About: I have had dogs for 24 years, cats for 16. My husband and I have fostered to adoption nearly 60 cats and dogs. After struggling to find quality affordable boarding care for our pets we have decided to open our home to others in the same situation. We have cared for puppies and kittens from 6 weeks up and have fully fenced yard. Our house has kids and pets but we are able to separate as needed. We work outside of the home M-F and if you need care outside the weekend we prefer if you have a kennel for your pet. This is something we can chat about and we have watched many dogs who do not have kennels as well. Please just reach out and ask us questions to see if we are good fit for your pet to feel comfortable while you are gone. Jen and Josh are both home on weekends so there is plenty of time for play time or walks in our schedules. We also have a 12 and 15 year old available to help with extra playtime or attention needs. We do have experience with giving oral medication and eye ointments but not injections. We have a fully fenced yard and a 3 level home to keep pets safe as needed. We have 2 very friendly dogs to keep your pet company but if they prefer to be alone there is enough space to keep them separate. We also have 2 cats that are very friendly to other animals but they can also be kept separate if needed. Our home has 3 kids (2 older and 1 preschooler) that have been taught to give animals respect and space. If you are comfortable with them interacting with your pet they can help or we can make sure there are only adults interacting with your pet.

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life. In the past 3 years we’ve welcomed almost 50 fosters into our home, many with behavioral issues. We currently have two rescues that are our life - and we want to welcome your pup into our home. We are heavily involved in the rescue world. We crate train, work on obedience, have the tools for a smooth transition, and go on walks multiple times a day. I currently work from home and am active on breaks with walks, training, and providing puppy love. We believe in routine and keeping dogs on a schedule. We watch our dogs, crate and rotate if needed, and always walk with a secure harness or harness lead. We allow pups to transition as long as they need as being away from home can be stressful!

About: Our home in Brooklyn Park is ready to host your pet. Having had a Great Dane for almost ten years, we are ready to watch pets in any size range. We have no dogs or cats in the home currently, but are set up to give your pet the best possible experience while you are away! We have experience with senior dogs and dietary restrictions such as raw feeding, as well as giving medications as needed. Currently, both Jackie and I work from home, so there is always someone around during the day. We live right off of a walking trail, so daily walks will be no problem. We have a fenced in yard if your pup likes to be outside. Otherwise they are welcome to hang out with us during the day on one of many dog beds, or on the couch for cuddle time.

About: My pitbull Bella brings endless joy to my every day. Knowing other pet owners feel the same about their furry companions, I take the responsibility of treating someone else's pet with the same care I would give my own. My life with Bella has given me experiences with dogs that may need a little extra care (understanding heat sensitivity, aging dog issues and supplements or medications). On the opposite side of that, higher energy dogs that may need a brisk walk or run are no issue. I am comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes and will also do cat drop in visits if needed.. For drop in visits, I am able to feed and provide medications if needed. I can provide early morning and after work evening care on weekdays and am more flexible on time for weekends. I work full-time, but am almost completely remote. Pre-planned drop ins for dogs or cats and dog walks during the week can be worked into my fairly flexible schedule. About: I've had two cats for 10 years. I also took care of a black lab while his owner was at work. I played ball, potty breaks, cuddles & plenty of love. About: Growing up, my parents frequently relied on me to take care of our rat terriers while they were at work - this includes feeding them, taking them out for potty breaks before/ after school, playing with them, etc. Because I’ve been around rat terriers I’m very familiarized with their personalities and high energy levels. I also have experience walking pitbulls and Great Pyrenees breeds, as my boyfriends parents used to own both breeds and I would walk them frequently (: - I also have experience with giving medications to dogs; one of my rat terriers has bad seasonal allergies and receives medication (a liquid) daily with his dinner. Another one of my rat terriers suffered from seizures and would have to receive medication with her food as well. I am comfortable caring for dogs of different sizes, temperaments, and needs. I understand the importance of maintaining consistent routines and ensuring pets feel safe and cared for. I’m currently working a full time job, however I don’t start work until 2:45pm everyday (off days are Fridays and Saturdays). When I work Sunday-Thursday I’m available to drop in at least one early morning, I can do another drop in in the early afternoon, and another drop in when I get off if needed (I get off at 11pm). On my days off - Friday and Saturdays - I can do numerous drop ins throughout the day. Anytime between early morning to late night. I have two cats of my own. Both are tabby cats, but they have very different personalities. Bean, who is an orange long haired cat, is very skittish, loves to play, enjoys pets but hates being picked up. While Franklin, is a grey short hair, loves cuddles, being next to his people, and would rather play with Bean than his humans. We got Franklin when he was 8 weeks old from my boyfriend’s brother and we fostered then adopted Bean when he was 12 weeks old (about 6 months after getting Franklin). We discovered Franklin loves going outside, so we bought him a cat harness and leash and frequently take him on walks (: Bean is too skittish for this, but he loves to play inside with toy mice and springs (ESPECIALLY springs, those are his favorite 😅)
