“This was our first time leaving our boys with a sitter and Melanie was fantastic. She was quick to respond and put our minds completely at ease during the meet and greet. Both dogs are recent rescues and they don’t always warm up to strangers right away, but they liked Melanie and her husband instantly. They got along well with her dogs, and I could tell they were going to have a great time. We got messages every day while we were away with updates, pictures, and even a video of them. It was a huge relief to know they were in good hands. When we picked them up they were happy to see us, but were clearly having fun. Due to my restrictions on the weekends, my primary availability is during the week. I am available for drop-ins or house sitting during the week and can accept last minute bookings. When in your home, I would love to take your fur babies for walks, dog parks, anything you already do with them to make them the most comfortable! I also love to send updates throughout the time I spend with your pets, so expect some cute photos!
About: I’ve had dogs most of my life and began learning to train them in 2005. I have had over 50 different breeds under my care. I’m very active so dog walks are enjoyable. Trust is important both ways. I won’t accept badly tempered dogs into my home, and can travel to you or meet up to work through training. Let’s chat to fit your needs. I am pretty flexible and sometimes only need one to two days notice unless I am already all booked up. Just reach out and we can see what may work out. I have a fenced yard, large crate, and a well-trained Sheppard/lab mix to help take care of your dog, give them company, and play however you prefer.

About: I’ve had my own pet sitting business since I was 12. After starting college, I have taken up pet grooming for the past 2 years. I do handle elder and young pets aswell. A lot of the time we take a trip around the neighborhood or hiking on a nearby trail to burn extra energy. I do currently work full time from home. I do have to go in some day to help out with the kids, but no longer than 4 hours. I have an unfenced yard and a lab myself. The pets are aloud to roam around and lay on furniture if that’s ok with you. They will be provided with 3 full meals a day unless stated otherwise and let out every 2-4 hours.
