About: Since day one, I have always had a dog in my life. A cat in my adult years and a few other critters throughout the years. They are all family! All my dogs have always been a big part of my life and I care for them deeply. Family/Friends have trusted me to care for their pets when needed. I am always happy to lend a helping hand, or a lap to cuddle on, an arm to throw a ball, or even lacing up those tennis shoes for a walk. I currently have a “teenager” (6 year American Staffordshire Terrier… major cuddles, playful, very sensitive stomach) and recently our senior Luna past over the rainbow bridge. I am patient and have energy for any requirement you may need while your babies are in my care. Working from home, I am quite flexible most days. I am an early riser and stay up late. So feedings, playtime, bathroom breaks, etc is not an issue for me. We have 5 acres of unfenced land to run around in. I also have a very large fenced Garden the dogs are allowed to roam in for off leash fun, as well as a sizeable wrap around deck to chill on and soak up the sun. We are outdoor people, so are our dog(s), so if it’s nice, you will find us out and about. With our training they do well to stay within our property and listen well if running around the yard. Communicate if your dog(s) need to be leashed (also have a leash line setup between trees to enjoy the outdoors as well). I would hope in any environment that your pets are trained and do well in the space provided or within, please communicate any special concerns, etc. I do have experience with “shock” collars for more so the ‘tone’ button, as we have wildlife and woods surrounding our house, we use this to protect our dogs from our surroundings periodically throughout the year. So I am comfortable using this method to ensure your pups stay safe.

My day to day career consists of over a decade of hospital based pharmacy experience. I am comfortable administering any medications your dog may require! I also have extensive rescue and lost dog volunteer experience which created a foundation of understanding with various breeds. At this time we generally only accept one boarding family per night. Our dog had a lot of fun being part of their “pack” and I felt very comfortable with Andrea’s ability to handle any inter-dog issues that might come up. About: I’ve been an animal lover my whole life. Growing up with dogs, I quickly became in tune with their needs and can form a bond quickly! I go above and beyond to make every dog I meet feel loved and welcomed. I grew up with cats, dogs, and horses. I’m currently home with my little boy for the summer so my availability is virtually wide open! I’ll be able to provide walks, pets, and so much more. I have an outdoor kennel with a nice house in it if needed. Otherwise, I can provide a crate inside in a calm environment. My 2 dogs are around to play with your dog as well! If you’re worried about my dogs and your dog getting along, I can separate them-no problem.
