran a kiddie pool for Tappy 😁 😁 😁 and let her people watch to socialize her. Which is the very thing Tappy needs and Billie got that! I would highly recommend Billie!”

“This is the first time our golden retriever has stayed anywhere without us so we were a little nervous. I think Ellie had a a great time. She was happy and tired when she got home. She looked to be having fun in the pictures Katie sent. Katie and her husband were so friendly and welcoming I won’t hesitate to use them again.”

“Griffin took fantastic care of our baby. She was so excited to hang out with them everyday and play. She has been so much more confident around other dogs and people since. Would recommend them to anyone!”

“Joy has watched rocket a few times now but this was the longest stay yet! I am so grateful that she was able to watch rocket and show her so much love. It is a lot easier leaving her knowing she is getting so much love and attention from Joy!”
“Ms. Kathy is very nice and took good care of my 80 pound bernedoodle Roxy. He looked very happy playing in backyard with Riggs(Kathy's dog). I have received photos and updates how Roxy was doing. I would definitely look forward to booking again sometime in future.”

About: I grew up on a farm with animals so I’ve always had a love for all kinds of animals! We’ve had a range of sizes from a small Chihuahua to a big white German Shepherd! We currently have an almost 10 year-old beagle who loves other dogs and children! He’s down to play out in the backyard with other dogs or just hang out on the couch with them. We have a walkout basement that is the dog area that goes right out to the backyard. There’s a comfy couch down there for the dogs to hang out on if they wanted to, to cool off from the summer heat. We do prefer to have the dogs in a kennel at night time. I am currently a stay at home mom with my 14 month year-old son. So we will be in and out all the time to let the dogs out and to play with him in the backyard. I have a tall fenced in backyard. And our beagle, Toby, would love to keep your doggy company! We do prefer to kennel at night time if they are used to being in a kennel.
“Our dog Rubi loved Elaine! I messaged Elaine the day before we needed care for our dog and she was so prompt to respond and ready to help us. She took great care of Rubi and sent us a picture and updates. Her backyard is perfect for dogs to run and play in and her house is calming and quiet. We will deffinetly think of Elaine again if we need care for our dog.”

About: I sat regularly through my college years, so this isn't new to me, I'm just picking Rover back up now that my child is older, and I have the house and yard for it! Since then I've raised Jobi, my black Lab, from puppyhood, I'm well practiced in crate routines, house-training accidents, chewing phases, and the general chaos of a young dog who has more energy than sense. What sets me apart is mostly availability. I work from home, so your dog isn't waiting out a nine-hour day alone. The yard is large and fully fenced, we walk daily, and dogs stay with me in the main living space instead of being shut away. I'll follow your instructions exactly, feeding schedule, medications, commands your dog already knows, the crate if that's what they're used to. And I'll send photos throughout, so you always know how they're settling in! I work from home, so your dog has company throughout the day rather than long stretches alone. We'll head out for a walk once a day, and beyond that they're free to come and go into the fenced yard as often as they want. I'm happy to work around your dog's existing feeding and potty schedule so their routine stays consistent. My yard is large and fully fenced, so there's real room to run without any worry about escapes. Dogs stay with me in the main living space rather than shut away in a separate room, and I'm home to supervise. Jobi, my young black Lab, is friendly with visiting dogs, and I have a young child at home, so I'm looking for dogs who are comfortable with other dogs and gentle around kids. I'll follow whatever routine and instructions you send along, including any medications, and I'll keep you updated with photos throughout the stay.

About: Hello! My name is Andie, and I’m a cat lady, dog lover, bookworm, and traveler. I work as a freelance editor, so I can work from anywhere, and my schedule is very flexible. * As a big animal lover, I love the opportunity to make new furry friends. I currently have a cat (Luna), as well as having cats and dogs growing up. I’ve worked as a dog and cat sitter in Philadelphia and Kansas City for several years, and I also house/pet sit through Trusted Housesitters, a service that facilitates lodging around the world in exchange for house/pet sitting. * Through these experiences, I’m accustomed to working with a variety of types and personalities of cats and dogs, as well as caring for rescue and/or nervous pets. I’m calm and patient, diligent in following specific instructions, and committed to making sure your furry friends are healthy, comfortable, happy, and well loved even while you're away! I’m organized, reliable, and tidy, I’ll make sure your home and/or pet(s) get the respect and care they deserve so you can relax in knowing your home and beloved beasties are safe and well cared for! I’m also very communicative and am happy to provide updates and photos as frequently as you like (because there's no such thing as too many cute animal pics). My schedule is very flexible, so I can structure my days around your pet’s routine. I typically work from home during the day and sometimes run errands or go out in the afternoon/evening. I’m not usually out late or gone for more than a few hours at a time. I also love to be active, so I’m happy to walk/play with pets as much as needed. I try to maintain a routine and environment as close as possible to what pets are used to—feeding and walking at their usual times, etc. I love spending time with pets, whether that means taking a dog out on an exploration or cuddling up with a lap cat/dog, but overall I want pets to be comfortable, so I cater to each pet’s preferences and comfort levels.

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I've cared for my family dog since we got her as a puppy, helping with her training and taking full responsibility for her care whenever my parents are away. Growing up around animals has given me a natural connection with them and an understanding of the patience, consistency, and attention they need. In addition to my experience with pets, I have over 1,000 hours of patient care experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and will be starting nursing school this fall. My healthcare background has strengthened my compassion, attentiveness, and ability to provide dependable care. I understand that pets are cherished members of the family, and I will care for yours with the same empathy, responsibility, and dedication that I bring to caring for my patients. I recently graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Public Health and am spending the summer in Kansas City before starting nursing school in August. My schedule is very flexible, with only a few appointments throughout the week, which allows me to be highly available for pet sitting, drop-in visits, walks, and other pet care needs. I would love to help care for your pets whenever you need an extra hand. When caring for pets in a client's home, I strive to maintain their normal routine and provide them with a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment. I am reliable and able to travel to your home to provide the care your pet needs, whether that includes feeding, walks, playtime, medication administration, or companionship. I have strong communication skills and will keep you updated with messages and photos so you can feel confident while you're away. I am highly detail-oriented, follow instructions carefully, and understand that every pet has unique needs. My goal is to care for your beloved pet as if they were a member of my own family.

“James was walking my dogs for almost 3 weeks. He was remarkably punctual . I have two large dogs and James was able to handle them both at once. He was great with my dogs and they loved him, they are still watching the door waiting for him to come and get them for a walk. I would certainly recommend James to anyone who is looking for a responsible and punctual dog walker. I will definitely use his services in future.”

About: Hello, I have had experience with dogs my whole life, especially giant dogs, from Great Danes to mastiffs, from Shepard to labs, my family has owned and trained them all. I love to spend time learning how to train and engage with dogs of all breeds, I am not discriminatory towards any breed! All our dogs were raised since they were weeks old. Walking, exercise, training, feeding, snuggling, I’ve done it all. I work as a mechanic 4 days out of the week from 7-6pm. My shift rotates I always have Sunday and Mondays off and every other Friday and Saturday. If you have questions about my availability I’ll be happy to answer, I don’t mind pet sitting at anytime. I am willing to work around my schedule. I am currently in an apartment, if your puppet has good behavior when I step out I don’t mind leaving them out. I am familiar with crate training, so I can also put your puppet into crate if you feel more comfortable. Since I am in a small home I would take the pup out 3 times a day for walking/bathroom/exercise.
“Just got back from my trip yesterday and Monet did a wonderful job with my Greta. She was patient and professional. She takes pet care very seriously and I’ve already booked her for my next trip.”

About: Hi! My name is Megan and I currently have three cats and a rat terrier puppy who 5 years old! Unfortunately in 2018 I lost my 14 year old Jack Russell Terrier. I love animals and have always had at least one pet in my life, usually cats and dogs at the same time so if you have cats too I'm good to go. I love hanging out with animals and would be thrilled to sit your whenever you need :) Since I have so many pets at my house at the moment, I cannot board dogs, but I can do anything else! I'm always ready to welcome new furry friends into my life, even temporarily. Please let me know if you have any more questions! I work full time in OP so I am able to drop in on pets before or after my 8-5 shifts and anytime over the weekends. I like to make sure pets are comfortable with me and with each other, so I don't have pets stay in my own home. This is because I have many of my own pets. I only watch pets in their own homes.

“Kristy was amazing!! She sent pictures and updates everyday and was very communicative. She took our pups on an adventure and even went the extra mile and gave one of them a bath. Ranger and Koda had a great time and will definitely be visiting again!!”

“Can’t speak highly enough about this sitter! Ruby was in heaven playing ball and part of the whole family’s activities. Lots of communication and very flexible with my schedule. Definitely will be using again when I’m back in town!”

“What a great experience for me and my dog. I booked Abigail and would do it again. She was very responsive to messages and tons of pictures and updates. My dog had a great time.”

“Carly took excellent care of Titus and we appreciate her attention to detail and communication. Titus can be difficult for some sitters being a big dog with quirks so we are grateful to find a sitter who is able to provide quality care. Will definitely book her again!”

“This was our first time using Rover to board our dogs for a weekend at the lake. We were very pleased with Nate and his communication. Would definitely board our dogs with Nate again. Thank you!”

“Lucy is SO wonderful! She is flexible, communicative and welcoming. She made sure our shy girlie was comfortable and well taken care of. She provided photos daily and sweet updates! Whether you’re leaving your dog with her for a day or a week, he/she will come home happy and tired!!! 💛”

Lucy came home happy and well taken care of, and I felt like she was in good hands the whole time. I’d definitely trust Melissa with Lucy again!”

“Daniel did an outstanding job taking care of Toto, my 12 year old schnauzer mix. He sent lots of photos, which I really appreciated; and it looked like Toto was so happy with all the attention from Daniel and his 2 children. His dog Kali is very sweet and Toto got along with her. Daniel truly did welcome Toto into his family and cared for him as if he were his own. I highly recommend him.”

“Our second time having Claire care for our two dogs. They had a great week, happy, healthy and well taken care of! Got great updates and pics throughout the week. Highly recommend - Claire goes above and beyond!”

“A great, extended stay for my pup! Always the best experience with Jessica and her family. My dog has friends to play with and gets lots of love and attention. So thankful to have found Jessica, she’s the best!”

“Michele was wonderful to work with and took great care of our two seniors. They both have special diets and medication, which Michele handled with ease. She is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and senior dog care. It was so great to be able to leave them with her and not worry, knowing they were in good hands. We were able to relax and enjoy a great family reunion, thanks to Michele! We will absolutely be bringing the girls back to Michele in the future!”
“Olga did a fantastic job taking care of our dogs! She kept us updated regularly throughout their stay, which gave us great peace of mind. It was clear she was a wonderful host who genuinely cared about our pups. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive sitter!”
