“We have one easy dog (though not too easy because he is still a puppy and not fully potty trained) and a challenging 5 year old maltese that doesn't trust easily. Leaving him has always been a challenge. We've never felt so comfortable being gone from him as when Lael had him. I don't mind being away from him but I worry about him being trouble for the person keeping him. He wasn't an easy keep for her but she was so open to letting him warm up and adjust to her. By the last couple days he was snuggling on her lap and following her around like he does with me. She also was great with our puppy and continuing his potty training. He in particular loved running in her big, fenced yard with her dogs and having access to a doggy door. While we were gone she sent videos and pictures and gave us regular updates. What a great experience for us and our fur babies. Thank you Lael.”

About: I have taken care of pets for over 33 years ever since getting my first dog at 7 years old. I’ve had dogs of all sizes and shapes including a Lhasa Apso, King Charles Spaniel, Golden Retrievers, Pitbull, Shihpoo, and Heeler/Daschund mix. They’ve ranged in ages from 8 week old puppy to 5 year old rescue when I brought them home and I nursed many through their senior years. Of course I love all pets so I’ve also had Bunnies, Fish, Cats, hermit crabs, frogs, and more. I love them all! Currently in my home I have a 1 year old Shihpoo name Mocha and a 5 year old Heeler/Dauschund mix named Luna. I promise to take care of your fur babies just as if they were mine! I am a single mother with lots of time on my hands to love on pets. I have a daughter in Junior High and a son in High School so I do run them back and forth to their activities but otherwise I’m ready to spend time with the fur babies. I have a fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood. I have a couple big trees for shade while pets are playing outdoors and a covered back porch for relaxing.

About: Walking, bathing, and hanging out with dogs is some of my favorite downtime activities. Growing up with a dog I learned all the necessary skills to watch over a dog. I even volunteered at the humane society in both the dog and cat area for four years! I am currently a teacher so I work from 7-4pm Monday through Friday, but if you need someone to walk your dog at night or house sit for the weekend or even a week night, I am your person! My husband also works from home so if you’re boarding during the week day he is also here to help out if needed. Whatever you need me to do is what I will follow. I will come to your place as my animals do not take well to strangers. But rest assured I will take great care of your animal, in whatever capacity you need. At our home we two cats that do well with other dogs but tend to ignore them, and one dog who LOVES other dogs so no worries there.

About: My husband WFH while I love on pets full time! We have fostered through rescue organizations for 6 years now, always a rewarding experience! We used to do Rover full time in Kansas City KS, 2022-2024 before moving to our current house in MO. I helped raise 4 tiny puppies and found them furever homes. About: Hello! I absolutely love any kind of animal but especially dogs and cats both! I’ve always wanted to be a vet and have dog sat many of my friends and family members pets! I have my own fur baby named Maverick he is almost 8 years old and the most gentle giant ever he loves to meet new people, pets, and cuddle with stuffed animals. Maverick is fully potty trained, crate trained, knows how to sit, shake, lay down, and say please! As far as extensive care when he was younger he had to have surgery and I took care of him at home and he had an amazing full recovery! I am currently in college but only have one early morning class Mon - Thur and two 2pm classes Tue - Thur The first thing I do every morning is let Maverick out let him relax while I get ready and then have his food ready to go by the time I let him in! I groom him twice a month and wash him twice a month as well! On Tuesday’s and Thursday’s when I have my break between classes I come home let him out again and will take him on a walk to the park right next to my house! Anytime I need help with anything like this or can’t make it home my mom works from home full time and helps me with him whenever I need it! At my house we have a very large fenced in backyard and one dog to keep them company or he can be separated. We do also have a cat that primarily stays In my moms room and rarely comes out. We do have a large crate as well if needed! My dog doesn’t particularly enjoy being outside as he is a big baby and lives a fairly lavish life for a dog haha! So some personal time to play with your dogs outside would be easily achievable! We have plenty of toys soft or hard, and beds in a variety of sizes or blankets if preferred by your dog!

One thing is for sure I put any animal before anything else. I am currently going to school as a groomer. I’m willing to work with you to make your children happy! Walking is a wonderful way to exercise and I know a lot of people just don’t have the time or health to do so. I have a fenced in yard for all the four-legged babies to run and enjoy. An energetic aussie that is well behaved and knows basic training for your energetic companion to play with. I have a separate room for your sweet companion to sleep in at night. My location is a small town perfect for peaceful walks.

About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was a kid, im really considerate of everyone’s time and need of there own time I can help and do anything you may ask even give the pet medicine if that is what is needed I have 4 cats and they are very well trained and loveable. I also help out around the neighborhood in pet sitting so I pretty much know what you will expect of me and I’ll make sure it happens. “We have one easy dog (though not too easy because he is still a puppy and not fully potty trained) and a challenging 5 year old maltese that doesn't trust easily. Leaving him has always been a challenge. We've never felt so comfortable being gone from him as when Lael had him. I don't mind being away from him but I worry about him being trouble for the person keeping him. He wasn't an easy keep for her but she was so open to letting him warm up and adjust to her. By the last couple days he was snuggling on her lap and following her around like he does with me. She also was great with our puppy and continuing his potty training. He in particular loved running in her big, fenced yard with her dogs and having access to a doggy door. While we were gone she sent videos and pictures and gave us regular updates. About: I’ve taken care of many kinds of dogs, cats, and horses from a young age. I also have experience in dog grooming, ranging from small to large dogs. I am fluent in American Sign Language. I am flexible as I work from home. I normally check pets at least two times a day, but more check in times are available upon request. I have a friendly dog who loves to play and make new friends. He will be very helpful in helping young dogs learn how to socialize.

About: My husband WFH while I love on pets full time! We have fostered through rescue organizations for 6 years now, always a rewarding experience! We used to do Rover full time in Kansas City KS, 2022-2024 before moving to our current house in MO. I helped raise 4 tiny puppies and found them furever homes. We have hosted up to 11 dogs at once utilizing 3 sections of the house as play group areas and rotation outside every couple hours. We recently fostered a puppy, Millie, who turned out to have a terminal life threatening illness. We adopted her and cared for her until her time to go was up. We also have a 6 year old dog that is now epileptic and on daily seizure meds. We have experience with all ages and medical conditions of life. As for training, I taught my first dog how to use buttons to communicate, crate train, and the regular dog commands. This is my full time job, my life's purpose, all thanks to my supportive husband who works from home. Every dog deserves the devotional and loyal love they give so freely! I am here to give back to them all the love they share and more. Through life I have learned that Safety and Trust are key to every relationship and home environment. Before integrating the dogs together, it is imperative I spend intentional time with the new dog to help it adjust to its new environment or to my new presence.
About: I grew up on a farm so naturally, I love animals. I've always been around dogs, cats, and livestock. I currently have a dog and cat of my own, so I'm always researching to better understand body language, vocalizations, breed specific traits, and positive reinforcement techniques that help me strengthen the bond between me and the animal. I also have 4 years of professional experience in doggy daycares around the Springfield metro area. I’m well versed in special diets, administering medication, reading and respecting pet body language, and making sure your furry friend feels as comfortable as possible while they eagerly await your return. While it’s so important for your pet to feel safe and comfortable, it’s important for you to feel the same. That’s why I offer my services out of my home or yours!
