My husband and I are helicopter parents about our babies who have very specific and different needs including our boy cat who needs to be medicated and is a very picky eater. Lucas sent us very frequent updates on the state of our cat's appetite and how things were going. In the past, we have come home to find our cat has either lost weight or has liquid medication smeared on his fur from medication difficulties. When we came home our boy cat looked the best he's ever looked after such a long stay with a house sitter. We can tell our cats felt very at home and comfortable with Lucas. The house looks great, very clean and exactly how we left it. All and all, among the best rover experiences we've had! Great communication, healthy happy pets, a clean home, what more could we ask for?”
“Amanda was just THE BEST. The first time she met Hoss, my cat, they bonded. Hoss loves to play fetch and chase the dot and the two of the got right to it. Hoss likes the treats in a tube but would only eat then from the bowl till Amanda got to eat them from her hand. She knows how to make our pets comfortable and provided a lap to curl up on. Hoss would meet her at the door and tell her about his day. If your looking for someone watch your pet I'd recommend Amanda. So does Hoss”

About: I am a band director August-May so being a teacher is my main job. Although I love it, I work for Rover as a summer funds supplement. About: I have training experience & trained my pup myself! We play, snuggle, walk, and continue to practice training every day! I love teaching my pup new tricks, and can do the same for yours! We are very happy & energetic in our home! My sweet Buster gets along with other animals very well! He's a sweetie! I make sure to do mentally stimulating activities and challenges for Buster! They're so good for dogs! I make them fun and rewarding! I can do that for your baby too! I work full-time. And when I come home, my attention is on my pup- getting his energy out and having fun! If your request is for house sitting, I would need to bring my dog along with me. I'm home all evenings and all weekends. On the weekend, especially, I'll be available to do all the caring for your sweet babe!! The #1 thing is I don't give my dog people food. If I do, he only gets safe fruits & veggies and cheese. I don't have anything a dog could choke on or really swallow. I put Buster in a kennel when I'm gone, but I could leave your dog out if they don't do kennels. Please ask me questions if you have any!
