About: I grew up around livestock and all sorts of other animals. I recently lost my own dog but when I had her I used Rover to help find a regular dog sitter for when I went on teacher conferences. I recently became trained in dog and cat CPR and first aid. I am not afraid to give medications to an animal and have taken care of dogs that have special needs such as anxiety, fear of fireworks, fear of guns and high energy. I am currently on a teaching schedule but after memorial day I will be available most days. If I am away during the summer it's usually just during the day. They will take first priority, getting food, water, any medications prescribed and taken to go outside will all take place before my needs. I work from home and my husband is home multiple days per week so there is always someone to play and cuddle your pets! Whatever is more convenient for you. I only ask that they are house trained and you bring what they would need of course. I will follow whatever guidelines you may have. I have an unfenced yard and a park nearby that I can play with your dog at. Most of the time we will be inside my 1 bedroom ground floor apartment. Lynn met with us for a visit before we booked this daycare service and we found Lynn to be very knowledgeable, confident, cheerful and pleasant to work with. On the day of daycare she took extra care in introducing our pups to the other dogs since Maggie can be very timid and a bit insecure. I was having some difficulty with the long lead, and Riley immediately went up to her as if they had known each other for a long time. When Riley heard the dogs barking inside the house, she led Chelsie to the door, which was quite charming. I realized I forgot to mention something to Chelsie, but she responded right away. On my way back to pick up Riley, I got caught in traffic, so Chelsie graciously brought Riley out to me, and Riley happily got into the car without any issues. After we returned home, I noticed that Riley's card was filled out, and there was a detailed note, along with photos of Riley's day, showing that she had gone for a walk and played with her dogs. Overall, I would rate the experience as excellent, and Riley will definitely be visiting again.”

About: I’ve always had such a strong love for animals both dogs, cats and more! I grew up with both cats and dogs in my family and have experience with animals of all ages including puppies & kittens and senior dogs and cats. I have experience in providing medicine, treatment, nail trimmings, and more to both cats and dogs in a gentle and careful way! I am very caring and will always make sure your animal is my #1 priority I currently work from home going in the office once a week so I have lots of flexibility to do drop in during lunch time, before or after work and weekends. Since I work from home I am always available at anytime in case of an emergency as well. I currently have two cats that I care for like they are my children (because they are!) both cats are rescues with very different personalities and comforts. Litter boxes are cleaned daily and deep cleaned weekly. They are fed half wet feed half dry food diet and fed portion sizes, not free fed. We have pet insurance so take them to the vet as we see fit - more than yearly! When I lived with my parents and their dog we would do daily walks/hikes and I also helped train him!

We have had big german shorthairs, as well as miniature schnauzers so I’m accommodating to any size dog, and can easily take care of them. I’ve grown up with huskies and understand their energy, intelligence, and big personalities. I had a husky growing up, and now I rescued one of my own — so I’m very used to daily walks, playtime, structure, and staying active. I’m also a foster mom, which has given me experience with dogs of different temperaments, backgrounds, and needs. Caring for foster dogs has taught me patience, adaptability, and how important it is to make every dog feel safe and comfortable. Over the years, I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs — from small Yorkie/Shih Tzus to big Labs. I’m comfortable with different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I also have experience administering medications, including oral medications, eye drops, ear drops, and other basic care needs. You can feel confident knowing your pet is in capable and attentive hands. My goal is to give you peace of mind while you’re away and make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and right at home. 🐾 Pet care fits easily into my routine! I currently work in the service industry, which gives me a fairly flexible schedule. My usual days off are Wednesdays and Thursdays, which allows for extended availability those days. On most other days, I’m available for morning walks and check-ins if you reach out in advance. Since I already have an active routine with my own dog, adding walks and care for your pup fits in perfectly. I’m happy to communicate and coordinate to find times that work best for both of us! 🐾 I treat every pet like they’re part of my family, with care, respect, and plenty of love. My husky has gone through several training courses, so I’m used to teaching commands, helping with training, and teaching new tricks when needed. “I typically book with a daycare center but due to the amount of time we would be gone, we feared he would suffer from anxiety and loneliness. So we decided to book with a home daycare to ensure he received more personal care. They did an awesome job with Jake. Seemingly, he was treated like their own with lots of cuddle time. They provided daily updates and included cute photos. They were flexible with drop off and pick up times. I would definitely use them again.”
