“Lindsay and her family are awesome! They have watched Sophia multiple times for up to 2 weeks. We have full trust that she will be cared for and thought of as one of the family. Lindsay’s home is always clean and organized. Sophia comes home happy and healthy every time!”

“My shy fearful dog who is afraid of her shadow was shivering in the back seat until Ashley started talking to her and she jumped right out. I couldn't have been happier. She's our dog whisperer now! We will be booking again soon!”

“Patty did a fabulous job of watching our dog, Tucker. We appreciated that she was willing to meet us prior to our stay. She did a great job of providing lots of pictures throughout our trip. Patty made Tucker right at home and he looked so comfortable and well cared for. We would definitely recommend using her and plan to use her for future trips!”

“Isha and Great took great care of our little dog recently. She came back happy and tired, which means they gave her a lot of love and attention. They also provided updates daily with photos. Highly recommend!”

“This was our first time leaving our dog with a non-family member and I can't overstate how happy we were with Cathy. She sent us daily pictures with text updates as to how our dog was doing which put our minds at ease. From the time we met her we could just tell how much she loved animals. The most important thing is we are pretty sure that our dog enjoyed his stay. He did not come home stressed out as he has in the past from staying at other boarders. We think he almost misses playing and interacting with Cathy's other dog Maddie and the kids. We would and plan on using Cathy again in the future and would certainly recommend her to anyone.”
“Rebecca is amazing! She does a great job taking care of our dog. She treats him like he's one of her family and he loves being there. She sends regular picture updates so we know he's doing well when we're away. Highly recommend Rebecca!”

“Bandit was so happy and calm when I picked him up. It was very clear he was comfortable and well taken care of! She took him on several walks and sent many pictures. He was a HAPPY BOY!!”

“Mackenzie has been great about letting us bring Murphy over with just a days notice if we've had an urgent need. This support means a lot when you have family crisis occurring!!”

“We couldn’t have asked for better sitters for our first time leaving our pup. The care and attention given to our dog was absolutely amazing. It was so clear how much they genuinely loved him and treated him like their own. They even had a welcome sign with a menu and activities. It was adorable. We received thoughtful updates, pictures, and constant reassurance that he was happy and well cared for. Picking up a relaxed, content boy says everything. We are beyond grateful and would trust Kris & Eric again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend! 🐾💕”

“This was our second time leaving our dogs with Laura. As usual she’s great about communicating re: drop off and pick up times, and sends pictures frequently. Wouldn’t change a thing about this experience, highly recommend her.”

“Jenneth and her family watched my two dogs for a week and they were awesome! I received regular updates and photos. My dogs loved playing with her dog. I was especially thankful for her fenced-in yard and allowing my dogs to be on her furniture. I received photos of my dogs snuggled-up to her kids which brought me joy. I would use Jenneth again.”

“Samantha provided a safe, clean and extra loving home to our dog while we were away! She was communicative, and sent updates and photos throughout the week. I can tell our pup was so loved and well cared for!! Thank you to you and your family!!”

“Kayla watched our new puppy (10 weeks old) for us while on vacation out of the country for a week. Upon meeting her and Taylor, We knew from the first minute that she was an animal lover. Our Mastiff Lab - Milo immediately took to her. She has her own two dogs that were extremely healthy and lovable and that told us a lot. Her fiance Taylor also has a great love for animals. Kayla taught Milo how to go up and down the stairs and even worked with him on car rides. She took several photos and updated us all week. In the photos you could tell he was happy and playing with her two dogs Benji and Copper. She was very flexible on when we dropped him off and picked him up. So sweet and we will use her again. We highly recommend her because we know she will love our fur baby like we do. Greg and Shannon E.”

“thank you for taking care of the boys for me and bringing them home. after long day of traveling it was one less thing i needed to do for the day . thanks for the updates and photos too!”

“Sharon & Glen both took great care of my 2 dogs while I was out of town. One of my dogs has a hard time getting around and they were accommodating and so gentle. They also have the perfect back yard to let the other run off energy. Will absolutely book again for future travel needs. Thank you!!”
“Robin was very understanding with our dog, Tabitha's needs - with her in mourning after the recent passing of our other dog, her closest companion and with us needing to be away from home for 8 days. Robin listened to all of the details of feeding and meds. Then she stayed in contact with us, updating us on Tabitha's adjustment to her new surroundings, sending great pics and playing the games she likes to play (FRISBE!) Robin was also VERY accomodating with our crazy flight schedules on drop off & pick up. Tabitha had such a good time she has returned to her joyful self! I highly reccomend Robin and she will be the first person we will reach out to the next time we need a dog sitter!”

“Stephanie was fantastic! She was super communicative about Ruger and sent amazing pictures and videos along with the updates. He was so happy and came home zonked! She made the overnight process much easier and brought me ease while I had a long shift. I will be booking again!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lily was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond while caring for our pets during our Florida trip. She communicated with us after every visit, sent plenty of pictures, and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She administered medication to our feisty cat, Piper, without any issues, and took such loving, attentive care of our elderly dog, Gabby. It was clear she genuinely cared about them and treated them like they were her own. I can’t recommend Lily enough! We came home to two happy, well-cared-for pets, and we’ll absolutely be booking with her again in the future. Thank you, Lily!”

“Brooke went the extra mile for my cat! She sent lots of pictures and videos and updated me after each visit. I know my cat was very well taken care of with her! Will definitely book with Brooke again!”

“Jessica went above and beyond in caring for my 3 cats while I was gone. She spent extra time making sure my house was clean and made an extra trip back to check on my cats. She always responds quickly when I contact her and was always right on time for check ins. I would highly recommend her and hope I can use her again.”

About: Love to work with all types of pets! Years of experience with dogs and cats, I am very attentive to care instructions and always leave the pet and parent happy! I’m always family & friends first option for pet care🤍 which is where I got my experience from. In Saint Joseph for college, originally from Hawai’i so I’m pretty far from home. I love pets so this is the best way I could be spending my free time. I am very attentive to care instructions I do love dogs of all sizes🥰 I am not knowledgeable about trainings however I do appreciate a dog that can listen to simple commands.
About: We have been pet owners all our lives until recently. We have experience looking after dogs and cats. We would love to fill the gap by helping you out with pet sitting needs. Your fur baby will be treated as part of our family! My husband and I work full time, some days from home. My work is just few minutes away so I am able do potty breaks and walk during lunch. Our schedules are flexible and we can adapt to your needs. We currently don't have any pets at the house. Our yard is not fenced but the neighborhood is very dog friendly with a little nature trail for walks.
“Wonderful!! Kayla and Taylor LOVE animals. They were so amazing. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Great pics sent at every check in. Do not hesitate to book them. Will definitely use them again.”

“If I could leave Marianna a 500 star review, that still wouldn’t be enough. I needed last minute care due to a medical emergency, and she not only accommodated my need with less than 18 hours notice, but she did so with a level of care for my kitties that I have never experienced before. Within 15 minutes of her arrival, I had photos and videos of all of my babies (which is no small feat in itself), and she continued to provide multiple updates, photos, and videos. She was so so so loving and gentle with my kitties, stayed with them all day and overnight, and gave me the comfort and reassurance I was desperately needing. I will absolutely be hiring her every time I need a sitter moving forward (hopefully sans the hospital stay and ideally for a fun getaway instead). Thank you so much, Marianna. There are not enough ways to express my gratitude!”

About: Hi! I’m a full-time registered nurse looking to pick up some side gigs doing what I already love—caring for animals. I have a strong medical background and bring a calm, attentive, and responsible approach to pet care, including pets with medical needs or special instructions. I grew up on a farm, so being around animals has always been second nature to me. I’ve personally cared for cats and dogs for over 5+ years and feel comfortable with all sizes, breeds, and temperaments—from energetic puppies to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. Whether it’s walks or drop-ins, I treat every pet like my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well taken care of while you’re away. I work as a Registered Nurse and find that working with animals helps recharge my compassion and social battery before my next shift. I work 3-4 days a week and like having the flexibility to pick up jobs through Rover when I am available. Each of my cats have their own special needs. I am comfortable giving medications to your pets if needed as well as brushing, bathing, going on walks, and of course giving lots of love and affection. I use a pet sitter myself when I am out of town and know how important it is to pawrents that their babies are safe. No matter the pet, big or small, I'm happy that you would trust me to care for them while you're away!

I have a flexible schedule I can work around for pets staying here, sleeping on the floor or outside. I will be gone during the day some days of the week, if they are ok left alone. I work at a greenhouse 3 days a week and could take puppies under a year with me to work. And also most dogs if theyre used to be out and about. I would accept puppies under a year not fixed. I have 2 ziplines in my yard and your pets are more than welcome to stay here if they would be OK with those accommodations. I can pick up and drop off typically would suit best in the evenings. About: I have three dogs, two wonderful twin golden retrievers that are 5 years old. They are my whole world and so are my sister and brother’s dogs/cats! My sister has been doing rover in KC for over 7 years so it’s been a great way to experience rover and the necessities for all kinds of pets. Additionally, I’ve been a volunteer at Unchained Melodies puppy nursery and KC Pet Project for the last few years <3 I’m currently a post-graduate student preparing for medical school here in a year so I have a lot of time for longer term pups. I’m preparing for work part-time as well in the fall but I have a very open and flexible schedule. I have helped dog sit for years now and of course I’ve taken care of my own dogs since they were just babies. Unfortunately, I’m unable, for the most part, to have animals stay at my house however, I’m open if necessary. I walk and feed my own dogs daily and they take a lot of space so I want them to feel comfortable in their own environment.

About: I’ve been taking care of my own cats as well as family, friends, and neighbors cats for over 15 years now. Anywhere from checking in on them to full on adopting them, I’ve done it all. My cat takes medications that I keep on top of, as well as clean her litter once, maybe twice a day.

About: Dogs come close second, but I love cats more than anything in the world. I’ve had cats since I was a kid and was raised around them. My grandparents took in stray cats from the street and always had at least 5 in the house. In 2020, my parents got 2 tabby cat siblings that we’ve had since. The male is my cat that I take care of and spend all my time with. I also am currently taking care of the female because they are on vacation.

About: Howdy there & nice to meet you, I am a kindred soul who has experience working in doggy day cares/boarding camps as well as volunteering hours at various local animal shelters. I am an aspiring pet groomer and will be taking classes for that soon as well. I turned my passion to vibe with furry friends into paid play dates. I am a natural care giver and would love to meet your little (or big) one! I work a hybrid remote job so my schedule is super flexible. I have to already incorporate my schedule around my rightfully spoiled only child (Lincoln, my 8-year old Husky mix). I also combine pet care time with my self-care routine for exercise/physical activity. (Work smarter not harder). I have a fenced yard/porch, as well as a doggy door built into the door that leads to said yard/porch and security cameras that cover the yard so we can always see what's going on. As well as various toys, treats, and walking equipment always available to all our furry friends.

About: I have been taking care of cats since I was 18 when I got my own. I care for many cats being in the veterinary field. I medicate and treat all ages and all breeds. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up on a farm, I gained hands-on experience caring for equine, dogs, cats and many other animals. While I'm comfortable caring for a wide variety of pets, my greatest knowledge and experience are with equine, cats and dogs. I previously worked at KV Dressage, where I expanded my equine care skills and developed a strong understanding of animal behavior and daily management. I currently work at the hospital and am looking to provide flexible, part-time pet sitting because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I strive to provide reliable, compassionate care that helps them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. My goal is to give you peace of mind, knowing your pets are in experienced, trustworthy hands. I currently work full-time at Mosaic Health Care, so my availability varies from week to week. My schedule is flexible, with some weeks working only one weekday and others working up to three weekdays. I do work most weekends, but I'm happy to discuss my availability in advance to find a schedule that works for both you and your pet. Whether you need drop-in visits, walks, or overnight care, I'll always be upfront about my availability and committed to providing reliable, dependable care whenever I'm booked. Whether I'm caring for your pet in my home or yours, my priority is making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while maintaining their normal routine. My home features a fully fenced yard, providing plenty of space for supervised play and exercise. I have two friendly, fully vaccinated dogs of my own—a senior Black Lab/Boxer mix who loves cuddles and relaxing, and an energetic Black Mouth Cur mix puppy who enjoys playing all day. If your dog enjoys socializing, they'll have wonderful companions. If they prefer their own space, I'm happy to accommodate their individual needs. When caring for pets in a client's home, I respect your home and follow your pet's routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and plenty of love and attention. My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable and give you peace of mind while you're away.

“Rae and Chris are wonderful with our girl, Pickles. She is a rescue and hadn't been exposed to other dogs in her former home. We really needed to socialize her because we often have guests with dogs at our home. We nervously decided to try day care. Rae and Chris shared their knowledge about dog behavior and reassured us that she would be fine. Within minutes of her first day we got a video of her playing with other dogs! It was amazing, and we feel so happy that we found Rae and Chris. Pickles has been there four times now ... and she LOVES going! We know she's in good hands!”

“Super kind couple! Alex sent updates throughout the day, and my dog was happily exhausted when I picked him up, so I’m sure he had a great time playing outside.”

About: Dogs must be ok in a kennel. 😊 I have worked on some level in animal welfare my entire life. Since 2013, I own & operate a licensed rescue for dogs. This has given me the opportunity to work with dogs hands on that vary in personalities & behaviors. I can manage dogs with medical and behavioral challenges. This is hard to find. I currently work from home allowing be flexibility to care for your pup(s)! I look forward to helping ease your mind for you know your dogs are safe. I have a 6' fenced yard with no climb fencing secured on the inside of it. I would not leave your dog(s) unattended in the yard regardless. I have my own dogs and I would crate and rotate your dog if needed. I am able to pet sit most any dog but I will need to be crate trained. We do rotations in my home. If your pooch is not crate trained, it will not be able to stay. I have a 6’ privacy fence with no climb fencing installed. We have a great play group of dogs for this that are ready to play. If not, your pooch can do solo play time.
“Murphy has been going to daycare with Rebecca for a couple of months and has had a great time. Rebecca is a great host and Murphy always comes home happy and tired. She’s the best!!”

About: I have worked in veterinary Kennels and in shelters. I am also a certified Dog and Cat trainer through Animal Behavior College in 2013. I have been trained in animal first aide. I have a military I.D. so I can also care for military families as well! I come home on my lunch break to let the dogs run in the yard (we NEVER leave the dogs outside on their own for safety from hawks etc). The longest they are alone is 5 hours. Our live revolve around our own dogs so they will feel like one of the family in no time. We have a fenced .75 acre yard that we stay out with them for safety. Older pups will be carried on any stairs to prevent any falls. Kenneling is a part of our home for safety. But if we are home they are out. The dogs have their own room where they kennel that has safety film on the windows so they can benefit from the light but are not tormented by the squirrels in the trees. Cats are kept in their own area as well. I know how important your dog is and I will treat them the way I would want mine treated. With the exception of errands and taking kids to school I am home full time. We treat visitors as one of the pack. Often our visiting pups like to lounge on the couch when not supervised in the yard. I have a fenced yard and dogs are not left outside unattended (especially the little ones). We have a multi layered floor plan so if a dog needs to be alone for a bit we have the ability to do so.
“Mackenzie has been wonderful with my dog! She is very prompt with communication and keeps me updated the entire visit. My dog has fun with her and her pups and she makes sure he is safe and happy! Thank you!”

I will do my very best to treat your babies like my own! <3 I am on the Missouri Western Women’s Basketball team but i have most of the morning, afternoons, and some of the evenings off. I am medical redshirting so I have more availability than normal. I have 3 dogs back home and 1 living here in Missouri with me, along with 3 cats, and a guinea pig. I love my animals like my children and the dogs vary in size our biggest is 105 pounds and the smallest is 6 pounds.
About: Growing up with a revolving door of furry friends (rescue pups and adopted kitties to be exact!), I understand the special bond we share with our animal companions. My home office offers a calm and loving environment where your dog can relax and receive personalized attention. I believe in tailoring each experience to their unique needs, whether it's a playful puppy, a senior who enjoys gentle strolls, or a special needs furball requiring extra TLC. I currently work from home most of the week. I'm available for boarding, dog walking and daycare during the week and weekends. I will try to accommodate any schedule. I have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs and a cat to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I'm experienced with handling dogs of all sized, breeds, and temperaments. Happy to accommodate special needs, dietary restrictions and medication schedules.

About: I grew up on a farm, so I was raised around animals. I volunteer at a wildlife rescue in Blue Springs, Missouri. I partner with them to transport and foster any wildlife in need. I'm a plant-based eater, I love animals so much I will not even eat them. I risk my own life to save animals. So when I say I'm an animal lover I absolutely mean that 100%. I have six cats, one Dog, four Snakes, one Bearded Dragon, one Tarantula, 2 fish, 2 mice and a disabled footless Rooster as pets. They mean the world to me. I would go without before they would. Growing up my parents were AKC dog breeders . We had Beagles, Basset Hounds, Labradors and Pomeranians. So I've had my fair share of helping deliver babies. I also did Wildlife removal from homes. I would exclude or trap and relocate any Wildlife that was invading homes. Never kill any. I would educate people on the importance of Wildlife and why they are here. I have taken my animals to schools to do educational programs to teach the children to love all animals. I have taken my animals to educational programs in the summer at kids summer camps in Savannah, Missouri. Because I work with Wildlife I do have my rabies vaccination. I have always pet sit for my friends and family when they are out of town and local farmers when they are needing help. I love nature going on walks and being outside is my favorite. I'm experienced in giving oral medications and shots. I currently work full time but in able to leave at any given time to care for the pets. This includes going for walks, playing in the yard, staying the night, staying for feedings and giving medications. I live in the country with a big barn. I do have a fenced run where a dog could stay outside. I am able to crate your dog in my home at night and let him/her run free when I am home.
About: I always insure that pets are comfortable! I’ve taken care of old cats and dogs, and I when they are old like that it’s important to meet their needs first, as most of the time they need a lot of guidance and help. I am currently going into online college, so most of my day is free! I often sit down and watch TV or play video games, but I mostly enjoy writing and drawing in my free time I personally like to ask owners how there pets are in the company of others, as well as if any weather bugs them! The comfort of my pets, and owners is always my number 1 priority! I want to make sure that they are comfortable around me, and I never approach any animal until I’ve let them sniff me, it’s important that they trust me to be around them.
About: I have tons of pet care experience. I used to work in a daycare/ boarding facility. I have also cared for dogs in my home before. I am available every day of the week with flexible hours. I am also a certified pet trainer and your dog may come home with new skills or improved manners just for fun. I will make sure your pet gets plenty of exercise and socializing. I will love your dog as much as you do and will treat them like my own. I am respectful and responsible with any of your personal needs or wants when it comes you and your four legged friends. Please let me care for your pet while you are gone and trust that I will take good care of them. I am home full time with the exception of personal outings and running errands. I will be able to let your pups out for potty breaks, go for walks and have plenty of time to play. I make sure that a leash is always attached before opening a door to take your dog for a walk unless fenced in. We currently don’t have a fence, but will hopefully soon. We have two friendly dogs.
About: I have grown up on a small ranch, raising everything between cats, dogs, & cattle! I will be sure to love & care for your fur babies like my own! I am currently a student living in San Marcos. My class times depend on the day of the week, including clinical hours. Overall, I am very flexible & will be able to work with you! I have a decent sized apartment in San Marcos, which also has a dog park on the property! But am absolutely willing to travel to dog parks/ walking trails!
About: I’m an active adventurous person ready to play with the dogs or take them on walks. I have helped family, friends and neighbors watch their dogs, whether it be just a check in or a week at a time! I work as a phlebotomist in my other times, help family and create crafts for my page! Seeing as I have a cat of my own, I make sure to put her into my daily schedule and make time for her to play with her and her as well as make sure her litter stays clean and her food and water bowl stay full! My cat is an indoor cat. Although she is aloof, she still loves to come cuddle and I always make sure that her food and water bowls are full, her litter is clean and her medicine is taken

“Jessica was great! We had a meet and greet a couple weeks before I was leaving so our dogs could meet and get to know each other. Drop off and pickup was simple and she sent pictures while I was gone to let me know they were all having a fun time. I would highly recommend Jessica and hope she is available for my next vacation.”

“Our dog absolutely loves going to Alex & Jacquelynne’s house, and they are so good with her. They are our first choice when we are needing someone to care for her.”

“Nina did an excellent job of caring for our older dog. He needs to take pills 2x/day and has an odd diet and she kept to the guidelines on all of his weirdness. I hope Nina is free when I need a Rover next time!”
