About: I've been training and taking care of dogs for 33 years. I had a couple childhood pets then when I was 18 I adopted and trained a dog that stayed with my family for 15 years. I also had a Labrador who made it to 13 and my current old man puppy is 13. I've been with my husband for 20 years. We LOVE dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm a stay at home mom to my geriatric dog. We get up around 6am, go outside for a bit, come in and get breakfast, then lounge while I clean. Lunchtime we go out again, have healthy snacks like carrots, then play in the fenced in yard or the living room depending on weather and temperature. Late afternoon and evening we wind down and get ready for dinner. I have a fenced in yard, a friendly old dog, tiled floors, comfortable furniture that they're allowed on, and air vents that come from the floors (dogs love to lay on them). There is security on my home and absolutely nobody but delivery people come here during the day.

About: We have been boarding and training since 2013. Starting off at a large kennel, then moving to our own business in-home in 2020. Licensed (city and state kennel licence) and inspected by Department of Agricultural, our vet and Kansas City Animal control. Kevin and Heidi full time dog care and training. About: I grew up on a farm with animals so I’ve always had a love for all kinds of animals! We’ve had a range of sizes from a small Chihuahua to a big white German Shepherd! We currently have an almost 10 year-old beagle who loves other dogs and children! He’s down to play out in the backyard with other dogs or just hang out on the couch with them. We have a walkout basement that is the dog area that goes right out to the backyard. There’s a comfy couch down there for the dogs to hang out on if they wanted to, to cool off from the summer heat. We do prefer to have the dogs in a kennel at night time. I am currently a stay at home mom with my 14 month year-old son. So we will be in and out all the time to let the dogs out and to play with him in the backyard. I have a tall fenced in backyard. And our beagle, Toby, would love to keep your doggy company! We do prefer to kennel at night time if they are used to being in a kennel.

About: I’ve been the resident cat and dog sitter since I was a teen in my family and friend group. I have worked with dogs big and small, and cats of many temperaments. I have been an overnight sitter for both animals, and have experience walking, playing, following routines, and making the pets feel comfortable and loved. About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember and growing up with my own, I have always had a special soft spot for pets. While I haven’t provided pet care through an app before, I’ve spent years caring for friends’ and community members’ dogs and cats, including house sitting, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, cuddles, and walks while their owners were away. In addition to growing up with two cats and an dog, I have also lived in a home with two adult dogs and five puppies, so I’m very comfortable around dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’m naturally attentive to animals and tend to gravitate toward every pet in the room! I genuinely enjoy getting to know each animal and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their people are away. I’m especially interested in walks and drop-in visits. I already love getting out and walking, so being able to spend that time with a dog makes it even better. Since I’m not able to have a pet of my own right now, I love getting my “pet therapy” by giving other people’s animals plenty of attention, affection, and care. My goal is for your pet to get more than just the basics—I want them to have a happy visit and feel like they had a little fun while you were gone. Please note my exact weekly availability: Mondays: 12:30 PM–4:00 PM (occasionally until 5:00 PM). Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: 12:30 PM–7:00 PM.) Fridays: 9am-5pm I’m also available most Saturday mornings and into the early afternoon. I may have an occasional evening obligation, but I’m happy to try and coordinate around your pet’s routine and schedule. I treat every pet and home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I’ll follow your instructions closely, keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible, and make sure they’re safe and comfortable throughout our time together. I’m also respectful of your home and will communicate with you about how your pet is doing, including any concerns or anything unusual I notice during a visit.
About: I have been a foster mom and adopter for 18 years. I fostered 50 dogs through a local rescue group. We have had 7 dogs, all but 1 are/ were snow dogs. I'm a part-time small animal physical therapist at ARC where we teach agility and obedience, help rehabilitate cats and dogs with injuries and provide quality of life rehab for seniors or the terminally ill. We took our last babies before they passed to ARC for quality of life, they had degenerative myelopathy and kidney disease, respectively. I fell in love with the place and became a PT. I have a soft spot for senior dogs, they deserve all the spoiling to make their golden years filled with love, comfort and adventure. To me dogs are equal to people and should be treated even better. I have a fenced in back yard and a home made for dogs. We have a four seasons room with a dog door to use. I split the house up according to where your dog is most comfortable while I'm out. We never miss our morning walk. In the summer we take dogs swimming at my in-law's pool 20 minutes in Blue Springs. We also have kiddie pools and a sandbox to discover toys. They can sleep in the bedroom, family room or patio room. If they are kennel training then in their kennel of course, which is in the very comfortable dog room. I am able to administer all types of medication, whether it be oral, injectable, or IV fluids. I am able to do dog CPR, we are also 5 minutes from our vet as well. My home is the ideal vacation spot for your furry friend. About this sitter: I'm a licensed Esthetician and have an in-home spa. I work at ARC part-time, just three afternoons a week. Why I love dog sitting Ever since, I was a child I grew up loving dogs and wanting to stop puppy mills. I always knew I wanted to work with animals in some kind of capacity. I worked on Proposition B with the Humane Society of America. I want to help people feel confident leaving their pets when away from home. About my yard I have a 1/3 acre yard fenced all the way around. We have lots of trees and outdoor dog beds to hang out on under the hammocks. We have lots of squirrels to watch and all of our neighbors have dogs. We have a small wrap around deck that connects to our 4 seasons patio room with a dog door. My experience administering medication I am trained in dispensing all types of medicine; whether it be oral or injectable. I'm also able to do IV fluids and CPR. Your dog(s) will be a part of my family while you are away. They will go about their day doing what they normally do at home. They will be free to play and not be cooped up like at a daycare or vet facility. We have a million toys to play with and a nice neighborhood to walk in and lots of places to nap. We currently have two dogs, they both came from difficult situations, but they love to play with other dogs, it's people that can be intimidating. They prefer people that bring dogs in the house. We do slow introductions. We start with a walking meet and greet around the neighborhood and then we come in the backyard with your dog off-leash to smell and then they can all meet slowly. If all the dogs like each other then I do like a day visit if you will be gone more than a few days, so that your dog is comfy here. If you will be gone more than 2 weeks I recommend a night stay beforehand. I work part-time from home in my spa and part time at ARC on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon. We walk every morning and most days I head to the gym after. Perfect time for the dogs to decompress in their own areas and nap. I have a nice fenced in yard with locks on the gates. All dogs are separated by gates and have their own comfortable spaces with multiple rooms. All dogs are fed separately for safety.
About: I've taken care of cats & dogs for as long as I can remember. I have experience with puppies, senior doggos, kittens, and difficult cats. I am typically off around 4pm Monday - Thursday, & noon on Fridays. My work schedule is pretty flexible and adjustments can be made. Weekends that I am in town are open availability other than Church on Sunday mornings! My cat is not a fan of other pets so all services would be provided outside of my home. I will keep your precious pet safe, and send lots of cute update pictures!

About: Hello, I have had experience with dogs my whole life, especially giant dogs, from Great Danes to mastiffs, from Shepard to labs, my family has owned and trained them all. I love to spend time learning how to train and engage with dogs of all breeds, I am not discriminatory towards any breed! All our dogs were raised since they were weeks old. Walking, exercise, training, feeding, snuggling, I’ve done it all. I work as a mechanic 4 days out of the week from 7-6pm. My shift rotates I always have Sunday and Mondays off and every other Friday and Saturday. If you have questions about my availability I’ll be happy to answer, I don’t mind pet sitting at anytime. I am willing to work around my schedule. I am currently in an apartment, if your puppet has good behavior when I step out I don’t mind leaving them out. I am familiar with crate training, so I can also put your puppet into crate if you feel more comfortable. Since I am in a small home I would take the pup out 3 times a day for walking/bathroom/exercise.

About: Hi! My name is Megan and I currently have three cats and a rat terrier puppy who 5 years old! Unfortunately in 2018 I lost my 14 year old Jack Russell Terrier. I love animals and have always had at least one pet in my life, usually cats and dogs at the same time so if you have cats too I'm good to go. I love hanging out with animals and would be thrilled to sit your whenever you need :) Since I have so many pets at my house at the moment, I cannot board dogs, but I can do anything else! I'm always ready to welcome new furry friends into my life, even temporarily. Please let me know if you have any more questions! I work full time in OP so I am able to drop in on pets before or after my 8-5 shifts and anytime over the weekends. I like to make sure pets are comfortable with me and with each other, so I don't have pets stay in my own home. This is because I have many of my own pets. I only watch pets in their own homes.
