About: Hi! My name is Megan and I currently have three cats and a rat terrier puppy who 5 years old! Unfortunately in 2018 I lost my 14 year old Jack Russell Terrier. I love animals and have always had at least one pet in my life, usually cats and dogs at the same time so if you have cats too I'm good to go. I love hanging out with animals and would be thrilled to sit your whenever you need :) Since I have so many pets at my house at the moment, I cannot board dogs, but I can do anything else! I'm always ready to welcome new furry friends into my life, even temporarily. Please let me know if you have any more questions! I work full time in OP so I am able to drop in on pets before or after my 8-5 shifts and anytime over the weekends. About: As a young child I begged my parents to get a dog. I took the “D” encyclopedia into my room every night to study dog breeds. I spent years consuming every dog book I could get my hands on. I even created a dog walking business, made fliers, and handed them out to all of my neighbors. I finally got a puppy in 1st grade. She was my best friend. She went along with all of my crazy antics as I tried to make her a sled dog, a hunting dog, and even an agility dog. I also had fish, lizards, and a rabbit. I now live in KC with my husband and our baby! We recently lost both of our senior dogs. I wish I could adopt all of the dogs in need! In the meantime, I would love to help take care of yours. I work from home! That means I’ll have plenty of time to spend with your precious dog. I only ask that your dog gets along with babies/kids. About: We have been boarding and training since 2013. Starting off at a large kennel, then moving to our own business in-home in 2020. Licensed (city and state kennel licence) and inspected by Department of Agricultural, our vet and Kansas City Animal control. Kevin and Heidi full time dog care and training. Potty breaks every 2-3 hours. We provide socialization with yard time and play with breaks from weather as necessary. All yard times and out times are fully supervised by a behavior specialist. Baths are options as we have an industrial dog bath. Fully fenced yard with double gates. As well as double gates inside the home leading to outside. Separate seven hundred square foot kennel area located in-home. Epoxy floors, painted bright walls, air purification and music during noisy holidays and storms. 24 hour audio/visual monitored by trainers.

About: I've been taking care of my own pets (4 cats and 1 dog) for years and used to work as a Rainbow Valley vet clinic walker and boarder! I am currently living in Kansas City and my beloved kitty Nala who joined me up here passed in October. So I currently do not have any pets at home and would love some company boarding animals! About: I've been training and taking care of dogs for 33 years. I had a couple childhood pets then when I was 18 I adopted and trained a dog that stayed with my family for 15 years. I also had a Labrador who made it to 13 and my current old man puppy is 13. I've been with my husband for 20 years. We LOVE dogs of all ages and sizes. I'm a stay at home mom to my geriatric dog. We get up around 6am, go outside for a bit, come in and get breakfast, then lounge while I clean. Lunchtime we go out again, have healthy snacks like carrots, then play in the fenced in yard or the living room depending on weather and temperature. Late afternoon and evening we wind down and get ready for dinner. I have a fenced in yard, a friendly old dog, tiled floors, comfortable furniture that they're allowed on, and air vents that come from the floors (dogs love to lay on them). There is security on my home and absolutely nobody but delivery people come here during the day.

We have a walkout basement that is the dog area that goes right out to the backyard. There’s a comfy couch down there for the dogs to hang out on if they wanted to, to cool off from the summer heat. About: I’ve grown up having dogs and taking care of them my whole life, became a part time dog sitter out of college and was booked almost every week of 2022 when I was living in St. Louis. Recently moved to Kansas City and would love some more regular clients! In St. Louis, I had a regular that was an elderly dog that required pills twice a day, so I have dealt with older dogs. I also got a puppy with my parents during that time, so I have recent experience with raising a puppy and keep up with her training (she was trained professionally, I just kept it up at home- I am not a professional trainer). I am a runner so long walks don’t bother me at all. Animals are one of my passions so I will be giving your fur baby as much attention as it needs. Whether that is a walk, a food and water refill, some pets or a simple potty break, I will be there!
About: -- Grew up with medium sized dogs. Our parents bred our dogs, so I am versed in the young puppy stage. -- Lived with cats, aiding with their care I love any and all furry creatures and am always down to make a new furry friend. Any questions, just ask! I currently am working part-time and have time to take care of dogs and cats alike. I have yet to meet a furry friend that I don't get along with. I adapt to each pet's home environment and/or training. Consistency and routine is important for any animal and I strive to incorporate that both in my personal and professional life.

About: I have cared for my friend’s dogs while they are away many times. I enjoy providing animals with enrichment and making sure they get ample exercise. I am careful around new dogs to let them show me what kind of care they prefer, and strive to make my time with them as enjoyable as possible for both of us. I have full time evening employment. I am available to care for pets Sunday-Thursday 9am to 2pm (meaning my latest available visit would start at 1:30pm for an 30 min visit), and All day Fridays and Saturdays! I have lots of experience with sneaky animals who love eating things they are not supposed to eat or hiding in places they should not be. I am diligent with putting away foodstuffs and making sure doors/ screens are shut. Please let me know if your pet has these behaviors so I can be prepared before the visit.
About: I got my first family dog when I was in middle school, no professional experience but I know to handle and care for dogs, wanting to gain some professional experience I currently work part time, about 30 hours a week. Weekday evenings after 5, Friday afternoons/evenings, and weekends are free! Looking to help with short term dog care as I gain experience in pet care. I don’t currently have any pets, but I have a spacious apartment with a fenced in backyard and a small front yard. Near lots of parks.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was about 10, and have loved it ever since! I frequent KC Pet Project because I’m not able to have a pet of my own yet, so being able to walk and care of your pet makes my day! I do not have any specific training skills, but have a lot of availability in order to help you out! I’m am a full time student and also serving at Brooksider, but taking care of pets in my free time helps me stay motivated! I don’t have many in person classes so I can be available at random spots during the day! I have fostered before, and I love giving my animals as much attention as I can. Especially if I am caring for someone else’s pet, that animal will be my first priority.
