“Where do I begin with this 5-star review of Kelly C??? This was Champ's 3rd visit with Kelly and her husband and we already knew our pup was in the best of hands! We felt very secure in leaving him with Kelly and her pack for a longer stay as we were traveling overseas. Well, thankfully he was in such trusted hands, because a few days into our trip, Champ, a German shepherd, developed bloat (GDV) which is life threatening and requiring emergency surgery. Sadly, this is all too common in larger breeds like Shepherds. Thanks to Kelly's and her husband's quick action (and with constant communication with us in a different time zone), Champ arrived at the emergency clinic in time, was immediately rushed into surgery, and the amazing specialists at University of Missouri Veterinary Health Center in Columbia treated him successfully. Post surgery, Kelly and her husband took wonderful care of him in his recovery until we could return from our trip to a happy and healthy dog. Needless to say, we are incredibly thankful to have found Kelly and her family and can't say enough about how grateful we are to them! If we could give more than 5 stars, they would be difficult to count!”

The dogs were so much happier in their home than they would have been in a kennel. My dogs have very different needs and personalities. One is a 13 year old male who is deaf, very attached to his people, and has been aging quickly the last few months. The other is a female that isn't quite 2. She has all the energy of a puppy, requires patience and guidance, and has never been boarded before. Both dogs were well loved and cared for even with their idiosyncrasies. They seemed to have a great time. Victoria sent daily updates and my daughter (who is very attached to her puppies) loved seeing her "babies" while we were away. Additionally, she paid close attention to my elderly dogs health, which really set my mind at ease. If we ever need boarding services again, I will definitely be contacting Victoria.”

About: I ran a prison dog rescue and training program. We rehabilitated dogs from puppy mills, rescue groups and shelters. We also did grooming services for the dogs. I'm retired. My schedule is wide open. I have time to devote to taking care of customers pets. I have always had a affinity for taking care of animals. About: I’ve taken care of dogs my entire life, always thought about being a vet but it never happened. I am in the medical field, I just help humans instead. I believe dogs are the most loyal animal you could have I your home. The love they give is unmatched, no judgment on us humans, they love us unconditionally. I’m currently not working due to the pandemic, I’m home all day taking care of my dog. I have time for your fur baby all day. I have a house with a fenced yard. I live in a great area as well. I have a fenced yard that’s a decent size. I let my dog out several times a day, sometimes we take car rides. I rarely use a kennel but if your pet is not house trained or can get destructive, I would recommend you bring a crate in the event I have to run to the store or something.
About: I have grown up with Dogs and Cats. I have also pet/house sat for friends and family through middle school, high school and college. I have grown up with cats I’ve had/have 4 (Dizzy, Yoyo, Bast and now Tiffany!) My favorite activities with kitties are playing with the string toy, brushing, giving treats and snuggling while reading/watching Tv/doing Homework. I also like to keep the blinds open so the kittens can look out and watch the birds. Lastly of course I love watching them get the zooms! :) As far as Dogs, I’ve had/have 4 German shepherds (Apache, Zoom, Camo and Ranger), 1 husky (Cherokee) and 2 Australian Shepherds (Banjo and Max) My favorite activities with dogs are throwing the ball, running/walking, brushing/baths, snuggles and getting a snack never hurt! :) I have taken pride in self training my dog to be “good K-9 citizens” ex: No jumping, “Sit”, “Down”, “Waite”, “Leave it” and being good on the leash! You just have to figure out what the dog’s favorite reward is. It could be a toy, treat or positive pets/loving!
About: Cats have always been my favorite pet to own. Having one ever since I can remember. Cleaning litter boxes and any cat mess is part of my system. Owning two cats of my own. I can provide a couple of toys to bring, or play using your toys. Feeding and watering the cat. Any special requirement is never too big to keep the cat happy as can be. Even if the cat can be grumpy, I’m patient and won’t make the cat uncomfortable or more upset.

About: I think that life is about being happy and animals of all shapes and sizes make me happy! I have had multiple pets all of my life, from bearded dragons and snails to cats and dogs but now I have settled with my older toy rat terrier pup and my fat orange cat! I was able to achieve my pet first aid certification through the American Red Cross but it since expired (they are valid for one year) but I thought it was worth mentioning that I have been trained. I work in Columbia M-F but live in Holts Summit, MO. I am willing to work in Columbia, Jefferson City or Holts Summit. I’m working full time but can do check-ins/walks during my lunch break, before 8am or after 5pm on weekdays. Weekends are much more flexible as I don’t work on Saturdays or Sundays. I am comfortable with crate training and of course fenced in yards are great! I have no issues with walking pups on a leash. I live in Holts Summit where we have a leash law so leash and a decent harness would be required for stays with me. I have a huge yard to walk them around in!

About: Moe’s Place is a small in home dog boarding facility. I provide one on one care as well as exit baths. Moe’s Place has commercial kennels indoors and outdoors so they can stay outside when the days are nice. There is a large fenced in play area, but only dogs who come together play together. I make sure every dog is given some additional time to be treated like family. We turn our pups out in the morning before feeding, around noon and early afternoon. We also ensure your pup has time to go out before bed. We live here so it makes it very convenient to ensure your family member is getting the best care. We have lots of open time and play time. If your pup decides they would rather play indoors, we have an indoor play area also.

About: I have worked been around and worked with cats and dogs for my entire life. From having quite a number of pets throughout the years to just going over to a friend’s house and ending up spending more time with the pets than anyone else, my love for animals is strong and my connection with them even stronger. About: Ive taken care of both my own families animals for years, along with friends and families pets. I grew up with dogs of all sizes, from a teacup chihuahua to an adult husky. I have veterinary medicine training and can spot health problems right away. I have administered medicine and given medication orally. I have open availability through out the week when I work so your furry friends will always have someone at home to take care of there needs. I have a small fenced in part of my yard. No animal is left unattended and is always safe in my care. I always go out of my way to make my home feel like there own.
About: I think that life is about being happy and animals of all shapes and sizes make me happy! I have had multiple pets all of my life, from bearded dragons and snails to cats and dogs but now I have settled with my older toy rat terrier pup and my fat orange cat! I was able to achieve my pet first aid certification through the American Red Cross but it since expired (they are valid for one year) but I thought it was worth mentioning that I have been trained. I work in Columbia M-F but live in Holts Summit, MO. I am willing to work in Columbia, Jefferson City or Holts Summit. I’m working full time but can do check-ins/walks during my lunch break, before 8am or after 5pm on weekdays. Weekends are much more flexible as I don’t work on Saturdays or Sundays. I am comfortable with crate training and of course fenced in yards are great! I have no issues with walking pups on a leash. I live in Holts Summit where we have a leash law so leash and a decent harness would be required for stays with me. I have a huge yard to walk them around in!
About: I have grown up with Dogs and Cats my whole life. I have also pet/house sat for family and friends through middle school, high school and now college. I have/had many dogs and cats who have been/are massive parts of our family. 4 German Shepherds, Apache, Zoom, Ranger and Camo. 1 Husky Cherokee and 2 Australian Shepherds Banjo and Max. I have taken pride in self training my dogs to be good K-9 citizens. Ex: “Sit”, “Waite”, “Down”, “Leave it” and not jumping. Some of my favorite activities with dogs are walking/running, brushing/baths, playing with toys/wrestling, snuggles, driving around and a snack never hurt anyone! :) As for cats I’ve had/have 4 (Dizzy, Yoyo, Bast and now Tiffany!) My favorite activities with kitties are playing with the string toy, brushing, giving treats and snuggling while reading/watching Tv/doing Homework. Of course I love watching them get the zooms! :) I am a full time college student with MIZZOU Army ROTC. During the summers I’m available most days/nights and weekends. As for the school year I’m pretty open as well. We will have to communicate and see what works best for everyone at that time. I was raised to hold myself to high standards and values some of these values are summed up best by the Army values, Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selflessness Service, Honor, Integrity and Personal Courage. I believe you need all of these to not only be the best version of yourself but pull the best out of others, person or paw. I care for my pets by making them an important part of my life! I love to be active and take my dog on runs/walks and play. As for my cat when I’m doing Homework or relaxing after a long day she likes to snuggle me or play with her toys. My pets are my family, team and life. I keep them safe by keeping them in active parts of my life, researching the food they eat and have a great relationship with there vet!

About: Hello! I have had all kinds of pets growing up. I have always had at least a dog and a cat. Currently i personally have a 7 month old puppy and a 2 year old cat. I have been pet sitting for friends and family for about two years now. I would love to meet your furry friend! I currently am working 4 days a week but am free after work and my days off. My days off are Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. I will be attending school starting in November so my schedule will change then. About: I have been a Farm Caretaker for over 5 years. I have extensive experience caring for dogs, cats, bunnies, goats & chickens, and limited experience caring for horses. “Where do I begin with this 5-star review of Kelly C??? This was Champ's 3rd visit with Kelly and her husband and we already knew our pup was in the best of hands! We felt very secure in leaving him with Kelly and her pack for a longer stay as we were traveling overseas. Well, thankfully he was in such trusted hands, because a few days into our trip, Champ, a German shepherd, developed bloat (GDV) which is life threatening and requiring emergency surgery. Sadly, this is all too common in larger breeds like Shepherds. Thanks to Kelly's and her husband's quick action (and with constant communication with us in a different time zone), Champ arrived at the emergency clinic in time, was immediately rushed into surgery, and the amazing specialists at University of Missouri Veterinary Health Center in Columbia treated him successfully. Post surgery, Kelly and her husband took wonderful care of him in his recovery until we could return from our trip to a happy and healthy dog. Needless to say, we are incredibly thankful to have found Kelly and her family and can't say enough about how grateful we are to them! If we could give more than 5 stars, they would be difficult to count!”

“Victoria and her son are fabulous doggy caregivers! I left my 2 dogs in their care for a week while my family was on vacation. The dogs were so much happier in their home than they would have been in a kennel. My dogs have very different needs and personalities. One is a 13 year old male who is deaf, very attached to his people, and has been aging quickly the last few months. The other is a female that isn't quite 2. She has all the energy of a puppy, requires patience and guidance, and has never been boarded before. Both dogs were well loved and cared for even with their idiosyncrasies. They seemed to have a great time. Victoria sent daily updates and my daughter (who is very attached to her puppies) loved seeing her "babies" while we were away. Additionally, she paid close attention to my elderly dogs health, which really set my mind at ease. If we ever need boarding services again, I will definitely be contacting Victoria.”

About: I have grown up around and loved pets since I was 7 years old! Many parts of my childhood I grew up with 5 dogs, but we just recently got our first cat. My partner is also an animal lover and grew up with multiple pets his entire life (his mom is a veterinarian!). We now have a 6 month old dachshund, Clover, and a cat, Stella Dallas! We are students so we have really relaxed schedules, and spend a lot of our time working from home. We live in a house that has a large privacy fence with a perfect sized backyard. We joined Rover to share our love with your animals! 🥰🐾 My partner and I are both students and I work a remote job. We spend a lot of our time not in class at home with our animals! I have a fenced in yard with a privacy fence. My dog Clover will keep your dog company as she loves to play with all of her cousins! Clover is crate trained so I have experience with that, but I don’t mind if your dog is not! I spend a lot of my time at home so your pup or cat will always be getting attention and the love they deserve while you’re away! :)
