I currently work from home so I assure you that I can take care of your furry friend! I am very flexible and can be available on weekends if given a couple day advance notice. I have a finished basement so your pup can have a great play time in winter. No fenced yard but a decent spaced backyard. About: My family always had pets growing up, I've taken care of dogs, cats, fish, ginuea pigs, and even a few bearded dragons. I've also pet sat for friends, family, and neighbors! I've raised a couple kittens into adulthood too! I currently work throught the week during the day, but my availability opens up at about 5pm. My weekends are usually pretty open. I'm always happy to be flexible whenever possible. The cats I've brought up from kittens ended up affectionate and playful. My current cat is a rescue, due to having a rough early life she ended up extremely shy and anxious, she's taught me a lot about interacting with cats, and more generally animals, that are cautious of people.
About: I have had a love for dogs since I can remember. Growing up on a farm my first priority before school was to make sure all the animals were fed, watered and cared for. Your fur baby will be my first priority when I wake up and for their entire visit with me. I like to take dogs for a long walk through the park or to the dog park when they come visit. I always ensure plenty of exercise and a safe play environment. I always have plenty of time for evening walks, playtime and mental enrichment activities. The dog park is always a must during your pets visit with us! I have a heeler mix rescue that gets along with any dog, him and I go for a walk everyday and would love to take your pup with us! About: My husband and I are former dog foster parents and love meeting/spending time with new dogs! We have two resident (foster fail!) dogs: Ace, a shy pitbull who LOVES other dogs and Tesha, a rambunctious tripod who LOVES people. We especially love older dogs in our house but are open to dogs 1 year and up. We have a fully fenced in backyard and a tie out available for outside play time. We have space to keep dogs separated if you have a dog that is shy or needs very slow introductions (we have a three level home). Our resident pups are allowed on our bed if they choose, but we have plenty of dog beds around too, and we do not allow them on our couch. We will do our very best to accommodate your pups needs and keep you updated on how your four legged family member is doing while you are away! I currently work from home and am able to take breaks to allow potty and attention breaks. My husband is also home most of the time and will be available when I am not. We like to do slow introductions to other dogs to ensure the comfort of our resident dogs and the visiting pups. We have the space to crate or allow roaming on separate levels if needed.

“I am new to the area, and Chelsie was very close by. She responded promptly and communicated clearly. I brought Riley over, and Chelsie kindly met me at the car. I was having some difficulty with the long lead, and Riley immediately went up to her as if they had known each other for a long time. When Riley heard the dogs barking inside the house, she led Chelsie to the door, which was quite charming. I realized I forgot to mention something to Chelsie, but she responded right away. On my way back to pick up Riley, I got caught in traffic, so Chelsie graciously brought Riley out to me, and Riley happily got into the car without any issues. After we returned home, I noticed that Riley's card was filled out, and there was a detailed note, along with photos of Riley's day, showing that she had gone for a walk and played with her dogs. Overall, I would rate the experience as excellent, and Riley will definitely be visiting again.”

About: I work remotely in marketing full time. We’re very grateful to have a nice home with a wonderful, large, fenced-in backyard that allows the dogs to go potty in and explore (bark!). My availability and hours are very flexible and the dogs are rarely left alone or kenneled, they are free to roam the house, I just close doors as necessary. I have never owned a dog of my own, I just grew up around dogs and cats. Mainly and most recently, it was a sisters two dogs our family spent the most time around: Gibbs (15 lb., 13 yr old, male Jack Russell Terrier & Beagle mix) and Zero (65 lb., 5 yr old, male Standard Poodle). I would basically Rover for her and her husband, which including giving the senior, anxiety-ridden dog meds (he didn’t enjoy, he would spit them up). We enjoyed being outdoors and evening walks around the neighborhood and having them a part of our family. They have then since moved to the West coast with their dogs. I work remotely and am blessed with the work-life balance it offers. I have an energetic elementary school-aged daughter. She's an empath and truly cares for all animals wellbeing! She's deeply concerned about any discomfort or distress. We have a dog-friendly orange cat named Buddy (4). He's fed first thing in the AM and enjoys chin scratches. He stays nearby me in my office or does his own thing. My daughter buses to and from school and I take a hour lunch at noon, then am done at 5 PM and we go about our evening routine. Dogs go out every few hours (sliding patio door) to the fenced in yard or when they signal me. Right in the morning and before bed. I try to get as much activity in for us as possible, especially on decent weather days. We utilize a nearby parks, dog park and walking trails in our community. Having the dogs here really motivate me to go for more walks, the dogs love them and I appreciate the eager walking company. I also live with my younger sister (23). She works full time 2 jobs as a CNA/retail, isn't home much but does help me care for the dogs, such as a short walk around the block. Our home is a 4 bed, 3 level split with a finished basement. It has a large secure, fully-fenced in yard and the property has 11 trees. Garage is attached. We all sleep in the upstairs bedrooms which is also where my office is. I have 2 litter boxes for my cat, one in garage that he prefers. The other is in the basement bathroom, where I can keep the door shut (Ive caught sisters dog eating litter covered turds). Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I have a reflective sash I wear out at night (this summer I was nearly ran over by an SUV when it was dark). The dogs usually sleep on the floor in my room and it's OK if they sleep on the bed, I am not concerned about fur. If the dog stinks, I can give them a bath either downstairs in the wash tub or upstairs in the bathtub. If they stay longer and start to stink, I will bathe them, because everyone feels better after a bath.

About: I’ve been around dogs for as long as I can remember, growing up with five at a time—mostly black labs and black lab/German shepherd mixes—so I’m very used to bigger, stronger dogs. About: We are a cozy, warm, loving family of four who love animals! I (Jenny) rescued my first dog, Summit-a black lab mix many years ago. He was with us over 14 years and we loved him so much! We just recently adopted a kitten a little over a year ago. She is a tuxedo house cat named Smokey. Drop-in visits and dog walking are what we are able to offer as of right now. The dog park is always a must during your pets visit with us! I have a heeler mix rescue that gets along with any dog, him and I go for a walk everyday and would love to take your pup with us! I always make sure they are treated as if they are my own!
About: I have 3 years of pet sitting experience caring for dogs, cats, fish, and lizards. I grew up around animals and currently have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and farm animals, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and routines. I’ve cared for up to 3 dogs at once and have experience with pets ranging from puppies and kittens to senior animals (dogs 1–14 years old, cats 1–17 years old). I’m also comfortable administering medications since my own pets require them. Experience with breeds ranges from English Mastiffs to small terriers. I currently work part time, so I will have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I am free most days of the week, and have a very flexible schedule. I make sure to treat not only your pets, but your property with respect and privacy. Your pets safety and happiness is one of my main goals with all of my visits.
About: I’m a remote worker who has been lucky enough to love and care for my own cat, dog, hamster, and horse, as well as numerous other critters in kennels, barns, and animal shelters. I work remotely, so my time is very flexible. I’m happy to drop in for a visit or walk any time of day, rain, blizzard, or shine! I live in a quiet house with an eleven-year-old Miniature Schnauzer who loves playing tug-of-war and snuggling with his furry buddies. When I’m working with a pet, I always play off of the animal’s behavior and respect their boundaries. The health, safety, and cleanliness of your pet are my top priorities.
About: I’ve taken care of my Tibetan Mastiff since before I can remember, and I’m my go-to neighborhood dog walker/caretaker. I love all shapes and sizes of dogs! I’m currently an online student at MNSU, so anytime during the weekday for boarding and walking is entirely open. Weekends work for specific dates and times. I have a reliable mode of transportation and I love taking care of animals. Whether it’s bathing, feeding, walking, or just sitting with a dog, I love to be there. I have grown up with a fear reactive dog, so I have experience with reading dog’s body language and reacting accordingly.
About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was young. About 10 years ago I started watching animals for Family and Friends while they went on trips. I usually stay and watch the animals since I work from home I will be with the animals most of the time. I can also drop in and let animals out if needed. I’m very flexible. Working from home gives me that availability. I’m able to stop over and let animals out if needed as well. I can feed, walk, give meds etc. I care for the animals in their homes. I’m unable to take care of them at my house. A lot of my friends and family prefer that so the animals don’t have to change their environment.
