About: My name is Madeline Leonard. I am experienced with all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats and have been caring for them since I was a young child. I worked at a boarding and daycare facility for 5 years and was animal safety and care certified. I am also comfortable giving a wide variety of medications. I work remotely 3/5 days a week and love caring for dogs and cats. I care deeply about making sure they get the best care possible and have lots of fun while their owners are away. It’s important to me that people are able to enjoy their time away without needing to worry about their furry loved ones. Don’t hesitate to contact for more information. I work remotely 3/5 days a week so I am available for boarding Thursday-Tuesday. If your pet is comfortable being left in a crate during a normal work day, I am open to boarding on Wednesdays and Thursdays as well. I have a large fenced in back yard and 3 dogs of my own. My largest is shared with my parents so is frequently not at my house, but all three are friendly and neutral with other dogs. I have several baby gates set up within my home to keep my pets separate from guests until proper introductions can be done and everyone is comfortable with each other.

About: Moonbabies Little Lodge offers boutique home boarding designed especially for small dogs who enjoy a calm household environment. Your dog will stay in a cozy home setting with a small resident pack of friendly toy-breed dogs and plenty of supervised outdoor playtime in our secure backyard play yard. Our yard features enrichment areas just for small dogs, including ramps, tunnels, lounging spots, and shaded cabana areas where pups can relax between play sessions. In warm weather we even bring out a splash pad for dogs who enjoy cooling off. Inside the home, dogs are part of the family during the day and sleep comfortably in their own individual night pens with beds and toys for a peaceful evening routine. Because this is a small home environment, we typically host only 2–3 guest dogs at a time, allowing us to give each dog plenty of attention and supervision. This setup works best for dogs who: • are under about 20 lbs • are comfortable around other small dogs • are house trained • can relax calmly in a pen or crate if needed A meet-and-greet is required before first bookings to ensure everyone is a good fit. We look forward to welcoming your pup to Moonbabies Little Lodge — where little dogs have big fun. Caring for dogs is already part of my everyday life! Guest dogs join our calm daily small-dog household routine with supervised backyard playtime, indoor relaxation, naps, cuddles, and social interaction throughout the day. I keep my guest list intentionally small so each dog receives close supervision and personal attention in a comfortable home environment. Moonbabies Little Lodge is designed specifically for friendly small dogs. Dogs enjoy supervised play in a secure fenced backyard and are introduced gradually to maintain a calm group dynamic. Guest dogs are monitored closely and separated if needed for rest, meals, or quiet time. Overnight, dogs sleep safely in cozy individual pens with their own bedding, food, and water.

About: I have experience working at a doggy daycare that also boarded cats, where caring for the feline guests quickly became my favorite part of the job. I enjoyed engaging cats through play, enrichment, and individualized attention while ensuring they felt comfortable and secure during their stay. As a cat owner myself, I am passionate about providing reliable, attentive care and treating every cat as if they were my own.

I’ve owned and taken care of my own senior dog for years, and am currently working with my new puppy. I have detailed experience with elderly dogs and dogs with medical needs. I can administer medications involving needles, and fulfill special food requests. Currently, I am a university student and I have a small part time job. “Amy was awesome, trustworthy and a great care giver. Was out of town for a few days and she took the best care of my cats. I will definitely be recommending to anyone in need of pet sitting.”

“Maddie was outstanding with my two cats. In the past I have kenneled them locally, and they have not done well. They would not eat, and were very stressed out due to the change in environment. Both cats are generally introverts, but they did come out and interact with Maddie when she made her visits. She also sent pictures and reported on how they were eating Will definitely utilize Maddie again when I travel! I would highly recommend Maddie!”
“What a relief...so glad we had Gabby. Was happy not worry about my furbaby while out of town!! Gabby was a excellent pet sitter for my cat-She fed and comforted him until we returned. Followed all requests and instructions...will definately have her watch over him each time we leave town!”

About: While I don't have formal experience, I've spent my whole life taking care of pets at home. I've even raised our current pups from puppies to adulthood, handling everything from feeding to playtime. My goal is to treat every pet like part of the family. I'm currently a college student down in Springfield, but whenever I'm back in town for breaks or summer, I will have a fairly flexible schedule! I'm available on the weekends, evenings, and soon to be during the weekdays as well! Every pet deserves the family treatment! I'm careful to follow their set routines and rules - whether it's playtime, feeding, or crate time. Your pet's safety always comes first!
“Devina is an attentive, caring and patient pet sitter. We have an old Pitbull who has extreme anxiety and separation issues. We had never used a pet sitter as our dog would never let anyone in the house without us here. We have used Devina multiple times the last week and she has already developed a trusting relationship with our dog. We highly recommend Devina!”

“I've used Michaela for years now and and not only do I trust her with my 4 cats, but my house as well. This last trip took 10 days and not only did she come in and feed, water, clean litter boxes, but also brought them new toys and treats, and made sure my house was presentable for prospective buyers.”

We use them mainly for daycare and they usually always have a couple small puppy friends there, so they are exhausted and sleep all night when they get home! We have used them for boarding too and have nothing but praise. If you need a sitter or lower stimulation doggy daycare, Sharon's your girl!”

About: I have a stay at home job where my hours are very flexible. I do have visits with clients that can last 1-3 hours but if I know that I’m caring for your dog I will do my very best to not schedule two visits in a day! I will spend lots of quality time with your dog and make sure it is getting more than enough love and care that it needs! I work in social work, so I usually have 2-3 visits per week that last between 1-3 hours. Other than that, and the other activities I spend my time doing, I will give your dog so much love when I am home! I am rarely ever gone for more than 3 hours at a time. I am available any day of the week on a normal week. I live at an apartment complex, but we are only on the second floor, have a good amount of space, and our complex even has a dog park!

I have a loving a cuddly home and treat all my fur guests as family. As someone with a senior dog, I am very patient and know how to accommate the additional needs some pets may have. With my flexible work from home schedule, I am able to be home during the week, to take your dog out for walks, potty breaks, cuddle, and to play. I am also available on weekends. With the exclusion of running errands, while your dog is with me, they will never be left alone for more than a few hours extended amount of time. I have a fenced in back yard for your dog to run free in. I also have a senior chihuahua who is very chill and unbothered, so as long as your dog likes other dogs, they will get along just fine. I do let dogs sit on the couch and get on the bed, however, I will respect that boundary if you do not allow that for your pets. I know all families have different schedules for potty and feeding times, and my schedule is flexible so I can keep your dog on track even while you are gone.

We're hoping to extend Zion's one-day stay to many overnight stays that will help fit our traveling and working schedule.”

“Got it! Here's the updated version: It was our dog's first time staying in another place, and he's usually a bit anxious. But he had a really good time with Stevie and came back tired and happy. We're very grateful!”

“We are so lucky to have found Tiffany J! From the very first meeting, it was clear how much she truly care about animals. She has been so incredibly reliable and always on time, which gives us such peace of mind while we're at work. Our dog, Flex , gets so excited every time she show up. I especially love the daily photo updates and detailed summaries of their walks. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional walker! Thanks Tiffany!”

About: I have had dogs in the family since I was 5. I loved playing, taking them on walks and snuggling with them. I have also taken on the responsibilities of feeding, grooming and cleaning up after dogs. As of right now I am currently not working a full time job so I have a lot of availability for dog walking, sitting and boarding! I live on the same property as mine and my husbands home church in a parsonage. We do not have a fence right now but there is a playground on the church property that we used to take our dog to before she passed away and she loved it!
About: I grew up with dogs and cats and currently have 3 cats of my own. I cared for my dog through all stages of life and was able to teach her some simple commands. I currently work a full time job so its hard for me to check on them around lunch but i can do early morning and early evening walks and drop ins. On weekends I am more open and can give more attention and play/walk/love for your fur baby! With me already having pets of my own I wouldn't be able to bring your pet to my house, I don't want to stress my pets out. But I will give the same level of care you do in your own home. And I believe it will be less stressful for your pet.

About: I’ve been experienced in the veterinary medicine field for about 2 years, working as a receptionist and also a kennel technician taking care of pets. Before I went into vet medicine I worked at a doggy daycare for almost 2 years, I was taking care of boarded pets (cats and dogs) and also working as a receptionist. I love to build relationships with pets and owners and care for them to the best of my ability I'm available Wednesday through Saturday with flexible hours and can provide walks, and drop-in visits. I pride myself on being dependable, communicative, and attentive to each dog's unique needs. I understand every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I always make it a priority to follow instructions closely including, feeding schedules, medications(if needed), and any special preferences. In a clients home I focus to keep pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routine and giving them plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and affection.
About: I have a stubborn Pitbull that I've trained for service animal work. I'm not scared of any specific breeds! I also have had cats my entire life! I love giving cuddles. My baby is allergic to everything so I am also very familiar with allergies. Walking isn't a problem. I prefer pups that are gentle on leashes but am willing to work with the most advanced pullers! I am willing to stay over night if needed. I also prefer people on the night shift as I dont sleep well at night. I follow directions well and I also have to give my boy allergy medication so if that is needed I am not afraid to give them but would prefer a written document stating it is okay for me to give and written directions on how you give the medication *example 1 apoquel tab at what time* I work until 5 but am available after that. I am available on holidays and weekends as well. I work with all breeds. Pitties of course are my favorite Currently my house isn't big enough to have animals stay with me. I prefer coming out to your house where the dog or cat is familiar.

“Jacki was great. She took our dog for a long walk, was right on time, and was great with communication. We would certainly book with her again and would highly recommend her. :)”

About: **NOTE: If you are outside of my normal service preferences, please still request, particularly if you have a pet that has medical or behavioral concerns. I am extremely comfortable with unique behavioral/medical needs and I find great joy in working with these animals. I have always loved animals. This was amplified when I completed an internship at an exotic animal sanctuary on their animal care team. After this, I trained as a veterinary technician at a senior dog sanctuary specializing in hospice care. When I moved to KC, I worked as a vet tech under a renowned veterinary orthopedic surgeon. I was the lead vet tech for a high-volume clinic where I was the lead surgery and dental tech, emergency tech, and euthanasia tech, and I oversaw the vet tech schedule and controlled substance logs. I am comfortable administering injections (insulin, for example), administering subcutaneous fluids, delivering triage care in an emergency with your animal, and monitoring heart rates, respiratory rates, and capillary refill times. On a personal level, I am the proud mom of a one-eyed French Bulldog, a senior Chihuahua, a ball python, a milk snake, and an eyelash-crested gecko. In the past, I have been a parent to hamsters, rats, a guinea pig, a corn snake, and multiple fish species. I currently work as a Behavioral Interventionist for a district that participates in four-day weeks. For the summer, I have open availability. The school year will begin again 8/11/25 for me which will leave me with full availability for Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays and availability from 5 am to 8 am and after 5 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays until the end of May, holiday breaks being the exception. When you request a time for a visit, I will care for your pets within one hour before or one hour after the requested time unless there is a special circumstance such as medication administration needed at exact times. For example, if you request a drop-in visit at 12pm, the visit may start anywhere from 11am to 1pm in order to accommodate unexpected situations where I need to spend more time with an animal. An animal's safety is my highest priority. I am trained in safe dog introductions and reading animal body language. Additionally, I am trained to safely intervene if an interaction between animals becomes aggressive to minimize injury to the animals and myself. I am well versed in identifying potential emergency medical situations and will respond quickly to reduce stress on your beloved pet. I would like to know immediately if something is wrong with one of my babies, and it is essential to show you the same respect.
“Kristen provided dog walking and indoor play (when very cold) for my newly adopted Goldendoodle. I appreciated the level of communication she maintained with me and her professionalism. My dog responded very well to Kristen’s care and direction too. I had no qualms about leaving my home open to Kristen—she was very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to call on her again for assistance in the future.”

I’m comfortable maintaining routines, reinforcing basic training, and providing both high-energy play and calm, attentive care. Your pet will be treated like part of my family: safe, loved, and well cared for! I work remotely full time, so I am very flexible and am able to meet you and your schedule requests, whether it be for in-home visits, walk outing, or overnight stays. “We did a meet and greet first, and Katie was very professional, asked all the right questions and very sweet. My puppy LOVES her, butt one of my older dogs was scared, so she offered to walk her with her brother at the same time and they did great! Very happy with Katie, and already booked another appointment.”

About: Raised with dogs and always been around them for the past 29 years of my life. I've also pet-sat for cats since 2012 and have lived with them since 2020. I currently have 4 cats, and a dog I share custody of with my parents. I love parks, going on walks or hikes, and always follow hygiene procedures. Cleaning litter is no problem. I have minor dog training experience and will always ask what commands you want me to remain consistent on. I have experience giving cats and dogs oral medication via syringe and pill, and am familiar with specific dietary and medical needs. If your pet needs extra mobility help I am here for them, too. What sets me apart is that I am reliable, calm, and enthusiastic about all animals. I have recently returned to university, so my schedule is very flexible. Most of my classes are online. Every week I check what needs to be done for the next week so that I can plan the best patterns for work, study, and life. Staying up late or Waking up early is no problem. The first thing I do in respect to any client is get to know what expectations are and a brief history of the pet and their needs. Setting firm boundaries while expressing deep compassion and care is my go-to. I adore playing with active pets and giving them plenty of cuddles and attention - but if a pet is skittish of strangers or doesn't like being touched I will always give them the space they need to be themselves. Trust is a two-way street and as a human it is my responsibility to bridge the language gap with patience, love, and consistency. Making sure pets are safe and accommodated for in weather is a priority, whether that is in the form of hydration, giving them a coat, or assuaging their fears.
“Joseph was amazing! Took great care of our Josie and the camping friends pets whom with which we are traveling. Communication was excellent and he came for a meet and greet, above and beyond!”

“Gail is THE BEST!! You can tell she really loves animals, especially the dogs. She made my Fredo feel very relaxed and at home under her care. She has a lovely home and makes all of the dogs she cares for very comfortable. I would use her again to watch Fredo. Fredo can't wait to go back to play with Sky! Thanks Gail.”

“My dogs absolutely loved spending time with Olga! She was communicating consistently through the day, she sent pictures, she played with them and she took great care of them as well! Will be coming back to her in the future!”

“Awesome boarding family. Anne went above and beyond for my untamed puppy. She had all types of activities for him and a family of fur babies that welcomed my little one with opened arms. Highly recommend!”

“Shannon did a wonderful job with Royal. We felt so comfortable leaving him in her care. She walked him every morning and treated him like her own. We loved all the pictures and updates.”

“Taylor was great! She was very responsive and did such a great job taking care of Harold! She was very flexible with her drop off and pick up schedule, which was very much appreciated. I would definitely have her watch my dog again.”

“Lona & Alan took phenomenal care of our precious goldendoodle! They loved her like she was their own and really made sure they were respectful of our wishes for our dog’s care. I loved getting pictures and videos of our pup throughout her stay and she was clearly happy and well loved! My only concern with them watching our dog is if my dog would want to come with me after such an amazing time 😂 (which she did thankfully 😁). They were amazing to our dog and very trustworthy! Amazing experience ❤️”
